Excellent experience from the time we walked in the door through driving off the lot. Luke was a great sales consultant. He was so helpful on our test drive where he explained all car functionality. We felt our trade in was fair and pricing of the vehicle met our needs. Our financial paperwork went smooth. Each step of the process felt personalized and everyone was so friendly. We will never go to another dealer now that we know what true customer service is!

We leased a CRV from Ganley Honda in North Olmsted and had a great experience from start to finish. Matt Barney was our Sales Consultant and Bob Hudacek was our Sales Manager. Our monthly payment and cash owed at closing were exactly as we discussed. Matt knew literally everything about the trim levels and options and stayed beyond closing time to help us set up the features and review everything. Bob worked hard to get us to a payment we were comfortable with. Because of our personal experience, we will definitely return to them for our next vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda and great buying experience. We purchased our 2024 Pilot Elite from Jake and were very pleased with the service he provided. We made several calls for information before we made the trip up to purchase it. Stayed late to help me get my lease financing through and driving same day as test drive. Got a good price with a decent price down, couldn t complain if I wanted to. Marc was super easy going and helpful the entire time, and Matt made the paperwork a breeze. I had come in about an hour before close, and they were still more than happy and patient through the whole process. Very happy with experience and car, would recommend to anybody.

I had to get my car looked at for a recall. Turned out this agency had never seen this recall before. Took almost 3 hrs, which was way longer than I was quoted/expected. But they kept updating me of the delay via text. Meanwhile the waiting area was super clean and comfortable with a super fancy coffee machine and snacks. Plus there was no charge for the computer update on the recall.

I recently switched from Metro Toyota after 9 years and could not be happier. Cameron was an amazing sales rep who worked with me for all options in my range to get me a vehicle I m excited to drive in a short time with no issues or pushy tactics. Finance was very friendly and not aggressive in pushing coverage I didn t need but still explained all my options and prices with great knowledge and positivity. I was referred here from my friend Rick Brown in service who made sure my vehicle was spotless by the time I got my keys. Solid dealership who are up front and real, trust these folks!

Such a positive experience on the purchase of our 2024 Passport. Our salesperson, Jeff Smith, was very attentive and kept us in the loop every step of the way while we were waiting for the Passport to come in. The purchase process was very efficient and professional in both sales and finance without any high pressure tactics. Michael Sintoni in Finance was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was available to us regarding warranty programs in a non-pushy way. The final part of the sale with Jeff was a thorough explanation of all the vehicle s features. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen and Ken Ganley Honda. We ll definitely be recommending them to all our family and friends.

We purchased our 2024 Hyundai Tucson from Ken Ganley North Olmsted. We are returning customers because of the exceptional service we receive every time! Our sales associate CJ was wonderful. He took the time to explain details and different finance options to fit our budget as well as how we can get the most for our money. Most importantly we did not feel pressured as CJ created a very relaxed though professional atmosphere which we truly appreciated.

The best Honda dealership around Cleveland. Leased my car from here. I previously serviced it at Cleveland Heights Honda due to proximity - they quoted me hundreds of dollars "recommended" maintenance when my car only had 10K miles on it. When my engine light came on I was certain I'd be paying an arm and a leg to fix had I gone back to Cleveland Heights. I ended up returning to North Olmsted - they fit me in the day of, got me out of there within 1 hour, and were able to fix the problem free of charge. I can't recommend it enough!

James was very nice and friendly. I waited around 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and then waited another 1.5 because 2 codes came up on my car. I am giving 2 stars because I definitely overpaid, spent longer than I should have at the dealership, and felt taken advantage of.

I had what seemed to be an out of warranty or maybe non warranty covered repair related to my phone connection to the vehicle's system....it was a tough to diagnose issue with lots of labor...the vehicle is only a few years old under 50k mileage. Ganely covered the diagnosis labor and the repairs...I was really impressed and thankful. They even provided a loaner vehicle for free during the repairs. Thanks Ganely! What great service!

I purchased a 2023 Honda Accord hybrid from Ganley North Olmsted. It took 2 weeks to reach the service department to schedule my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The service technician checked all the boxes including, check fluids . I did not have wiper fluid when I arrived and I didn t have any when I left. That s because no one checked it even though they checked the box. You have to wonder if they rotated the tires or changed the oil! There is a reason people don t trust service departments at car dealerships!

