I've only taken my Equinox to Spitzer for service as I have always been happy with the professionalism of the dealership and service department. Keenya explained everything that was needed to make sure my car would remain in good shape!

Had a control arm bushing go bad because of the road salt and an axle seal leak also on my 2014 Chevy Traverse LTZ AWD. My service rep was Jason Cheney, really nice guy, kept me informed as to what was going on, when it should be done. He hit the estimate for all the repairs spot on. I have been dealing with Spitzers since Dec 1999, as long as I keep getting service like this, and I can trust the work I will never have to look elsewhere, Thanks Jason!!

Service was great and fast. My only issue would be with the part that they put on my car. They said it was 190+. I looked upend I could buy GM part for $23. But they did fix it and it is ready for spring.

I had a great experience getting my oil change done. They washed my car and rotated the tires for half of what im used to paying. It's a great deal compared to the some large dealership taking over everything lately.

On time and efficient. I could go to a dealer that is much closer to me for service but it is worth the 24 mile drive to go to Spitzer Lordstown. They treat me well and the service has been great

Took my car in because check engine light was on. Keenya Hogan was happy to assist me with all my car needs. Keenya made sure to keep me up to date as I had to leave my car overnight. Keenya is amazing and I hope Spitzer continues to keep her apart of the Spitzer family.

Just took our 2023 Equinox in for it s first service. The Service Rep, Keenya Hogan, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They changed the oil, rotated the tires, did a safety inspection and inspected a child safety seat anchor recall. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Small friendly dealership with a huge heart for customer service.. Had a little mishap with a animal on way to work in the morning, had some concerns about possible damages underneath the car and Keenya Hogan in service department was able to get my vehicle in after work without any questions.. Where most places would just rather charge for repairs whether they're needed or not she had my car in the shop on a lift inspected by handful of mechanic who explained to me what I seen was nothing more then small cosmetic damages which needed no repairs and sent me on my way with a piece of mind.. Honesty is number 1 in my book and they sure earned it.. I recommend their service department to any customer whether you've been there or have yet to stop in, they have a great group working the counter as well as the mechanic in the garage.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We were traveling on the turnpike and our car started acting funny. We quickly learned we wouldn t make it to our location. We barely rolled into Spitzer before our car lost all power and we were stuck. Thankfully, they had a tech that had stayed late and they were able to get us up and running in no time! Everyone was kind and courteous to our family (two kids and our dog) We were so thankful we found Spitzer Chevy and highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Extremely unprofessional. Would not negotiate price at all and then after I said I didnt want it and we ended the call. I was called me back to say I was wrong based on the numbers that they showed me. Which he then said that there were some for $500 cheaper then I was HUNG UP on because I told them I found a newer vehicle of the same make and model for about the same price. Which of itself is very unprofessional. I will never buy a vehicle from somewhere that does not know how to treat people. Additionally while I was there and we were looking over prices the person answered the phone and stopped helping me while I sat there for 5 minutes and he started looking up stuff for someone else on the phone.

This place is amazing. They are always so helpful in there service department. I am always difficult I have a tendency of messing up with appointment dates/times. They adjust, help by coming to pick up my car and bring it back to me. I absolutely appreciate them. Thank you.

Finance Guy was very unprofessional; and insensitive to those with anxiety. Very condescending when speaking to you, definitely opportunity for training in working with those with anxiety. I walked out in tears.
