Both My wife and I had a great experience while shopping for a car at Ganley (North Olmsted). We worked with Candace... who we found very knowledgeable and professional. She was great, she did not try to push or sway us in any one direction during the process and had great, post follow up as well. Overall a great experience.

Had an amazing experience with Kristy Tomcho. We were searching for a car for my mother and when the car we thought would be a good fit turned out not to be, she was able to make a suggestion on a model because she took the time to listen to our needs. She was very patient with all of my mom s questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

I had an oil change and inspection this past weekend here at Ken Ganley. I was told it would take about an hour and after an hour and a half the service rep came and got me to let me know it was done. They apologized for taking so long and let me know there was a problem getting the drain bolt off. They said since it took so long because of a problem on their end, they were giving me the oil change for free. Everyone was super kind and they were sincere about taking longer than stated which led to a wonderful experience. The waiting room was nice with snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle in.

There are three reasons to visit a dealer for routine service. First, doing so eliminates any issues related to warranty. Second, the folks doing the work are extremely familiar with the brand excentricities. And third, the customer experience is superb. I had my Forrester serviced today at Ganley, and I would recommend the dealer without reservation. Constantine, the service tech, was a delight. The cost was reasonable. The time I spent was exactly as committed.

We bought our first Subaru Forester from Ken Ganley about 10 years ago. The car had been very reliable so we returned to upgrade and update our car. Our sales person, Gannon, greeted us and listened to our wants and needs and helped guide us every step of the way from selection to finance through delivery. We were presented with a number of different financing options which really helped with our decision. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and the procurement process. At delivery he spent as much time as we wanted to review all the features. All the Ganley employees we met were friendly and we did not feel pressure to purchase. Great experience!

Fantastic experience. Gannon was my sales consultant and was nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient and listened to what I wanted. I never felt pressured at all. Best car buying experience I ve ever had!

I have gone here for service for my Subaru multiple times and normally things are great. But this time the disorganization was crazy. I dropped my car off Wednesday morning. Was told it would be ready by 5:30 pm that same day. Okay so five thirty hits nothing. They closed at 8 waited until 6:30 no call. Kept calling the service department and no answer. The next morning no call I had to call and see where my car was. I had to BEG my supervisors to let me work from home because I had no car and no clue how long it was. After I called Thursday morning was told it was going to be ready in 30 minutes 1.5 hours later NO CALL. Had my fianc� drive me there waited at the desk. Said I hope my cars ready here to pick it up. Then got questioned service rep if anyone let meKnow about my car..NO they did not. I was supposed to pick it YESTERDAY.Then there s no paperwork ready had to wait even longer then they pull out the wrong paper work for Janice??? What.The best part is I got my car back no sticker indicating an oil change. Don t even know if the service I paid for was done neither did the rep I worked with Bill.They had to order a part for my seat heater and told me they would call if it comes in on Friday well no one called and it s in. Of course I had to call. Was told I could come in the same day Friday and get it replaced no I cannot go in until Wednesday.Spent almost 1000 dollars on my car and these people cannot even tell me if an oil change was done. Last time I ll ever set foot in this place. If you charge so much for your services, try not to treat your customers like this. An absolute mess I don t trust that any of the services I paid for were done. Feel like I wasted 1000 dollars and my time was severely wasted. I can understand if one thing was amiss but I am honestly scared to take my car in Wednesday.Thanks!

I arrived at the dealership knowing which model and trim I was interested in, after driving multiple car makes and models. The staff was all away, occupied or on lunch but I didn't really have to wait. Candace stepped away from her lunch to work with me. She was friendly, easy going, knowledgeable about the car and made sure I was the focus of the moment. I appreciated all of it which is why I didn't dig in my heals. They left no room for negotiations but I locked in at a time of great incentives in addition to a good interest rate so I walked away a happy customer. --Note: Without hesitation, Candace listened and focused on my needs. I recommend working with her. True service is still a high value in my book!

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, and the experience here was remarkably better than what we ve had at other dealerships - zero pressure, efficient process, and trustworthy staff. Dylan Cairelli, our salesman, was easy to work with and made the process enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership.

Extremely fabulous and stress-free experience! Gannon and Terry were just wonderful to help find the best vehicle that worked for all needs as well as stayed working financial budget! Very impressed by how Gannon took the time to give as much time, respect, and understanding as possible with the process and made sure all comfort was met before moving to the next step! Terry was very kind by going over every step for the finance process and going over all additional features that made the most sense for the vehicle choice/needs. The service department as well was incredibly kind by discussing basic maintenance procedures and costs as well as for allowing the undercarriage of the vehicle to be seen before purchasing! Very grateful for the support from Subaru and will be glad to come back to this dealership for future vehicles!

