Two Words.... BRAKE HOSE... after 3x taking in my car, first time they 'couldn't feel the issue', second time they couldn't 'feel the issue' until my husband rode in the car with them, and then said it was the caliper probably sticking, so they lubed/greased it, but still continued to happen. I had them replace ALL calipers, and the car continued pulling while braking, which then started to get worse after a couple of months and was becoming a safety concern for me. I loved my car but at this point considred getting rid of it.So after a couple months, and the pull got worse, I called to schedule for another appointment to have it looked at again. They treated me poorly because it had been a few months and made it seem like I was lying that the issue never went away. (it had been 3 months, not that long ) I also asked what an approximate price would be on replacing the brake hoses because it seemed like it might be a brake hose issue in which the man on the phone said 'it's not a brake hose, we never have to replace those, i wouldnt' even know how much that would cost...' and treated me like an idiot for mentioning that. ( I had mentioned in on the 2nd go around as well, and was brushed off that it wasn't the issue. )I made the appointment, and immediatly reconsideded dealing with them. I canceled, and made an appointment with a local car car center. First test drive, they felt the pull, checked the brakes and the heat coming off them, replaced the BRAKE HOSE... and low and behold the pull was gone, and I could brake straight!! Go figure!I always felt spoken to in such a condescending manner every time I was there. And never left feeling good about taking my car there, but they were the nissan 'dealer'.. I thought taking the car to the dealer was the best option...But luckily I found a wonderful local business that knows what they are doing and have a new car care center that is pleasant to deal with.

First man to assist me wasn't friendly at all. Once he turned me over to Tom he was a breath of fresh air. Got a chance to meet Mary who set up my appointment but the first guy stated I didn't have an appointment. Mary and Tom were amazing. They exhibit great customer care as well as my technician.

The service department has always been great to me and very dependable. It's nice that they tell me what repairs are very important and which repairs aren't important or can be delayed and/or ignored. It's also appreciated when my bill ends up being cheaper than the original quote because the service person found a coupon. Most other repair places I've dealt with in the past always tries to squeeze every penny they can out of you. At Nissan of North Olmsted Service I don't feel that way at all. The sales department for car sales....that's a whole different story and they try to rip you off and overcharge you. I had to go to Nissan of Streetsboro to pay $2,000 less for the exact same vehicle (Streetsboro charged MSRP and Nissan of North Olmsted wanted $2,000 over MSRP. I will continue to drive out to Nissan of Streetsboro to purchase vehicles and go to Nissan of North Olmsted for service. I find it so strange that Nissan of North Olmsted and Nissan of North Olmsted Service are under the same roof but ran completely different. I'll post the details of my sales department experience on my review of "Nissan of North Olmsted."

Disappointed/Frustrated with the Customer Service at the Service Department at Nissan of North Olmsted, OH.I made a maintenance appointment for my vehicle as I've done before at another Nissan dealership.I have Warranty Service that covers Service and Maintenance, which I got through Nissan when I bought my car +2years ago. I have used it before for vehicle maintenance and had no issues at the other Nissan location.Before letting them start working on my car, I asked for confirmation, to make sure my maintenance was covered, and to my surprise I was told it wasn t, so I asked for options and I was provided with a quote for my approval before they could start working.So I decided to hold the service and call Nissan Customer Service. After 45 minutes on calls with Nissan and the insurance company, I received confirmation that my maintenance costs were included at any Nissan service department, or many other auto repair shops that provides the same services.I went back in, explained that and provided the insurance company customer service number for them to get the approval/payment for the service I needed.Well, I was told that they have never done that, or at least not with that company, and they could work on my car, but the vehicle wouldn t be release until they received the payment, and it could take between hours, up to 2 days depending on the company. I was surprised to hear that, so I asked if they could just call, get the approval/payment for the amount before they service my car, because I couldn t risk it to let my car there for 2 days.But the person at the front desk told me that it wasn't possible, because he had no idea what the final cost was going to be until the service was completed, even when he provided me a quote when I first check-in, and also gave me the option to pay with a credit card and told me that I could submit my own claim to get my money back.At this point, I was frustrated, I have lost 1 hour + a 25 minutes drive to get there, so I decided \, at this point I didn't even wanted to let them work on my car.While I was in the parking lot I was able to scheduled an appointment at another Nissan service department for the next day, and that other location was able to process everything within minutes, even on a Saturday, my vehicle got the maintenance needed and it was all covered by the warranty service company.I love my Nissan, is my second one, I always go to a Nissan Service to check on my car, and it s very disappointing when you don t get the same level of service you are used to at another location within the same company.Maybe this is a great auto repair shop, but I am not planning on coming back because of the lack of service to provide a solution to the customers, even if I have to drive a few extra miles to go to the other one.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I've been a customer of this dealer for 12 years. Best car dealer I have ever worked with. Sales experience is awesome. No pressure or hassles. Service department is exceptional. They always treat me like a valued customer.

Update: My last name is not Rafael, it s my middle name. So thats why you can t find me under that name. I will call to see what I can finally get resolved. Bought brand new Yokohama tires, tire sensors, breaks, throttle body, and more. I took it back to get it adjusted and they told me it was just the sensor wasn t synced yet. Went to another mechanic just to get it diagnosed at least and it s that the sensor is loose inside the back driver tire. The mechanic I went to wanted to charge me $400 to fix it. It has not been a full year and one tire is already leaking air for no reason. So now I have a bad tire sensor and a tire leaking.

Service dept and Steve in sales were outstanding in customer service! Steve spent a lot of time helping me with my Nissan app. Who says" you are my priority right now" and put aside everything else he was doing just to help me.

Always excellent service done on my car. Nice waiting room with tablets and some pop and water or coffee. Clean bathrooms. Great friendly staff. They always take care of me and make sure my vehicle is in excellent shape before i leave.

Noticed an issue with an air leak in one of my tires. I came in to Nissan of North Olmsted Service Dept at around 10am--without appointment--and talked with the service personnel. Located on Lorain Rd across from Fragapagne's Itakian Bakery... Got my wheel patched up and ready in 30 mins! And here I thought it was going to take at least 1 hr because I came unannounced and without appointment. Very fast, efficient, and timely manner in which they conducted service on my truck. Only Around $17 total cost but well worth it for my safety and peace of mind. Keep up with the superb quality in service and people will stay loyal!

Great service department. The guys really huslted to get my cars software updated & even helped me with a renters car so it wouldn't interfere with life. Wow!Also, there are two level one charges right outside the service department however other gas/cars are always parked blocking them from being used. A level two charger would be a great service for us. I felt comfortable stating what I was getting down with my car & never felt uncomfortable without my husband (the car man) being there. I was able to ask questions and had my answers met. If not, they worked hard on getting me those answers. All of them are great. I thank this team. Way to go! One thing that could be better is after my car is done, instead of just handing me the paperwork & then over to cashier's, it'd be great if someone went over the jobs performed, how it was, anything good or bad happened. Just an overall breakdown would've been nice. Other than that, I highly recommend this dealership soely for the service department. The sales department needs help. Would not work with me even if my. Credit score was high but because I never had a auto loan they said I needed a cosigner. Unfortunately all of my family is back in Texas. So I bought my car in Carvana and get it serviced at this dealership. I'll give them my business
