Mike, Gus, Jacob, and Cyrus are the best service people! They will take care of you and your car. I recently had my oil changed done here and they went above and beyond! They also provide water bottles, coffee, and even snacks. Amazing team 10/10.

I owned a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I got regular oil changes, tire rotations, as needed, etc. I lived in Lakewood and went to a local mechanic from the time I bought the car which I think was 2018, owed less than $2000. Fast forward 2021, we moved to Parma so I started having the oil changed at Take 5. One day the car started doing weird things, it wouldn't accelerate when pushing the gas. It would eventually accelerate but this issue kept happening, limiting me driving on the freeway. So took her to the dealership for the first time, her check engine light was on as well, but she didn't do the same thing and by the appointment no light. Brought her back, can't remember the light part, but my Dad came with me this time. I was told to buy a new car, not a Hyundai, provided a list for possible repairs or updates just random stuff, and that it wasn't worth them fixing it. I never returned. I will never buy another Hyundai.

The service department is fantastic! Very helpful. Took care of my problem and they dealt with the manufacturer for me. Very pleased!

I took my Santa Fe for service and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable! Especially my service advisor Leron Burshtein! He explained everything to me and he treated me with respect!Thank you.

Hyundai Westside seems better if you re well experienced, know exactly what you want, and don t mind paying extra to get what you want. They don t seem like bad people, but I would not recommend this dealership if it s your first time buying a car.When you walk in, the effort is on you to approach someone and see the cars that you want. It honestly felt more challenging than it should have just to test drive something. I also had an 18yr old trade in and the management laughed at the price that I was expecting for it- before even seeing the car! And they were *shocked* to hear that their store next door was offering me so much for the trade in. The management also couldn t believe that their store next door already offered me dollar amounts off the market adjustments on different cars.I ended up getting a way better deal and experience at a different Hyundai dealer. Perhaps this dealership is fantastic for a very specific type of buyer, but I didn t fit the type.

I leased a new 2022 Hyundai Kona in January this year and in May the horn stopped working. So I scheduled maintenance to get it fixed. They were pretty booked up and I m understanding of that so I got the first available time at 7:30am two weeks in advance. The day of my service I get there at 7:30am, the man behind the counter straight up tells me they don t have a horn, this is a common issue, and he ll order one and call me in 2 days to come get my horn replaced. I leave and wait a whole week before I CALL THEM to see if my horn is in. Well the horn has arrived but they can t schedule me in for at least another month to replace it, even though I already had an original appointment 1.5 weeks prior with nothing fixed. They couldn t even promise me a loaner vehicle like they had done previously. Not very happy with this service.Service: Auto maintenance

Had a wonderful salemans C.J. Swander. No pressure to purchase something we didnt want. Lots of vehicles to choose from. They have great programs and coverage for their vehicles. I would recommend calling and setting up an appointment with C.J.

Corrected a badly serviced scheduled maintenance from Freysinger Hyundai in Mechanicsburg, PA, who left the oil drain plug loose. Fixed and serviced quickly!

They have no new stock. You have to put a non-refundable deposit of $1000 on a car that you haven't seen yet. And you only get whatever color/style is coming in. Horrible place. The car had transport damage and they refuse to fix it. This place is a joke, especially Carter. Brought Hyundai Tucson 2019 certified car and after a month I need to change My brakes. Not sure what kind of inspection they do. Please make sure to do inspection outside from this dealer.

This is the 2nd Hyundai dealership I have dealt with. The service department here LISTENED to my concerns and I found this them to be much more professional than the other I dealt with. The service manager, Ian, went above and beyond to help me and address my concerns.
