I went not once, not twice, but three times to get the right bulb for my rear brake light. Each time the associates would claim the other was wrong because my light was not working, the third said it must be my electric. I paid $100 at a mechanic to just look at the issue, turns out it was the wrong bulb. Wasted my money for nothing. Who hired these people?

Went in looking for a few things for my car there was a gentleman wearing a blue hoodie at the front counter watching videos on his phone didn't greet me when I walked in the door nor ask if I needed help looking for anything so when I went up to him asking for something he gave me a nasty look and said he's never heard of it and said if they had it to be an aisle 2 and didn't even help me look for it or offer to help. His phone seemed more important won't be returning. Overall rude and horrible customer service

Zac C was amazing. Helped me not only find the correct replacement bulb but came out with the neccessary tools and helped change it out! Great service and knowledge! Bravo to this store!

Poor customer service, their Duralast windshield wipers left streaks all over my windshield, the employees couldn't care less, they wouldn't let me refund them or do anything to help me. Next door at O'Reillys they are way nicer, helpful and keep my receipts in the system for ease. I'll be going there instead and never ever going to AutoZone again.UPDATE: Originally I posted a 1 star review but the store manager Justyna reached out to me and made things right by giving me a refund which I appreciate.

Today my second time here I ask if I can use my rewards and they told me noFirst time I had on my car dashboard some lights I ask can u check wat it is with the scanner they said they don t know I m a women so idk much but in California I never had any problems with autozone idk if I explain my self right

I went on Easter Sunday morning to change the battery on my Jeep Wrangler and couldn t be happier with the experience. John S swiftly installed the battery and was professional and courteous. It took about 15min end to end. Well done and thank you!

Great store and wonderful employees! Whenever I am in need of a part or supply, I hit Auto Zone. They will understand what I need and if they don't have the exact brand they recommend another that is appropriate for my car. Thanks for all the help AND for installing many of the parts I bought!!

My husband came in needing help and tommy justina and Tina were absolutely amazing. My husband has a contract with advanced auto parts and he still goes to this location. He s been coming to this location for years. Best customer service I have ever witnessed in my life.

Zac C did an absolutely outstanding job and went completely out of his way to go above and beyond. I purchased a battery from this location and Zac offered to install it for me. The install was anything but easy as it is a bmw vehicle with a trunk mounted battery with a computer attached to the battery and I give much credit to Zac for being able to complete this job in a very timely manor. He was very polite and professional and he has definitely made me an AutoZone customer for life! Zac deserves way more than a raise! The manager was also very kind and helpful but I unfortunately did not catch her name. Zac stood out to me as he did some thing that no one else would even think about doing! I hank you again Zac you are greatly appreciated!

Very professional friendly atmosphere best prices! There s 3 John s there and they are Always exceeding the limits to help you the best the can those guys are the best keep it up! There is also another named man sorry I forgot! Will someone please give these men raises lol

I showed up, they were busy. John was very helpful, came out to my car to diagnose the problem. The manager was alright, but John seemed more knowledgeable. John really deserves a raise. I was impressed with how he went out of the way to assist me.

I just stopped in to AutoZone today to replace my wife s tail light on her Kia Sedona. The store was pretty busy and Brian M., who was wearing a Cavs hat, saw that I was also wearing Cavs gear and he went out of his way to help me replace the light in a very timely fashion. 5 stars for Brian M.!!! I will be back!

So nice to see a woman working there. I had a bad experience one time with a man at another Auto Zone and was treated poorly because I was a woman. Tina was friendly and knowledgeable.Thanks for all your help Tina; women like me appreciate a woman like you!

That is where my family goes for things we need for our cars. The employees are extremely helpful and if you are looking for something specific will do whatever they can to help you find it. I love how they help with small things like checking oil. They are knowledgeable and if they don't know something will go the extra mile to figure what they need to out. I also like how they sometimes have low cost kits for things like oil changes.

Tested my battery and alternator for free. Ended up installing a new battery and taking the old one. All in 15 minutes tops. Great service!

Extremely poor communication over the phone. Tried to order parts for a brake job to pick up and was told all but one part was available, with the one part able to arrive the next day. Upon arriving the next day to pick up the completed order, I was advised they did not hold any other parts except the one part that required shipping, causing confusion and wasting everyone's time.Update: apparently no one is working at the regional office.

My car wouldn't start when I was leaving Walmart in North Olmsted. I contacted roadside through my insurance and was started back up instantly. I drove to nearby AutoZone on Lorain where I was able to have my battery, alternator and starter tested for free. I called store after arriving and spoke to John. He came out right away and provided the best service I have ever received from an AutoZone. He tested my battery which was good and went over and beyond by cleaning cables which helped improve connection. He successfully tested my alternator and starter which both passed. Thank you John for providing me with exceptional customer service and curbside assistance without ever having to leave my car.

The man that looked at my SUV was very nice and helpful. He checked my battery and alternator which were fine. I need to call my dealer tomorrow to see if there is a loose connection. I will be stopping into Auto Zone again. Thank you for assisting me.

I had the wrong year for my girlfriend's car, and thus got the wrong oil filter. I needed to go to a different location to exchange it, but had no printed receipt. The clerk was able to sort out a solution, and I was able to get the correct part. I was very grateful for their extra effort to work this all out.
