Angela was awesome in every way! I live in Florida and no one in my area was able to locate the car that I had been wanting for months. Visiting my family in Ohio, I checked at the North Olmsted MB dealership and Angela located the exact car that I was looking for within minutes. When the car was delivered from another state, she went over everything patiently inside and outside of the car and then had it delivered to my home within a week after I returned. She took care of all of it in a professional, efficient and very friendly manner. North Olmsted MB dealership is lucky to have Angela!! Thank you so much!! I love my new SUV!

What an incredible experience searching and test driving my dream car! I was able to get my dream car at a great price and they had the exact color I wanted in stock. The whole team at Mercedes Benz was awesome, but I have to give up to my car salesman Aaron. He was patient and knowledgeable. Great job Aaron, I truly appreciate it!

Walked in with a good idea what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. Our salesperson Lo, did a great job finding the right vehicle for the right price that worked for what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. They worked overtime making sure we were taken care of! Had a great experience test driving and ordering my new car with Barry Sisler! He is a very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with attention to detail. I felt comfortable to discuss my dream car needs with him and never felt to be pushed for sale. Absolutely speeches on the type of customer service I just received!! It's top notch! Mr Jarred was my sales representative and Mr. Andrew business manager both are highly recommended if you venture to North Olmsted Mercedes. No nonsense upfront pricing and respect that I haven't seen in over 8 yrs. The respect for military was the topping and I will be a returning customer. I can't prise this facility enough for the joy they gave my fiance when she received her vehicle. They made it into an event just for us, amazing!!! Thank you and thank you Mrs Dolly for the great coffee and kind words your a God sent.

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Colin Cunningham for the two cars that I have purchased from the Mercedes North Olmsted dealership. Overall both of my buying experiences were wonderful when working with Colin. He always takes care of me, he s knowledgeable, is hyper responsive to any ongoing questions that I may have and always provides exceptional customer service. My favorite thing about working with Colin is that he values my best interest and consults me on what he thinks makes the most sense when I m exploring cars. He always jumps right up to greet me at the front door with a smiling face and to offer me a cup of coffee. He s a busy guy, so if he s tied up in another conversation in the showroom, he s sure to let me know that he ll be right with me because he values my time. Thanks Colin, keep being great!

My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our first Mercedes. Lo (our sales lady) was extremely knowledgeable. Every question was immediately answered. BFG!! Buy From Genti @ MB of NO.Listen I ve been fortunate to have bought many fine autos over the years. From many locations nationwide: KC, Tulsa, Sarasota, FL, multiple times in Missouri, Oklahoma as well as my home Kansas. Several purchases have been accomplished by phone or on-line. My most recent purchase was thru Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead from Mr Genti Ukshini. He went out of his way to make it a very seamless, pleasant, and easy purchase. My calls and concerns were always answered in a timely manner. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or to act in haste. This was a very refreshing experience and perhaps the most professional sales deal I ve ever done. I flew in there one day to meet Genti, inspect the vehicle, and finalize the deal. Again everything was smooth, professional, and seamless. I was treated as not only a valued customer but a friend as well despite just meeting. He even saw to it that I was returned to the airport that afternoon to return home. My vehicle was soon shipped out to me in Kansas. Can t tell you how much I appreciated the treatment and assistance I received from Genti. I felt like I got a great deal and MB of NO was a first-class dealership to do business with. Also Genti continues from time to follow up with me like a true friend. I really hope to be able to deal with Genti again in the future. He s a true professional and a great car-guy friend who will treat you right!Thank you, sir!

I can't say enough good things about the customer service that I received at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. My sales person. Aaron Kloss made my deal not only happen but also made sure my experience went smoothly and accurately. He answered any questions I had. Aaron took his time and went through anything and everything not only about the car I was purchasing but my paperwork as well!!If you are in the market for a car used, new or otherwise, go see Aaron Kloss! What an absolutely wonderful experience provided by Amra from Mercedes-Benz of north Olmsted, she was patient with my changing of schedule and provided me with a look at the car and a test drive, her and star than also wrapped the car up and gave me such a special surprise that made my day and made me feel special! Steven discussed options that i was unaware of and explained them to help me better understand the options! Finally Star helped me download the app and explained the options there too! She was beyond patient with my broken phone screen haha! Thank you guys immensely! All three of them made the purchase one to remember and are amazing at their jobs!

I worked with Colin Cunningham to purchase a new SUV for our growing family and have continued to return to MBZ NO despite living outside of Ohio. Colin s knowledge of every detail of every model made choosing exactly the right model for me an absolute breeze. The sales process was smoother than french silk pie and Colin made sure every need we had was taken care of along the way. After waiting months for my local dealer to come through with a C63s allocation, they informed me it wouldn't be happening. I knew time was short as I would have to attempt to locate one on a dealer showroom or one that was in transit which hadn't yet been claimed. After passing one the only 2023 C63s MB of N. Olmsted had available (because it didn't have the options I wanted), surprisingly a couple of weeks later, Amber emailed me and informed me that they had one in transit with the EXACT spec I was looking for and were willing to sell it to me at MSRP no less! I quickly jumped at the opportunity and put down a deposit to secure the car. I was then assigned to my sales rep Angela who took over things from there. The staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish. My car was shipped to me in an enclosed trailer at a very reasonable cost. Angela was extremely nice and courteous, communicating regularly and thoroughly throughout the process. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. 5 Big Stars!

I have purchased many vehicles from dealers over the last 50 years, my experience at Mercedes of north Olmsted is by far the best buying experience I ve ever had, Aaron worked very hard to accommodate us at every opportunity, and was very professional and pleasant as well as working well with our financial institution, not only was Aaron very helpful but so were Steven, Adam , Destiny , Amy and Kevin. Everyone was happy to help and make this experience one to remember. This is how EVERY dealership should treat its customers! Thank you all so much for everything!! In the future if we are looking for another vehicle this will be our first stop. We truly felt like we were the dealerships prime focus.

Bought a S 580 through the sales consultant Don LaPorte and the experience was amazing from start to finish. No drama and no pressure. The transaction was very transparent and straightforward. This is my second vehicle purchase from the same dealership.I bought the vehicle from out of state and they took care of transportation, out of state registration, taxes, etc.

Amra was amazing! My brother had been searching for over a month for a very specific car and colorway on his own. Because he didn t like dealing with pushy car sales people . But once his schedule at the hospital got hectic. I mentioned he should just go in and speak with Amra, who was highly recommended by friends. A couple weeks later she found the car he wanted and I drove him to pick it up that week! He had an amazing experience, she made the entire process quick and easy and even added special touches! The dealership and the people are amazing. Really great and genuine people and vibes all around. My sales man was Aaron did a spectacular job closing the deal drove 8 hours to pick up my car and had absolutely no problems. They will definitely take care of you and try to work with you as best as they can. Really really happy with my purchase and overall experience with the dealer and the people. Amazing!!! Found a vehicle I was interested in via the main mercedes benz website, that directed me to the North Olmsted website and after seeking more information, Aaron Kloss reached out and sent me a 5 minute video highlighting the entire vehicle. Worked most of the details out via txt and a few phone calls during the week. We drove in from out of town and completed the deal on a Saturday, everything was easy and would easily purchase again from MB@NO. Shoutout to Aaron Kloss for setting up the deal, Steven Aylward for setting up the financing and Destiny Smith for going over the vehicle with us. Class Act Dealership!
