William and everyone at North Olmsted collision were awesome. Always helpful, always kept me up to date on the repairs of my wife s 2022 Subaru Ascent. My family has been using NOC for decades. I couldn t be happier with the way our latest repair turned out! I ve been a claims adjuster for a big 3 insurance carrier for 17 years, I ve been in and out of countless body shops and with good reason I chose them!

North Olmsted Collision is the gold standard as far as body work and repairs are concerned. William and the entire team there are very professional and knowledgeable, and the quality of the work is outstanding. We have used them multiple times over the years, and have never been disappointed in any way. This is the only place I would ever take our vehicles to be repaired.

Don't use them, Don t trust them.When you talk to them they are good but after they take your vehicle in they are so rude. Unprofessional job they did on my vehicle. Broken clips had to go in 3 times to get things going. They don t put screws back on your bumper. Missing screws missing clip pieces. Paint issues . Will never ever use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the first time I walked in the doors and was greeted to the time after I picked up my car the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was amazing. The knowledge of even the girls that worked in the office surprised me completely. The work was done timely and definitely I would recommend this to anyone in the future.

I have used NOCS many times in the past. They were always great. Today I went in and could not even get an estimate. I was told to make an appointment for an estimate and come back. Now they lost a long time customer.

I wish I didn t have a body shop, but I do and these guys are it. They have helped me with a few cars including two very major collision repairs. William in customer service is an excellent brand ambassador who has kept me informed of progress every step of the way, even texting photos of my Jeep in process. He even took my children and I back to see the car in two pieces with the frame out back and the body in the garage. That was cool because I could see how clean an operation they run. Everyone was kind and respectful and I trust their advice. From my experience, with them, I do think they go over and above for the client- my major wrecks were both with other people s insurance paying and North Olmsted Collision had my back the whole time both times. I would recommend them to anyone and trust these experience would be impeccable.

I have a 2012 Toyota Camry SE that was hit on the rear passenger side panel and bumper by a transport truck. I looked at a lot of places and saw that this place had a great rating and great customer service. The shop was very clean and accommodating. I dealt with an individual by the name of Matt. He was amazing and communicated very well on the status of my vehicle regularly. He handled the communication with the adjuster and I was hands off. It was nice to have one person to deal with on my vehicle. I have been to other places and this was by far top notch. My car was in mint condition by the time it was done and I was really happy with the professionalism at the shop. If you ever need body work go to this place and ask for Matt.

Amazing work and very professional!! My insurance company recommended this place after I was rear-ended. I hesitated because it was a little bit out of my way, but I m so glad I went with them in the end. They gave me an estimate immediately and kept me in the loop the entire time they were repairing my car, explaining and informing me in detail everything they were doing. The work was done quickly and they did a fantastic job! They even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car! Wow! I ve been to a number of other body shops, but I have to say North Olmsted Collision Center is tops and I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love North Olmsted Collision Center! They are super kind and the work they do is amazing. They fixed my suv perfectly and I am a very very happy customer! William, Keith, and Matt are very pleasant to talk to, and never rush you if you have questions. The guys also take their time explaining what they find on the inspection as well as calling you to let you know how the process of your car is.I am one happy customer!!!! Thank you

Who would think that having your car repaired could be painless? Well, these people know how to take care of their customers; they look out for their customer's best interest. After I crunched up my car they did a great job of keeping me posted along the way in the repair process, coordinated things with the insurance company, and made it so I didn't have to worry about anything. This is the second time that I have used North Olmsted Collision for repairs and I highly recommend them.And my car looks beautiful - like new!!

Had my car in after an accident. They kept me up to date every step of the way, were so friendly, and my car came back to me clean and in better repair than I expected. They were really thorough and made sure everything was taken care of. I spoke with William and Keith during the process and both were great!

I am very pleased and impressed with the service I received from the staff at North Olmsted Collision Center. The staff are very professional, the waiting area is none like I have ever seen at an auto body shop, and they are a certified repair shop for many makes of vehicles (including my honda odyssey). They were very easy to work with and know how to handle insurance claims. All you need to do is drop off your vehicle and they will call the rental company from there, if you should need one.

Excellent service! I have been to North Olmsted Collision center a couple times, I have had excellent service every time. I was contacted regularly with updates on my car. The staff is very professional and provide a friendly environment! Highly recommended!