I don't typically write absolutely glowing reviews for context, but with this office, it is so well deserved.Jimmy Tran and the crew from Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted are absolute lifesavers! I was so impressed with every interaction I had here. From each call with Jimmy to the advice I asked for regarding my specific situation. He never recommended anything I didn't need, while keeping me informed and helping me rest assured. I really appreciate it when I meet real genuine, kind, trustworthy people like this.Most of the team members were professional and the car selection was good. I was ready to buy so the overall experience was good. After the car was purchased I felt like the sales rep did a good job at following up and offering their help if need be. The representative I signed my final papers with was very friendly, personable, and for me made me feel good about my purchase before walking out the door (which is a big deal).I bought my 2024 Subaru Crosstek from Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted, on Monday, 11/13/2023 and I am very happy. My experience at this dealership couldn't be better. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Subaru in Cleveland, Ohio area.Thank you Jimmy!

I had an outstanding experience at North Olmsted Ken Ganley Subaru. My salesperson (Kristy Tomcho) was very personable and ensured that I was informed about my options and getting exactly what I wanted from my new car. I did not feel as though she was trying to haggle me or get a deal out of me whatsoever. When I did pick out my new car, she ensured that I was informed of all of the car s features and knew how to use them. She even continued to follow up to ensure that everything was going smoothly with my new vehicle. This is the first new car I have purchased and I was so impressed with her service and will definitely continue my business with North Olmsted Ken Ganley Subaru!

We can't recommend Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted enough. This is my fourth lease with them and second for my husband. Rachel was awesome 10/10. She was very patient and thoughtful with our needs and took the time to look at all options. She was incredibly helpful and thorough and made sure we had cars we loved.

After driving my 1993 Honda Accord for basically my entire adult life I realized I needed to upgrade. Obviously I knew I wanted a Subaru. I came in and immediately connected with Kristy. She listened to not only my needs but my wants and ultimately what was the most important to me - the safety of my family. She checks in on me and is available when I have questions but doesn t overwhelm me with emails. She truly is respectful and caring. Can t wait to get another lease through her!

We have just gotten home from purchasing a Subaru. It was truly such a smooth experience. We had a lot of stressful, last minute changes, and Amber handled it with so much grace. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and we really appreciated her low pressure sales approach. It made our decision SO easy! She has made us feel very confident that we've made the right decision for our family. Terry in finance was great as well. He was friendly and efficient. So my husband and I randomly stopped in to look and test drive a subaru forester.. we are 1st timers. Gannon was the first salesman to approach us.... he asked what exactly we were looking for. Having done our homework we were pretty confident on what we wanted. However, apparently subaru foresters base-premium are in hot demand. Gannon states the only forester they have on lot available was a sports.... so we said wth let's try it... it had all the bells and whistles which is more than we were looking for but it was such a nice drive... we asked Gannon to crunch some numbers.... we told him what we were wanting to pay monthly... he went back and forth with the sales manager to be able to meet all our needs... and wala we drove off with our new subaru forester sport. Gannon was very detail oriented and professional... he is fairly new at the N. Olmsted location but he seemed knowledgeable.. he may need to loosen up a bit and have some fun doing what he does but he does a great job! I can't remember the sales manager but he was helpful and his mom was great.. hope they enjoy their vacation...lol. this may have been our 1st subaru but probably not our last!

The showroom was clean and bright. There was a selection of tea, coffee and water while I waited. My salesman Gannon was knowledgeable and helped me get into the car I wanted with no issues. The process was efficient and each document was explained thoroughly. This is my second time getting a Subaru from there and will definitely be back.

This place is a joke. No answers on when a part will come in, just that it will eventually. It's been 2 months and they still have no answer and to top it off they have just left my vehicle sitting there the whole time. You would think a dealership would know to not just leave a vehicle sitting. Complete incompetence and an utter joke.EDIT: I understand the part situation being out of your hands but I do not understand you leaving my car to sit. Yes you have given me the option to pick up my vehicle which I will do. But for me to do that is not easy, I have to have the time to have someone take me there and pick it up and then have to do the same when getting it back. In no way would I think a dealership wouldn't be able to have an answer on a part coming in or not be able to take care of it in a timely manner and if they couldn't they would say so. Not have absolutely no idea. Again my main frustration besides the part not being in in 2 months is the fact you left my vehicle to sit this whole time. I get it, I shouldn't trust my vehicle in a dealerships hands I guess. Which is kind of crazy to me.

Starting working with Mike Olsen back in November looking for a new car to get into. I never financed anything before I stopped by and was worried about not getting approved for that reason but Mike was totally cool and explained everything to me perfectly and gave me a lot of options to choose from as well. I had so many questions with it being my first time trying to make payments on a car and he was super patient and understanding! He put me into a new 2022 WRX that I m in love with and appreciate him helping me get into a car I ve always wanted since I was a kid! THANK YOU MIKE!!!
