I told them I wanted to keep my old tires and told them to put them in my back seat. I went to get in my car to leave and my tires were no where found so I went back in to get them they said they didn't know where they were at so I had to go look for them. Then when I found my tires they didn't offer to load them up for me. I probably got charged for them to keep them but I won't be able to figure that out because I can't find my receipt. I just chalked it up as a lose. Walmart wins again.

The tech that help me gave me great advise. He understood I couldn't wait until my tire came in. Put my spare on. Checked the spare out. Referred me to a tire place that may have my tire size. They did. After all that help. I was not charged for the techs changing out the bad tire to my spare. Thank you to the tech that helped me and walmart for hiring such an awesome employee.

I would leave a negative star if possible. Been a customer at the North Canton, OH auto center for years purchasing tires and service for three vehicles. The only thing that has kept me coming back are the prices. But now finally I have had enough. RATHER PAY MORE. Everything that happens in there is so stupid it is hardly possible to comment without using derogatory language. Getting through on the phone has been next to impossible forever. There is always some issue. The people who check you in have no idea what they are doing. The manager is an idiot with no concern for customer service. He just wanders around like an ape avoiding interaction at all cost. I was in there several months ago for oil change and rotation/balance. The rotation was not done only the balance with no logical reason why. DUH. IDIOTS! Now yesterday back in after trying for over a month due to not being able to get through and schedule for an assortment of stupid reasons. At one point the operator was getting frustrated trying to get them to answer and said she was going to walk back and tell the manager to pick up the phone. Never did answer. HE COULD CARE LESS. So I get in FINALLY for tire rotation/balance and oil change and guess what nothing done with the tires again. This time more stupidity...The front right tire does not have enough tread!! And oh wait...they are all dry rotted! HAHA..they are two years old! AND MAYBE IF THEY WERE ROTATED THE LAST TIME THEY WOULDNT BE LOW IN TNE FRONT. They did not even bother to get a hold of me prior to picking up to advise and suggest new tire purchase, etc. IDIOTS! The manager in there needs to be fired and that way he can look for suitable employment say cleaning clogged toilets or working in a landfill sorting through piles of garbage with his hands. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST. IDIOTS IDIOTS IDIOTS

Do yourself a favor and go to a real tire shop. The staff are very nice and do their best, but the auto department really seems like an afterthought for Walmart.

Absolutely the slowest place I have ever been. Waited almost 2 hours for 1 tire to get put on and I had an appointment! Never again

Really enjoyed my experience here. The woman at the customer service counter was very friendly and helpful, and made sure I understood everything revolving my car. My car is working like brand new, and i m really happy with the work you guys did! An oil change and four new tires, done in an hour!! Amazing service. Thank you so much!

I hardly ever write reviews but the North Canton Oh Walmart Auto Care Center and the store itself left me no choice. I have never received such fantastic care by the employees. I honestly kept saying to myself "where am I?". I wish other Walmarts could learn from them. They all went out of their way to explain and educate. The store employees were not only very helpful but made it their mission to make sure I found what I needed. I'm still in shock... they were all so awesome. I'm an hour away but I have no problem driving that far for such amazing service. Thank you and please keep up the great work- it's so refreshing!

When you buy the road hazard protection, always carry the paperwork. The employees will always try to charge you for road hazard work, get rude and nasty as if you're trying to cheat them out of $15, and then never apologize when you provide your own documentation/proof of warranty. It will be a problem every time you come here.Also, don't tell them up front you have any warranties because they won't fix anything, and you'll have to come back within a couple of days. Handle the warranty issue afterwards when they try to bill you. When they think they can charge you a small fortune they will try harder.

Had 4 new tires put on here a couple months ago. Went in for rotation and a oil change. Apparently my tire lug nuts were frozen on because Walmart overtightened them when they installed my new tires recently. Service tech expained to me they wanted me to physically use a breaker bar because wal-mart policy prevents them to fix a problem they created in the first place. Unacceptable!! Once I got home my truck was smoking and smelling of burnt oil, so I popped the hood and noticed they "auto care center" lost my oil cap. OIL CAP was gone, either at the shop or on the interstate. Lost a little oil but messy to say the least.They call themselves auto care center. NOT

I stopped in to have a small nail removed from a tire, plug the puncture rotate the tires & buy a new battery for a different vehicle. The staff was helpful & friendly. The repair was completed quickly for a reasonable price.

