All Employees I had contact with were very friendly and accommodating (including the GM). They were very thorough and kept me well informed of the entire repair process. When I received the car back and was home, I noticed fasteners missing in several places, and the replacement aftermarket headlight they installed was poor quality. (this part choice was directed by the insurance company, not Gerber Collision)I brought the car back in and in only a few hours they corrected all the fastener issues and replaced the headlight with another brand, one of very high quality (still not OEM but, CAPA certified). The paint finish and color match with blending to other panels is amazing and the whole front end of the car looks fabulous, way better than before the accident. I would recommend them for collision repairs.

Color is good not perfect. Paint is good but body work is not good.None of my screws and clips and push rivets are as they were, not one looks OEM or close to it and they hardly fit. Missing my prop rod fastner. Missing clips that hold the bumper ends, so it flaps, and also they just left the side of my bumper sticking out more than an 1/4 inch. Not professional.Honda Accord

The staff was very kind and got our car in right away. They adequately communicated all delays. That said, when we came to pick up our car, it very obviously had some defects. It's almost like no one had stood back and just looked at it. Very dissappointed to have taken off of work to hurry and get the car before their early closing time only to see blatant errors. They are willing to make it right, but now I have to take more time off work to bring the car back in!

I had my vehicle repaired there due to another persons insurance company. Gerber installed a non original windshield which altered the appearance of my vehicle. They did not inform me this would happen nor did they ask for my consent. They simply took the insurance money without regard for the customers vehicle.

I highly recommend this business for collision repair. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my Ford escape, but a week later I noticed my backup camera was malfunctioning. After a quick phone call they gladly repaired that too. They didn't give me any doubt or sass about it. They trusted my word which goes a long way with me. Hopefully I never need such service again, but if I do they will be the first folks I'll call.Service: Body & Trim

Between my insurance (State Farm), Gerber, and Enterprise rentals. Everything was smooth! I made a claim with my insurance. They contacted Gerber, then Gerber contacted Enterprise. If everything in the world worked this fluent, it would be a better place. Thank you.

I will never go to this place ever again or will I recommend it to anyone. They are NOT friendly and the gentlemen at the front desk is very rude. They had my car almost a week and never got in touch with me to inform me they were not going to be fixing my car. I paid my deductible up front in cash and when I want my deductible refunded to me all I get is the run around and a horrible attitude from staff. Very bad company very bad service.

TOOK TRUCK IN FOR AN ESTIMATE, AFTER A COLLISION. THEY TOOK ABOUT 10 PHOTOS. HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES TO GET ESTIMATE. THEY NEVER EVEN INCLUDED OBVIOUS DAMAGE IN THE ESTIMATE. LIKE THE REAR BUMBER, THE RUNNING BOARD, SIDE VIEW MIRROR, ENTIRE ROCKER PANEL! WHEN I CALLED AND INQUIRED THEY HUNG UP ON ME! WHAT A JOKE!

Ex wife got into a car accident coming home from work on the highway and smashed the front windshield and in the same day got a "and a great price at that next day installed sealed inspected and back on the road feeling great about life easy simless 123 thank you
