Working with the CJ was a fantastic experience! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us try to find the perfect car. Although we were unable to walk away that day with a new car (no fault but our own). He listened to my needs and preferences, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism and patience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car and will definitely be returning when we are in a better spot. Thank you for the outstanding service!

We had a great experience with CJ. We set an appointment and he had it washed and ready for us to check out. The whole process was simple and the service was amazing! Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used car!

Service was excellent. I set an appointment for an oil change and got in and out in a decent time. They greeted me and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need or jack up the price on me like Elyria Hyundai did. I needed tires so I went ahead and set another appointment to get those put on. Once again, I got in and out in a reasonable time and with 4 tires and an alignment the price was as quoted. Leron was the service advisor. I recently retired from the Car business after 25 years and I will recommend this place for service or sales to my friends and family. Thank you Ganley for keeping things affordable and maintaining good customer relations!!

CJ was super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about my vehicle options and alsso worked well with the finance dept to answer my questions about adding/canceling additional policies. Checked in with me a few times after I purchased my vehicle to answer any questions that arose.

Gus was my service guy when I went to drop off my car. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the experience quick. He kept me up-to-date on what needed to be done and gave me suggestions on what I should do to my car. I used to take my car to another dealership for service, but I will be taking it to this dealership from now on.

Cj was very thorough, and listened to everything I needed and wanted in a car. Very knowledgeable about the specs of each car and what can be added to make it fit my style. One of the best car dealers out there 10/10 highly recommend! He was right on the money and very attentive and quick to come up with ideas and solutions to my fears of buying a car. Definitely ask for Cj :)

My experience was excellent! CJ was my sales person. He was far more knowledgeable than our sales person we had at the Norwalk location. There was not a question we had that he could not answer. His sales manager John was also super pleasant. Keep up the great work Ganley:) Thank you.

Look nowhere else if you re buying a Hyundai. The treatment was so good my wife and me bought each a car! Kyrstin was knowledgeable, empathetic, transparent, and overall a great seller. Dealer didn t over pushed on add ons and I feel that I got a great deal. Will definitely go to them first for my next purchase.

CJ Swander was our salesman at Ken Ganley Hyundai, in North Olmsted, Ohio. He was friendly and professional and took great care of us. My daughter bought a 2023 Santa Fe and we ended up leasing a 2024 Tuscon! When I am ready to replace my 2020 Tuscon, I ll be contacting CJ!

Be careful bringing your car here for service. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day I was on my way to class and heard a loud clunking sound. Turns out that multiple lug nuts were HAND LOOSE! Absolutely unacceptable. Fast service is great but not when it jeopardizes your safety. No longer trusting this location for any car needs.In addition, I tried to call the service department and was sent to voicemail multiple times.

Worst experience ever. When did we forget the basics in customer service. If I pay my bill for service on my car you return my keys!! You don t make someone sit around for an hour to have the tow truck drive come get them. It s not their car. It s mine. And when is it ok to be rude to the customer when all they are asking for is some common decency. All you have to do is ask questions. Never showed me where my car was. Never said the battery was dead. This was my first and only impression of this dealership and they failed miserably. I will never buy from them. I will never recommend them. I will go on every platform I can and speak on this matter because this was a disgrace. SHAME ON YOU!!

BUYER BEWARE!I dropped my 2015 hyundai Sonata sport off for 4 recalls to be fixed on 05/19/2023. I received the call to come and pick up my vehicle later the same day, that all the service was completed.Upon entering my vehicle the driver seat was moved all the way back to it's furthest position. I moved the seat up to my regular seating position and went a little too far forward and when I attempted to adjust the seat backwards the switch would not work. I tried this many times with no luck.I entered the dealership and explained the issue and a mechanic came out to diagnose the issue and agreed there was an issue and I was left with the impression that the service was covered since the seat was working when brought in for service.They kept the car over the weekend and I received a call Monday morning that the service would cost me $272 to fix the issue that they caused and acknowledged as much the previous Friday.Needless to say this was not the outcome I was looking for and decided to go elsewhere to have the issue fixed.Please be careful in getting service done here as you may come in with one issue and leave with another.
