One of the best decisions I've made is switching from Conrads to Premier Auto. It doesn't take very long to realize why Jerry has over 110+ 5 star reviews. I'd easily give 10 out 10 for value and service. Jerry always works me in and does great work. I cannot recommend Premier Auto enough. For years my family has counted on Jerry for honest opinions and dependable work at fair prices.Recently, my son's 2009 Honda had the Check Engine light come on and was misfiring badly. AAA towed the vehicle to a local tire & car care chain store. They told him that the engine was leaking coolant and needed to be rebuilt or replaced at an estimated cost of $3000. We had the vehicle towed to Premier to get a second opinion from Jerry. Jerry resolved all of the vehicle's issues by replacing the coils, spark plugs and radiator, all for a fraction of the chain store's estimate.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I avoided serious damage to my truck thanks to Jerry noticing an issue most mechanics would have missed. Happy and thankful to have Premier in our community. Jerry you're the best!

Called Premier about replacing radiator hoses and spark plugs and Jerry was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and broke down the price for me, which was much more affordable than other quotes I received. When I asked to schedule an appointment he was able to have everything done the next day for the exact price I was quoted on the phone. Absolutely will be returning for any future repair needs. I own a 2016 Mazda MX-5 and I put a ton of effort into keeping that car in excellent condition with excellent maintenance. When I began hearing a clunking noise in the front end suspension, I was concerned with what could be causing that. I knew wherever I took the car to get repaired, it would have to be an extremely competent and knowledgeable mechanic working on it. Jerry was highly recommended by trusted friends and family so I figured he was the best guy to go to.From start to finish, Jerry was very courteous, used floor mats so his boots would dirty the carpet, washed his hands before getting into the car so he wouldn't dirty the vehicle, and just took great overall care.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest straight shooting mechanic.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

A coworker recommended this shop several years ago and we have been bringing our vehicles to Jerry ever since. He has worked on 6 different vehicles for our family for a variety of issues. Jerry is honest, knowledgeable and fair. I cannot say enough about Jerry and his staff. Their work is impeccable, and more importantly, I trust them. This is an honest place that does great work quickly for a fair price. Plus they are really nice! I couldn't ask for more. I just bought a car and needed to find a mechanic in my area. I was drawn to Premier Auto Service due to the outstanding reviews and boy, I couldn't be happier with the service provided. After the inspection, Jerry called and explained what could wait and what needed to be prioritized. He was able to replace a tie rod, resonator pipe, and rotate and balance the tires the same day I dropped the car off for a very reasonable price! Not only is Jerry a top notch mechanic, he's a very friendly and personable guy as well. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to this shop. Consider me a new loyal customer! 100/10

I honestly can say I have had nothing but an amazing experience! 2 years ago I broke my passenger mirror and had been just gluing it back on Everytime it would fall down. I finally decided I was going to try and find somebody to repair it. Jerry was the BEST person ever to work with, and he was so enthusiastic. He didn t make me stress at all, and now I have a beautiful new mirror! It was also the cheapest pricing compared to 3 other shops I called. Thank you so much!!!!

I have been bringing my older vehicle to Jerry for years on the advice of a friend. He is honest, fair priced, and provides excellent care and maintenance on my car and always is able to diagnos and repair issues as repair issues as they come along. I always recommend him. I can't say enough good things about Jerry and Premier Auto. When we moved to the area in 2016, we started bringing our 16-year-old van to him. He's fixed so many things on that van, always with high quality, reasonable prices, and great customer service. One time, my van died as I was pulling into the shop, and Jerry and his staff rushed out to help me push it the rest of the way in.Now as we're on the journey of replacing that van, Jerry has been so helpful about inspecting cars and steering us in the right direction through the process. If you're looking for a dependable mechanic--when you need to say, "I'll have my guy look at it"--Jerry is it.

Jerry and the team at Premier Auto are definitely the best in the biz. Honest, fair, and reliable. They have a customer for life. Not pushy like other auto shops and great service. He takes the time to explain everything that is going on with my car, the recommended fixes and why they need to be done. If you're thinking about taking your car to Jerry, do it!! You won't regret it.

