This is about the Body Shop. Dave, the manager is excellent, as with his office partner. He was very accessible. He and his crew are excellent. Absolutely no problems. Even with supply chain issues he came through. All of his help are extraordinary craftsman and meticulous. Hitting a deer is very stressful, he made it work.

Jeremy the salesperson was great. Very friendly and helpful. He helped sell us on the value of the Buick Envision that we ended up buying. He takes us through all the amenities and features before and after delivery. Even after the sale, he has been in contact with us to make sure everything is going well.

The staff at Morris were great. We drove several hours as they had exact vehicle we wanted. There was a minor error in tax calculation. The corrected to our satisfaction. Specifically Scott Miller Business Manager was great to work with.

Morris GMC did an amazing job, helping me locate the vehicle that I wanted and made sure that everything was done in a timely manner and made my experience unique.. Not all dealerships treat you that way! The vehicle was prepped and looked showroom quality and everyone from finance to the guy ( Jeremy) who helped me set up all the interior controls and OnStar were fantastic! It s a nice touch when the owner makes sure you were treated properly! Thanks Adam!! love my new truck!

I was so happy I booked my service appointment for my GMC TERRAIN with MORRIS BUICK GMC! The service department was efficient and friendly; I had an oil change, new wiper blades, all fluids topped, tires rotated and they checked for any recalls! ALL IN 40 minutes! complimentary drinks & snacks were available;THANKS to Conrad s on York & Pleasant Valley Rds for disappointing me I m so happy to have chosen MORRIS GMC instead!I highly recommend this dealer for any needed service!

Mr Barry was amazing . Explained all the features of the three cars I looked at and I said yes to the Buick enclave. When I picked up my car Sam Noureddine reviewed my car with me and set up all of my setting. Sam was EXCELLENT!! He even helped me with Sirius radio. Very patient man!! Thank you Mr Barry and Sam. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance at Morris GMC to evaluate my GMC Acadia, which is making a clicking sound when turning left, a symptom often associated with a CV joint issue. Upon arrival, I noticed that the service advisor, Kathleen Rivers, did not accurately record my specific concern as I described it, despite my repeat emphasis on checking the CV joint both during the phone appointment and in person. My vehicle, with only 18,000 miles on it and still under warranty, seemed to be a straightforward case for any knowledgeable mechanic. The service advisor did assure me that they would inspect the CV joint and the entire suspension system, so I went on my way. The loaner car I received was visibly damaged from a previous accident, with a smashed trunk and back bumper and missing collision sensors. The staff advised me to disregard any collision alerts and assured me of the car's safety, despite it being the only option available even though I made my reservation three weeks prior. Sure, it got me from point A to point B, but during the drive, the constant collision alerts were a significant distraction. After waiting six hours without any update, I finally received a phone call and was informed that the technician couldn't find any issues with my vehicle. My requests to speak directly with a technician were unmet, with the explanation that they had already left for the day, yet the service department was still open for another two hours. Repeated queries about whether the CV joint was specifically checked were met with uncertainty and after abruptly being placed on hold because she could not answer my question, I was eventually informed that only a visual inspection of the suspension had been conducted, not the thorough check I expected. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was charged a diagnostic fee, despite no actual diagnosis being made and an active powertrain warranty that provides coverage for this concern specifically. The invoice accurately mentions my complaint about a clicking noise, but Kathleen's documentation of it comes across as amateurish, failing to capture the specific terminology I requested, which would have led to an extremely simple diagnosis. The invoice stated that my vehicle was driven six miles since I dropped it off, but the odometer didn t reflect this and the vehicle was only driven two miles. There was also no indication whatsoever on the invoice that the CV joint was checked. The service advisor mentioned that they don t usually inspect CV joints in detail as it's a more involved process, something that they should have indicated upfront and I would have never dropped it off in the first place. I was advised to return if the problem persisted. My offer to demonstrate the issue was declined due to the unavailability of staff and was told again to come back another day. I don t have time to come back another day when I had an appointment in advance and they had my vehicle in their possession for 6 hours already. They had all day to ask me to come back and demonstrate the issue or they could have called for more clarification. Disappointed by this experience and the lack of competence shown, I now unfortunately have to pay out of pocket elsewhere for a premature CV joint failure, something that should not occur for many more miles. It may be beneficial for the dealership to hire service advisors with a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics at a minimum to ensure that customer concerns are documented accurately.

