We have had the pleasure of working with Matt and Team on three new vehicle purchases. Each one has been a smooth transaction we are not exactly local, but we make the trip every time just to take time to reconnect and enjoy the atmosphere. The dealer is relaxed enough that I have brought my young daughter every time. Thanks guys !

Purchased my first luxury vehicle here & all I can say is wow! Patrick helped me out in every way. He was so amazing, patient, knowledgeable, & made me feel welcome. Some can feel out of place & overwhelmed in any sales environment, but that mentality completely left me with Patrick!!! He exceeded expectations and I left feeling like apart of the family! I purchased a preowned Lexus RX 350 from this dealership my experience was good. My salesperson was Greg L. he was very relaxed salesperson. My online purchase took a total of 6 days with delivery. Jason in finance was awesome he sent documents overnight and closed the deal in one day. The car came as described it was preowned so a couple of scratches on hood nothing that can't be professional touched up. Overall Satisfied!!!!

I purchased a vehicle remotely (from out of state), and the entire process took only 4-days - from making inquiry to having the car delivered to me and in my driveway. This is the best luxury vehicle purchase & dealership experience that I've ever had.I highly recommend Patrick, for his professionalism, courtesy, and speed of execution. Our recent car purchase at Cleveland Motorsports exceeded our expectations. It was the first time for us that such a purchase was actually enjoyable! Our contact, Allan Goldstein, was extremely responsive and professional. At the last minute before shipping, he replaced the windshield when they found a crack. And when we received the car, he had included a new hood emblem to replace the existing one which was faded (a $250 item for that car). Thank you Allan for a seamless car-buying experience!

Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with their service department during a warranty repair on my 2021 Aston Martin DB11. On March 24, I was scheduled for a valet pick up at 9:00 AM (set up three weeks prior and confirmed) only to receive a text at 8:00 AM that morning (no name attached) that their valet driver had called off and it would be the following week at the earliest before it could be rescheduled. Obviously, I was annoyed since I set aside the time to be home for the pick up, so I called and spoke with Fady in service and explained that the following week did not work as my son was getting married and I would not be available. He went on and on about how short staffed they are and there was really nothing they could do, so I drove the car up myself and had my wife follow me. When I dropped it off I made arrangements with Fady to contact my son-in-law in Fairlawn who could take delivery for me while I was gone. The work was finished and the valet drop off was set up. To our dismay, no one showed up with the car as promised. When my son-in-law called Cleveland Motorsports to inquire about the status he was told by Fady they had to cancel and had spoken to me which is a flat out lie. Finally, a third appointment was made and my car was delivered dusty without even being washed. I telephoned the GM, Matt Frazier, that afternoon and waited a day and a half without a return call. So, I called back and he picked up but he explained he hadn't had a chance to listen to my voice message yet (a day and half later??). I let Matt know this wasn't the quality service I had experienced with the previous ownership and he was very apologetic and took it seriously, however, he was concerned about me leaving a "nasty " review. I explained to him my review would be more appropriately titled as a "truthful one" and sincerely hope they take my criticism constructively as a way to improve areas where they fall short, especially for a high-end dealership.

I live in New England but saw a vehicle on their website and wanted to know more. After reaching out I was hooked up with Patrick Hoeflinger who was amazing. At every turn, he and Jason Rysh, made the purchase (paperwork and all that jazz) seamless. The car arrived about a week ago on a car carrier and I could be happier. It's an amazing vehicle and I would recommend working with them whenever you are in the market for a car!!!!

I will start with the buying experience, which was outstanding. Adam Essa was very professional and accommodating. I spoke to him over the phone and he offered to deliver the car for the weekend for a test-drive. Thereafter, I made a verbal offer, and he got the deal done with no haggling, high-pressure, or even needing to come into the dealership. He knows how to make deals happen! Subsequently, I had to get the car in for warranty service. Mike Bonitati, Service Manager, was the most personable, caring, and accommodating Service Manager ever. He arranged to have a loaner car dropped off at my home, taking our car to the shop. He worked with Maserati Corporate in pursuing suspension & alignment perfection, keeping me informed throughout the process. The car was washed and returned looking like the day I took delivery. I highly recommend Cleveland Motorsports due to the likes of Adam and Mike.