This dealership lies. I came in for an advertised price of a Civic Sport of 329 a month with lease loyalty. After negotiating my trade, the monthly payments did not make sense and it seemed I was being over charged more than $2000 spread out over 36 months. They insisted I was wrong and wanted me to sign the deal. After going back and forth over and over I did the math in front of the salesman adding doc fee, tax, title, registration, dealer fees minus my trade. He asked if he could take my paper back to finance. After 15 minutes he came back saying I was right because they accidentally did the math wrong. At that point I said I will go to a different dealership that I can trust. The salesman ask me to wait so the finance manager can come out and explain. When the finance manager came out he told me the reason it was over 2000 more was because his computer was doing the math wrong and when he did it by hand he came up with the same number I had and that he never normally has to do this by hand. At this point I asked if this so called computer that can't do math rips everyone off and he said it was only for Civics and it must have just broke today and he didn't sell any other Civics that day. Lol! This dealership is dishonest and I will never be back even after buying 2 other cars in the past from them. I also emailed Ken Ganley automotive group explaining what happened and they must not care because they never responded. I wish I can give 0 stars.

Ganley Honda did the timing service on my 2002 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder 2.3L VTEC engine.It s a BIG job so it was pretty expensive but they did a really nice job.Huge shout out to the master tech Samantha who did a fantastic job on the timing service she performed on my car. I personally talked to her and she took extra care with my car and went over some things that needed checked and got me a list of all that still needs to he addressed w/ my 20 year old Honda Accord. I really appreciated that she did such a thorough job! Keep up the great work Samantha you ROCK Another huge shout out to Wendy in the service department she was able to get me in for the timing service for a fair price and get me in and out FAST and get me a rental car for the single day they had my car. Thanks Wendy!Thank you car porter gentleman (didn t get his name but I talked to him) for washing my car!My car looked amazing leaving your Honda dealership!Lastly, thanks Ed Stein for chatting with me and having me at your humble dealership and taking the time to go over everything with me. Overall, Ganley Honda North Olmstead is super clean and a very nice car dealership where they care about their customers. The entire team at Ganley Honda is super friendly and dedicated to their customers needs and overall satisfaction. We had visited a variety of dealerships, looking at SUVs and minivans to haul two German shepherds! We were picky about cargo space and height. Ken Ganley's staff, especially Mike Maier, was professional, patient and willing to work with our crazy work schedules. This was our second purchase from this dealership, and we have no buyer's remorse with our 2024 Honda Odyssey!

I ve just leased my fourth Honda from Jeff Smith at Ganley Honda. From the first lease to this one he s always been knowledgeable, funny, and patient with my ever-changing mind. Even the leasing agent who had me signing tons of paperwork was a great guy! There s a dealership closer to me but I prefer to go to them. All of the staff are always so friendly. Keep up the great work!

Went for complementary oil change and tire rotation. Didn't reset the oil percentage and didn't rotate the tires at all. Had to return twice to get things fixed. Apparently they said the service guy "forgot". Really tanked my trust in this branch. My daughter's car was also serviced here for brake and tire rotation and the screws to her wheels was loose 3 days afterward, one almost fell off. The wheel was making scraping sounds earlier that day. Thank you for the service, I'm too scared to come here again.

Dan was an amazing sales person. He let me talk about what I wanted and was not pushy with anything. Ended up getting a 2023 honda passport trailsport and traded in my 2020 jeep compass. So far I love it. The service of Dan and Kelly in finance was amazing.

I visited on 10/2/2023 to explore a 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. I had called the day before to schedule the appointment. On arrival, I was greeted by the Sales Consultant Jeff Smith and the General Manager Tim Costa. Jeff rode with me on my test drive, and answered all of my questions about the vehicle, before we returned to the dealership. Then he and Tim put together leasing options I had requested. The showroom was spotless, the car was clean, and Jeff and Tim treated me with courtesy and professionalism. As I left for my next appointment, to evaluate an alternate vehicle, they applied no pressure and asked me to contact them if I had any further questions about the vehicle or the lease payments/terms.It was a very positive experience overall, and I would recommend this dealership and these representatives to anyone in the market for this car.Tom
