We've been taking our family cars to Pro Auto now for over a decade. Such a great family business. From the simple stuff like oil changes to the hard stuff like nearly totally rebuilding the brake system on my classic, they are the best. I trust them with my modern vehicles and, as I said, my classics too. Trustworthy and friendly. These guys can be counted on for anything.

What a blessing my brakes went out in my truck on Clague rd. Sitting in this horrible storm and Rush traffic on January 12, 2024 waiting for my tow truck to show up from my insurance company that delayed several times.Pro automotive Showed up and moved my vehicle out of the main Intersection to a safe location down the street and told me Your safety means more to me than anything. I feel like he was my guardian angel ! Highly recommend this company for any of your automotive needs!!

I unfortunately required their towing service after an accident that had me facing west in the east bound lane of 480. These are the most professional caring people I have encountered in a long time. I needed two flatbeds as my vehicle was not driveable nor was the trailer I was pulling. They arrived on scene quickly, kept us in our vehicle to stay warm until they were hooked up then put us in their warm, clean flatbed truck. They moved both vehicles to their storage yard and were very accommodating to let me collect as much of my belongings as I could that night and when I returned the next day. A BIG thank you!

Best Automotive Shop I have ever had the pleasure of having service our vehicle ! Pro Automotive towed our vehicle to their garage and got my son's Honda CR-V back on the road again when I thought it was done for. They were all so friendly and helpful and I think it is a family owned business and it shows in the personal service we received. Keep their number in YOUR phone if you ever break down , I know I have a card in MY wallet ! Thanks Again for everything. I have brought multiple vehicles to the guys here at pro auto, and they are extremely knowledgeable across a wide variety of makes and models. They have a lot of vehicles that come through, but it's because these guys seriously know what they're doing, and I trust them to work on my vehicles more than I do myself. Solid 11/10.

I took my car for oil change and other stuff, my driver side mirror was cracked, they installed the mirror I ordered from AutoZone, it looks Awesome, I'm so happy, with this place, the guy at the front desk was so friendly and professional. A big Thank you to the garage guy who did a Awesome job.

Car died and needed a tow late at night. They showed up with in a half hour and got me hooked up and delivered my car in no time. Very reasonable on price and excellent customer service.

Need to change my review. I made a mistake on giving these guys a bad review which I apologised for. They were accommodating and what happened to my car was not their fault but these oil change places. Stick with valvoline oil change places not the others.

Excellent service! My son s vehicle broke down and one of their tow trucks happened to be driving by. He stopped, helped him out, and towed it. Very friendly and efficient.

Just used Pro Automotive for a tow last evening after State Farm couldn't provide "in network" towing service to me. Was very poor weather, but were at my location within 15 minutes. Today my car battery died in the school pick up line. Frantic, I called the N.O. police department and they said they used Pro Auto for their towing service. I called and a wonderful person was there to jump my car in under 5 minutes. I drove directly there after they jumped my car and had a brand new battery installed in about 20 minutes.They were very kind and the prices are reasonable.Thanks for saving the day!Service: Battery service

Incredibly awesome is all I can say! Fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and will say the best overall experience in car repair and towing. When I was unable to find a ride to get my vehicle, they made sure I was able to get there by picking me up and taking me to their shop.They are the best around guaranteed!

Honestly thought the phone operator was kidding when he said it would only be 20 minutes before a tow arrived. I hung up the phone with the operator and 9 minutes after my wife called to tell me our car was already towed. Very professional and fast. Highly recommend.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I was stuck on the side of the road this morning after spinning out on a patch of ice on a bridge that led to me being stranded in an embankment just a little ways past the end of the bridge. The tow truck driver was originally called for someone else about 50 meters up the embankment but said that he would be able to help me out after.While he was getting my car hooked up he got a call about another accident nearby. He apologized and said he had to go, but said that he would be back in roughly 30 minutes if I wanted to wait.I agreed, and true to his word, within 30 minutes he was back and successfully got me out of the embankment that I was stuck in, as well as safely maneuvered my vehicle to the side of the road for me.10/10, quality service, polite and respectful, would get pulled off the side of the road by them again.Service: Car towing

I had a great experience with Pro Automotive! For starters I do most of my own car repair work, so I'm very familiar with parts and labor cost. I had my front passenger lower ball joint on my Accord fail around 6:30PM while I was on I-480 West before the Great Northern Blvd. (not my idea of fun) Fortunately I was able to control the car to the side of the highway and did a search my phone for local towing company, Pro Automotive came up. The driver arrived very quickly and snatched my crippled car up. I decided to take it to their shop to access the damage and give my idea of the cost. The next morning they had it on their rack and let me know that I needed a ball joint, axle, tire and alignment. (All items obviously needed replaced when I looked at it the night before). The prices for labor and parts were more than reasonable. I estimated almost double in my head before Pro Automotive gave me their quote. I gave them a green light and they cracked it out before the end of that day, so less than 24hrs my car was back on the road. The guys ended up staying about 45 minutes after hours for me to pick up my car. You can t find that type of service anywhere. A+ all the way around at Pro Automotive.

Had a great experience taking my car there. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to help me out. My car was finished in a timely manner and they even went the extra mile sending my tire out to be repaired. Highly recommended.

Called on a Sunday evening for a jump start. My daughter s car wouldn t start and they were there in a matter of minutes. Got her car started and she was able to make it to Autozone minutes before they closed. Pro Automotive is a class act and my go to for our local needs. Thank you again for helping us!!

These guys are awesome! After dealing with a car that wouldn't start and my Roadside Assistance trying to find a company to come tow my car, these guys were there to help and take care of the job! I have used Pro Automotive three times now. They have done excellent work. Twice I have dropped my car off in the morning and they have had it repaired by the end of the day. They have been true to their cost estimate or under each time. I needed a tow last time and they came out very quickly. The crew is friendly and helpful. I have found my new garage.

These guys are top notch!. I was stuck on the highway on a really snowy day yesterday and it was a dangerous situation so I couldn't change my own tire. Waited 2.5 hours for Triple A to show up and they never did. Called these guys and they showed up in 20 minutes and had me on a Flat bed in under 5. He took me to his shop and changed my tire and had me on my way. Couldnt believe it. On top of that Rami was very personable and I would recommend them highly. Thanks again