I can recommend Cleveland Motorsports without reservation!! I had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Matt F, and Jesse H- and indeed these are professionals and true gentlemen. Smooth and easy process. Life is too short to deal with the inadequacies of most other dealerships. I will buy from them again.

I was recommended to Cleveland Motorsports by a long time friend who runs a body shop in Chagrin. He told me that I would find the staff at Cleveland Motorsports to be very accommodating and helpful. He was right. Colin and Roger and the others were very professional, made sure that I was comfortable while I waited, and kept me informed as to the timeline for the service. From the minute I got there I felt like a valued customer. I would very much recommend Cleveland Motorsports and Colin's team as a result, and look forward to a continued relationship with them in the future, whether that be through the service department, or hopefully, the sales team for another car!

This is my first experience with Cleveland Motor Sports. I dealt exclusively with Mitch Wolf and the entire transaction was amazing. They were honest, knowledgeable, and the service, from phone calls to their personal videos to me was amazing.I am in Huntsville, AL and never actually saw the car. I bought the Lotus Evora on Mitch s word and recommendation. Then he went much farther to make the entire encounter a pleasure.My next car will be a McLaren and I plan to buy it here!Trust this organization. No one does it better.

I recently had my A-M Vantage serviced (Major Service Interval) at the service center in Middleburgh Heights. The term "Major Service" and Aston Martin used in the same sentence can be a bit intimidating but Mike Bonitati and his team made the experience positive and pleasurable. I have worked with Mike in the past and he is a consummate professional and goes the extra distance to do right by the customer. Further, while spending some time in the showroom I interacted with Greg Loeding about a potential sale. Again, the experience was a total pleasure with Greg being a total professional and more than accommodating with his time and requested information.My compliments to Mike, Greg, and the Cleveland Motorsports team.

I highly recommend Mark Thomas of Collection Motorsports in Ohio. After spending a couple of days dealing with local dealers around Beverly Hills, I decided to search online. I immediately noticed a difference the first time I spoke to Mark on the phone. He was honest, reliable and a man of his word. The level of service he provided was unbelievable. Mark went the extra mile to make sure everything was clear to me and to educate me about my options. Most importantly the price he offered was significantly lower than the other quotes I received. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I never had such a pleasant experience with a purchase. No matter what state you are in, give Mark a call and I am sure he will surprise you too.

Attempted to purchase a CPO Bentley they had advertised on their website. Signed agreement & deposit...only to find out they didn t even have the car in stock. Deal ended abruptly being told it had been in a accident (clean Carfax BTW) and they couldn t certify or sell it. Got quickly blown off by manager and owner when I asked what changed? . It was supposed to be there and suddenly it wasn t. Proceed with caution!

I had a few issues with my Maserati thats out of warranty, and every time I called fady and Josephine they have been very nice and polite and helped me answer questions I needed. My car is actually in the hands of there dealership now and I'm actually from Detroit, with dealers you have to watch very closely and I feel they are very honest and not out to take advantage of you. I highly recommend there team.

Back under the management of Bernie Moreno, this dealership is once again my favorite place to purchase cars. In the last few weeks, I have purchased a Rolls-Royce Ghost and a Porsche Cayenne from Bernie. The entire staff there is fantastic.

I purchased a 2012 Aston Martin Virage in May from Aton Martin Cleveland. I dealt directly with Mark Thomas, GM of Collection . Overall my experience was great. Mark treated me very well & went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. Compared to the local Houston Aston Martin dealer, there is no comparison. Whereas Mark's organization is very professional and customer focused, Star on the other hand seems to go out of their way to alienate customers. In fact I urge people to avoid Star at all costs. They are petty and anything but customer focused. Just look at their Aston Martin website for instance. Pathetic.have owned 2 Aston and will buy another in the future. I will not however buys a car from Star. In fact I would pay a premium to avoid having to deal with them. On the other hand Mark Thomas and his organization with do everything possible to make you a happy buyer .
