I had a trial mobile pilot program come out to put new tires on my jeep today at a family members home but was unsuccessful due to bad lug nuts. While I started to take my long drive home the jeep started to make a loud clanking noise. I pulled over and googled the nearest place to take it that dealt with tire repair that had good reviews, I came up with Joe's. Drove in and explained the situation. Without hesitation he checked all my tires, took one off, sanded down some rust on the rim, put it back on, tighten them all and checked the air in all the tires. I asked what my bill was and he stated he just wanted me to have a safe drive home. His kindness meant the world to me, not many people today would be so so nice and I wanted to make sure that he and his guy made my day!
