Top notch service at a fair price, can't ask for anything more than that.From Maria/Office Manager, to Tim/Expert Technician, and Mr. Galati himself, they all took great care of my car which had a severely bent rear rim and a bad front ball joint.

The staff repaired my car in a few hours and the bill was less than $100 after a local dealer wanted to repair my car for $3500.Get a second opinion!!!Thanks to Maria and the mechanics

Took my Volkswagen to Galati s and was happy with the service I paid for. The owner and service manager are very efficient and informative. The labor rate was very reasonable considering how much dealers are charging these days, with the same if not better quality. They have been servicing a relatives car for years, and now they are the only place I would take my cars. They can service old and are capable of servicing new. They are a good for for the older crowd but I would recommend to any younger people looking for a knowledgeable staff and expert service. I have been to plenty of do it cheaper places You get what you pay for, they will do the job right the first time so you wont be doing it twice.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

***Hello. I was a loyal customer of this establishment for many years. They told me my car needed extensive work and I agreed to have them do the work. They said the work was done, I paid the bill in a timely manner as always. I ended up having the same issues with my car and I tried talking to them about it and they kept putting me off saying, I ll have to talk to the owner and have him call you . I didn t get any help. I do not believe they repaired my car, either they couldn t do the work or they didn t want to do the work.I would recommend to anyone that is told by this company that their car needs extensive work to get another opinion.The way they treated me was wrong.I wouldn t recommend this business to anyone after the way they treated me.This is my true experience and my true opinion!I would give zero stars if I could.UPDATE to the owners comment.Uh nooo.

They were terrific and very responsive. Easy to get on the phone. Seemed to be very trustworthy my original quote from one of their competitors, was going to unnecessarily replace a relatively new part. I m definitely going back!

Absolute worst repair place. I was told would fix clutch. He did fix clutch but no sixth gear. I had sixth gear before car went into shop. I saw one of the mechanic messing with my gear box and now can t even shift car into sixth gear. The insults from the owner. I eventually had to go to court to try to get car fixed. Mercedes Dealership said that over $2,000.00 damage to my shifter when plastic part of shifter was damaged to my car. He got a high price attorney. No justice and I am stuck with a car that can t go over 55mph. Then they have an automatic reply and do not want to resolve the matter in a professional matter.Service: Engine repair

I should have taken previous negative reviews more seriously. My car was not completed when promised. I was told they could not appreciate an obvious crunch when driving until I requested a test drive with a mechanic. Lastly, I left with a new, perfectly round scuff in my PPF on the front passenger fender (see photo), which of course they denied. Don t make the same mistake!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have taken my Porsche there for years for each of the n0,000 mile services. They've always been prompt, courteous, and have explained what they have done (and prior to covid, I was able to hang out for a few and see my elusive engine and what they were working on). Very reasonably priced, they've been a great shop. Super happy customer, thank you @galati for all you've done.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Do not take your car there. My son spent $9k for them to fix his Mercedes. After replacing many parts like the valves, head resurfacing, timing chain and after several months and many other parts they said it was done. Then they call and said it needed a battery. Well the battery was less than a year old. After reluctantly paying for that they call back and said it won t start and it needed an ignition switch and they sent it to the dealer for that. It is quite obvious that they were just throwing parts at the car.Well he finally got the car back and less than a week later the engine lights came back on and it started knocking very bad again along with a coolant leak. Gala i s refused to honor their free tow offer for warranty work and they also kept threatening more labor charges to look at the issue if it wasn t their fault. Well after over $9k worth of engine work and then tearing the engine apart of course it s something they did or didn t do. They kept threatening the diagnostic fees and my son could not take the chance of spending more money into the car that he had to just get rid of it.I suggest you find elsewhere to take your vehicle!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Terrible service!!! I should have listened to the negative reviews. Not only did my check engine come back on within the next day of leaving Galatis but they left scratches and dents on my vehicle. Services here have always been done in a timely manner and fairly priced. I have only needed their services a hand full of times but I was pleased each time.
