I called this shop up to see if I could get in to have work done on my truck. My problem was specialized he took the time to listen and he referred me to a place that had more experience with my problem. I appreciate that. You I will have no problem bringing my vehicle to this shop because the man has integrity.

Bill is honest and fair with his price. He doesn't try to sell you service you do not need. I have 116000 miles on my truck and have needed the front brakes replaced twice. After they replaced my brakes the first time I put 65000 miles on those brakes and my vehicle is a half ton pickup. Upon inspection of the original rear brakes he only had to blow dust off them.

Bill is truly an honest mechanic who tell you what your vehicle needs to run properly and safely just as it should, without over charging you or doing extra work that the vehicle does not need. I was referred to him by someone I didn't even really know, and I took my chances on taking my handicap accessible van there, and I will go to him as long as he will be open for business. So I pray the GOD will bless him with good health as well as his family for blessing me with his help.

Great shop. Never feel pressured into unnecessary services, they explain things clearly, and are so friendly. It's nice, especially as a female with little knowledge of cars, to have somewhere I feel I can trust to take my vehicle.

I wouldn t think to take my car anywhere than to Bill and Mickeys Auto. Very honest and quality service.

I could not say enough great things. The owner and his little team re signed lily know their stuff. If they see something else wrong with your vehicle they will tell you about and let you know if needs fixed now or later. Friendly and very fair priced!

The best auto repair shop I've ever come across. They're trustworthy, knowledgeable and reasonable! Located in brick building next door to Mallets - at Lorain and Clague.

Have been going there for about 3 years now. Find them honest, if they say the work needs to be done you can that it needs to be done. Had been going to another location complaining about a problem and the never could find it. Took it to Mickeys and without telling them they called me and said they found something wrong I had not mentioned. They fixed it and I have had no more problems. Their the only people who will work on my vehicles from now on.Carl Kessler

Best place to get a car fixed. Been going there for years. Honest. That is the best I can say about this place. No BS of some big name shop trying to sell you more crap that you don't need.

Thinking the worst Bill & team took their time & found out the real problem, loose fuse panel. Thats a far cry from electrical issue. Fast, honest. I'll be going here now.