The service department seemed to be working very slowly. What was said to be a 1and 1/2 hour wait for what was supposed to be done turned out to be 3 and 1/2 hours. The car owner is infirm , walking with a cane and had a caregiver staying with her husband who has dementia. It turned into a very stressful and worrying day. The walk from service to a waiting room was quite long for an elderly person. And there was no where to sit in the service reception room.. Frankly, I was disappointed in Morris Cadillac and its treatment and lack of caring for its customers.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I knew as soon as I checked my tire pressure monitoring system that they hadn't rotated my tiresbut needed to verify it by letting my car sit for a day or two and check the pressure readings again. The monitor was giving me the same readings, on the same side, on the same 2 tires I've been having issues with!! I KNOW MY CAR & I ACUATALLY KEEP UP WITH WHAT'S GOING ON WITH IT!!! Would've been better off going somewhere else, this is the last time I will use them for this type of service. They got done too quick which automatically was a red flag now I'm really questioning if they actually changed my oil now. You shouldn't assume that all women are not knowledgeable about their vehicles. Shame on you Morris Buick, GMC & Cadillac

That's the worst GMC dealer in all Ohio. Starting from their customer service to their own service. I had an oil change for my newest terrain and when I came back home I found little oil drops on the ground in my garage. I called the dealer to let them know that there's something wrong, I brought it back the next day to get it checked out and Rivers told me that the technician found a small leak. She advised me to drive the car for another 300 miles and come back so they can tell where the leak is coming from. I asked for a loaner so I get to work and she put me on the waiting list. It's been 3 weeks now and haven't heard anything from them. I've been calling them all day today and every time I ask for service it goes to voicemail. Pretty sure there was nothing wrong with the car before I do the oil change and Morris ruined my car. Never going back to that dealer.

2 recalls were fixed. And sunroof was leaking water in my floorboards of my car. This is the second time having the car in for this issue. I don't feel I should have been charged for the repair seeing its an on going issue. But the service was great and the staff amazing.

Ed was my sales associate. I attended originally to have my present auto estimated for minor damage when someone hit the front with a trailer. I took this opportunity to view a used Buick. He went through a great deal of work to bring it to within my financial means. I left to discuss with my bank manager of some thirty years. When I left the bank I had no intention to purchase due to the cost of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. I texted my decision to Ed and he responded that he was able to reduce the price to within my means. I returned to the dealership and purchased the vehicle. I give high fives to both Ed and your Financial Officer for their professionalism and courteous representation of your dealership.

The service advisor was very nice; however, my complaint of squealing brakes was dismissed as being "normal" due to the material used in the brake pads. I reported this complaint within the first week I purchased the vehicle and the service department sprayed some lubricant on the brakes, which did not resolve the problem. In looking online, there appears to be a service bulletin on this issue, but that was never mentioned to me. Disappointed that my 2021 Acadia Denali has brakes that squeal on the regular and there is no fix by GMC Morris. My old 2013 Mazda with 125k miles on it didn't even squeal like this.

I took my car in for a free oil change when I got there I was told it wasn't free. I decided to leave two-minute after I left I received a call that they made a mistake could I come back in it was free. When I returned to get my car they said i needed filters and some other work. I responded that my husband is a mechanic so maybe he could do some of it himself. The man said we'll where does he work does he have this 15,000. Machine real snotty!! I said I will give my husband the paperwork and let him decide where and how the work would get done. When I got out to my car they suppositly did a car wash the car was full of water marks and looked worse then when I took it in. So my next stop was for a 22.oo car wash . I will never go to Morris again