I usually don't write reviews but this place definitely deserved one. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and very professional. Matt was able to take a look at my car and fix the issue immediately. He listened to everything I had to say and provided excellent customer service. I will bring my car here from now on and recommend this place to all of my friends. Thank you so much!

I have a 2014 Nissan Sentra that was hit on the front end. This shop replaced and color matched the hood and bumper, and i m very pleased with the work that was done. Not only was the repair done perfectly, but I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had cleaned my car, inside and out. I can not say enough good things about the experience that I had with this shop. If you need body work done, I would highly recommend that you get it done at North Olmsted collision.

I can't speak highly enough about this shop. Reasonable estimates, but more importantly...accurate estimates. Many shops will low ball the estimate to get your business, but the final cost is completely different. This shop doesn't. If there's a possibility that the cost will be more, they let you know upfront. Additionally, they let you know what to expect if the cost does go up. As far as quality of work goes, I have zero complaints. I've never had to return for corrections, and the finished product always looks great. They also work closely with Enterprise down the road, so getting a rental is painless. Lastly, they always meet or exceed the the timeline given. Setting expectations is essential to great client experience, and I feel North Olmsted Collision Center does this perfectly by giving me an honest assessment.

Awesome job! Car looks great and they were super easy to work with. Updates came regularly and they worked directly with the insurance company. Hopefully I don't have to but would definitely bring my car to these folks again.

I have used North Olmsted Collision Center 3 times now and each time they did a fantastic job. They keep you informed as to the progress and any new issues found during repairs. Each time the cars were perfect when done!

What can I say but the entire experience was outstanding. The team at NOCC was incredibly professional. There were constant phone updates, they were completely up front about everything. They accommodated my schedule and worked with me on every step of the process. Kudos to this business for being female friendly. Oh and the waiting area and shop were equally clean and tidy.

$500 price hike up!! My initial estimate was roughly $1300 when I went to pick up my car, the NEW price was $1844. I SPECIFICALLY asked to be notified of any additional work BEFORE it was done. NO ONE MADE ME AWARE. I spoke to them 3 times during repairs (2 calls were initiated by me)... My car sustained damage on the side (in between my front and back door. The damage was at 4 miles an hour and due to a garage. It was not a 2 vehicle accident and therefore the damage was not extensive, yet somehow I ended up with front bumper, front lamp repairs, and a diagnostic charge on my final receipt. None of these were on my initial estimate. To add insult to injury the "manager" all but called me a liar when I told him no one had made me aware of the price increase. He eventually offered a "sorry". He blamed the extra charges on replacing my door handle which was $33 according to my final receipt. I will be following up on this.

Side swiping a large rock to my brand new suv by far never fun. But taking it to north olmsted collision center made the situation so much better. I brought my suv in the day after it happened and they explained to me the process of filing an insurance claim. Once I had the adjustment, William worked with my insurance company to get everything figured out. Due to insurance issues I dropped my suv off and they quoted me a week to a little over a week. Less than 4 days I find out my car is all ready to pick up. I go in and it looks brand new! Their work is phenomenal and get you back in your vehicle fast! I highly recommend them! They make a bad situation of hitting a rock so much better!

My vehicle was repaired in October 2017, it is now May 2018....and Iam still trouble about the integrity of the establishment.Although they did a top notch repair job on my vehicle, I discovered later that several items left in the rear compartment had been stolen... Inaddition to a sentimental key chain taken off my key ring when the keys were left. Although this may seem rather petty, I was very upset because I heard this was a great place to get the work done and that's why I took my vehicle in, but INTEGRITY is what you do when no one is watching. I'll never recommend them.

They did an amazing job on my tailgate. Would have cost a couple grand to replace it, which is what other body shops were telling me, but it came out looking brand new when they were done for $500 and they pulled a couple little dents out on my side too.

I have now had two vehicles repaired by North Olmsted Collision Center. Both times they have under promised and over delivered. Service and quality were fantastic both times I ve used them. I won t take our vehicles anywhere else.

I had them repaint my saddle bags for my BMWMotorcycle. They did a fantastic job . Fixed up all the scratches and the paint is so blue and shines like a mirror. Again Thank You So Much.
