I have been a long time customer at this location until today. I went in for an oil change with a 17.00 coupon that I took a screen shot of off of an email that I was sent. The coupon also had a coupon code on it.They attempted to scan it multiple times it would not scan they told me they had a new computer system that would not let them manually input the code. I asked to speak to the manager I was to,d by the employee who was assisting me that he (James) was the manager and he could only give me 15.00 off not 17.00.Will not be returning to this location.

It is incredibly distasteful to have technicians , as well as the manager not take accountability for their mistakes and when called out the employee harasses the customer and then writes multiple vulgar defamation reviews to hinder their business . Most places who make mistakes take ownership. Instead your employee tried to take the lively hood from a small business owner by making up false narratives because they re mad they were called out on their not so professional work. I hope you guys make this right. And fire this individual. He s just gonna bring your business further down. I will be telling every and anyone never to come here .

Went here cause valvoline had a long line. I left feeling pretty uneasy about my oil change. Didn t seem like the people working there knew what they were doing. They looked like mostly kids. They had trouble taking tire caps off, they stared at my engine for 20 seconds, I had to ask for a mileage sticker at the end, the manager said if I had any problems to call her. Why would I need to call if theres a problem? Its an oil change. I pulled out after my oil change and saw my left tire was 20 psi over what it s supposed to be. Yeah won t be going back.

Ashley helped me at the medina store and she was the best! Midas had messed up my filter heading and she explained it to me and also offered to fix it for me at her home store which is the one I m writing this review for. She was so kind and helpful-went above and beyond for me! I will be returning for future oil changes solely because of her integrity and sincerity.

Terrible staff, terrible company! They will mess up your car and will not take accountability for it. The employee James harasses customers on the internet and makes up lies. He needs to be fired ASAP. Anytime you call for the manager, she s conveniently not in . Tried to go to corporate and they won t answer the phone either. Insanely unprofessional and terrible company. I can t believe anyone would ever service here.

The only place I will trust taking my car to, James treated me like I was an old friend and made sure I got the lowest price possible while going above and beyond, fixing an issue with my bumper I had. Will be sending the rest of the family!

If the younger woman manager isnt working this place isnt worth your time. The other 4 teenage to young adult bozos are the laziest set of dudes ive ever seen. Went last night and sat there with 6 other cars for an hour while they lolligagged around. Absolutely horrible experience. The least they could do was scan in some cars and get things going while the one person did oil changes. No they stand there on their phones talking about direct deposit and the nice cars driving by from the dealerships across the street . Gabriel doing oil changes couldnt look less interested and have less people skills yawning in customers faces. Couldnt even figure out how to reset my oil light. Ill be going to the dealership for my vehicle or the take 5 in avon now.

Didn t even mention a coupon and didn t reset my mileage until my next oil change is due. Also didn t put air in my tires like other places always do. Oh yeah, then to top it all off, I asked the one attendant if my oil was really bad/low prior to being changed. Instead of proceeding to ask the attendant who actually did my oil change and was working on the car right next to mine, instead she says I don t know, I m not the one who changed your oil . Like really now??? Total garbage. Would never recommend.

The manager refused to change the oil in my car because I went on one date with his mother. Dudes a joke, whole place is absolute garbage go to valvoline or Home Depot honestly the middle of the sub Saharan rain forest untouched by man would be a better place to get your oil changed

The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very little wait time and the service was thorough. I would have given 5 stars but the cost was a little higher than expected.

Worst service EVER! Especially by JayyG- WORST EMPLOYEE EVER!! Doesnt take accountability for his mistakes. INCOMPETENT, IMMATURE AND PETTY. Do NOT go to this location!! Would give 0 stars if possible! TAKE 5......FIX THIS EMPLOYEE ISSUE!

Edit- took my car for an oil change 2 months ago and thought the service was great until recently when my car started making a crazy rattling sound which sounded like my timing chain was breaking. Took it to a mechanic only to find out that I had ZERO oil in my engine! (Zero leaks or other issues)...Whoever changed it last apparently never refilled after draining the old oil. Had I driven much longer, my entire engine could've been destroyed! After researching local posts, I have come to find out that this is a common occurrence at this location. Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk total engine failure.

I would only suggest going here if you want your oil pan damaged by someone crossthreading the drain plug with an impact wrench

I told the guy that I didn t want to replace my filters at this time, and he said you can t keep the same filters they re trash (they were light gray) and went on about how my filters aren t working any longer and was going to have me sign a waiver for wanting to lower the quality of my oil to economy be able to get new filters. I specif told him it s not within my budget. He said your car can not run in economy and canny leave without signing a waiver. I ve been so mad for hours!! $171.68 later. It s so obvious you get paid commission. I later spoke to my son who use to work at Mr. Tire, he said I wasn t even close to needing new filters. I will NEVER go there again.

I've had good experiences at this location before but I won't be returning. Took about 30 minutes, I wasn't told anything about the services being performed and I'm not sure they even filled up the other fluids. Not that I need their bottle of water, but wasn't even offered one which is sort of what they're known for. I felt like an intrusion rather than a customer.Service: Oil change

Only 2 people working. They did the best they could. In the old days at this location they had more employees on would attack an oil change. Now have to wait your turn. Definitely not 5 minute oil change. Have been going to this shop for years. Now I will look for a new shop so I can get in and out. Time is money to me. Valvoline here I comeService: Oil change

If I could give more stars I would. The staff at the North Olmsted location is stellar. My battery died while there (needed replaced). They took the battery out and even drove me up to the auto parts store, then put the battery back in for me. Previous experiences were also excellent. I recommend this place. Quick. Professional. Thanks SO much. I'm happy to have such quality in our neighborhood

Stopped in for an e-check and was greeted by the nicest manager I think I have ever met! Ashley explained that while they do not perform e-checks at that location, there was another Take 5 location that could easily help me. She took the time to give me directions and asked if there was anything else she could help with... and all with a smile! She made a yucky situation better just with her great attitude! Definitely recommend Ashley and her team in North Olmsted!

Don't get any better than this place!! These guys really give you the "red carpet" treatment. Welcomed with a complimentary bottled water. Service advisor was knowledgeable, experienced and offered no pressure. Provided an accurate recommendation for my vehicle. Fair price. In and out quickly too!! Definitely better than other places I've been to!! Highly recommend

The manager was a horrible person who was kind of threatening.Then after getting home and talking to my fianc� I found out the week before the same take five oil change station in North Olmsted broke her rear wiper arm off of her SUV. I personally will never use their service again neither will my fianc�. They're amateursService: Oil change

Came in for an oil change...waited almost 25 minutes then the guy doing the service on my car, DYLAN was SO rude for no clear reason at all Just wanted to ARGUE!! I ll never be back to this location!!!!!