Jeff was extremely nice! I brought my car in right before closing on a Monday night without an appointment, and he fit me right in for a brake problem. I got my car back the next day, and the price was amazing. Completely affordable. I called around after getting the car back to see what others would charge for the same work. Saved about $100 going to him. Highly recommend calling him to get a quote before taking your car anywhere else!Paul

Jerry is awesome. Very quick, quality work. I ve been to a few places in this area and this is by far the most pleased I ve been. Jerry cut a service price nearly in half because of the extensive work I had to get done (and more importantly, how much money I had to spend). I won t take my car anywhere else as long as I m in the area. Definitely recommend Premier Auto Service!

Jerry and his crew at Premier Auto Service consistently deliver quality work and customer service. I have two late-model cars that need maintenance from time-to-time and he's always fixed the issues the first time at a reasonable price. Jerry is always willing to give you options on what needs to be done now and what you can defer to a later time. When I first decided to go to Premier, I took the same issues to multiple mechanics first, and Jerry not only agreed with their diagnosis, he was able to perform the work for less. You won't be able to find a more honest mechanic in the area.

My neighbor had taken his car to get fixed when Jerry first opened. He raved about the honesty and and fair prices. I need to find a good mechanic and someone I could trust. I can call him up when I need an oil change and he gets me in right away especially since my schedule can be hectic. Super nice and honest guy.

I just had my first service at Premier Auto Service. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The guys in the shop were so nice! The shop was clean and organized. I didn't have to wait for an appointment and my car was done very quickly! After I got my car back, I noticed it was not as "smooth" as it had been before I had the service done. I called and talked with Jerry and he had me bring the car back in and within an hour or so he figured out the problem, which happened to be my fault for waiting so long for a tire rotation. Jerry fixed the problem and didn't hit me with any surprise charges. He was honest and very helpful! I will be using Premier Auto Service from now on and would recommend it to my friends and family!!!

I brought my car in a few days ago for a loud roaring sound it was making. Jerry was wonderful on the phone and in person. He was able to schedule me an appointment asap and once i arrived he provided great service, not only did he fix the issue with the car but he kept it affordable as well. I will bring my car here from now on. Very satisfied and happy customer! :)

This is our new go-to for all things vehicle related. Jerry and his crew are the best. Always timely, upfront and honest. I was frustrated by previous experiences and am so glad we finally have a place we feel comfortable with and can trust when it comes to our families safety.

Jerry runs an excellent and honest business. He is my go to place for any problems with my cars. Rarely do you find a mechanic who will give you an honest appraisal of your problem, the cost and he'll even recommend another business if he can't do it as inexpensively! He's the best.

Exceptional service is rare these days, however, Premier Auto Service is an absolute gem. I truly cannot recommend Jerry enough; he is incredible and will restore your faith that there are still good people out there with integrity. He has knowledge and expertise in spades. No one else is ever touching my car.

Took my truck here because i was pretty sure my fuel pump went out. I had never been to Premier before and after reading only good reviews i decided to come here. Im glad i did Jerry is a very nice guy. He got my truck fixed very quickly and recommended i put the highest quality parts on my truck and treated my vehicle like it was his own. Having previous automotive expierence myself i know a decent amount about cars and repair costs and his cost to repair my truck was more than fair and i felt like i could trust Jerry because he knows what he's talking about and i know he wasn't trying to screw me over. I will continue to go back to Premier for my auto repairs because Jerry made a very good first impression.

Jerry is running an honest and outstanding business. He takes his time to explain the issue at hand and offers an inexpensive remedy. His shop is the cleanest I've ever seen and you simply feel comfortable knowing your vehicle is in good hands. Premier Auto is a class act and Jerry is a Godsend.

Went for brakes and oil chance on my son in law and daughters recommendation. Jerry and his crew are absolutely great! Fast service, great price, and very honest. I would recommend them very, very, highly as I will be going back there for all my Auto Service needs from now on.

FABULOUS place ! Jerry and his associate were extremely efficient, professional and courteous. Will HIGHLY recommend to family and friends to visit Jerry for auto needs. Jerry waited for me to get out of work even though he may have had to stay late to complete work on my truck. Happy I have found permanent mechanics that are trustworthy, honest and upfront. I'm so happy I was referred to Premier Auto. I called multiple places in the area to get price estimates on front brakes and rotors. Every place I called quoted me around $550-$700. I called Premier, not only did they quote me a much more affordable price, they asked if I wanted to come in right then and there AND then had it done in about an hour. This was all at the end of their work day and before closing at 6:00. They are so friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. It's so hard to find a reliable and trustworthy place that I feel comfortable going to. I'm so impressed with the high quality service I received today. Premier will now be my go-to place for all my car needs. Thanks, guys!