Waited 2 hours for a warranty repair on one tire on a wed afternoon! Buyers beware, they side step on the "road hazzard" insurance and prorate it AND tack on fees for things they dont do like "Tpms fee" or charge "valve stem replace". Also kind of concerning they intentionally cover the windows in the waiting area so you cannot watch them work on your car....wont go back.

Came here to get an oil change for my moms car. The gentleman at the desk was on it! Very organized, polite, attentive and extremely helpful. The people who worked on the car were very timely. I was in and out within maybe 20-25 minutes, quicker than what they estimated for the wait time. Thank you guys for your hard work! I truly appreciate all that you do!

I stopped here during a visit from North Carolina. I had new tires installed on my car by a small tire shop in NC just before we drove up to N Canton and there was a vibration in one of the rear wheels anytime we got above 65 mph. I stopped here the day before we were to return to NC to see if they could rebalance the wheel. They were not busy and got me in immediately and quickly determined that the shop that had installed my tires had broken the TPMS sensor and it was just bouncing around inside the tire causing the vibration we felt. They also pointed out that whoever broke the sensor knew they had screwed it up because they tried to tape it to the inside of the rim with electrical tape. They asked if I wanted to have them install a new universal TPMS sensor for $30, or wait until I got back to NC and have the tire shop who installed the tires deal with it. I didn't want to drive all the way back with the warning light on, so I told them to go ahead with the new sensor. They then offered to check every wheel to make sure that none of the other sensors were damaged - for no charge (even though I didn't buy the tires at a Walmart store). They pulled each tire, checked it, computer balanced, remounted the wheels, reset the TPMS system with the new sensor and test drove it to make sure everything was working correctly - and only charged for the new sensor! Plus they had two people working on it and were done with it quickly. This place went above and beyond and treated me right knowing that I didn't live there and my only regret is that I can't go back regularly for future service.

So I was in walmart just shopping came out and I looked down and my back tire was completely flat, I started to freak out, and I prayed and went into the auto center.. thank you Lord for all of the workers that was there today.. they are truly a blessing!!! Not only were they very hospitable they got my tire replaced, and even got my tire pressure fixed and calibrated, the people at the auto center went above and beyond what they had to do and exceeded... They even gave me some helpful knowledge on tires..thank you so much again for all you guys do.. my daughter and myself I truly thankful...

They cracked 3 of my aluminum rim's and blamed me for it. Then made me pay for the one tire they put on the rim. Never ever going back there. And all the meanwhile trying to give me one of the mechanics friends cards that weld aluminum rim's. I think they must get a kick back from him. Worst tire shop I've ever been to. The really bad part about it is thy smile at you and joke with you while there screwing you over. Never go there.

Worst experience ever tried to get a tire for $75 one tire and the lady came out looked at my van looked at the sticker on my passenger door couldn't get it registered I was like I ain't got time for this I just need one tire real fast I got to go see my kids I asked her if she wanted my social security number and my bank routing and account number or running a background check with the police or something over one tire man ain't nobody got time for that

The people that work in the auto center are fantastic. Had originally dealt with the auto center on tusc in Canton. Never again. Decided to go to North Canton and this will be my Wal-Mart auto center of choice. A special thank you to Brittney....she is remarkable. People can learn a lot from her on how to treat customers. Thank you Brittney and to the rest of the crew!!!

Nail in my tire and several other tire centers could not take me. These guys were great! Happy to help and got me in and out in two hours. Not bad for Sunday. And only $15!

Not only did they stay after for me, they gave me excellent service, gave me a great deal on good tires, and helped me out when I came in on a flat tire. Cindy, Richard, Dan all helped me out when I was down on my luck. I thank them so much for the care and service they gave me and treated me like I was a somebody. Not just another customer. Thank you.

The staff was not very knowledgeable when it came to something as simple as a battery for a vehicle.I was looking to buy a battery there as opposed to going to the dealership because if I ever had a problem with it I could take it back to any Walmart across the United States but the salesperson that took my phone call was not very knowledgeable and didn't try very hard to see if they could help me.

Stood there for quite a while at the desk. Employees walked right past me with no eye contact. I was quite literally a ghost. After the room cleared of the 2 employees, i left.See... it's sort of a thing to say, "hey, be right with you." Anything.I'm the only customer there, they knew damn well i hadn't been helped.

I just moved to the area and needed an oil change so I called Walmart on a Sunday at 9am. I was told that they were extremely busy and the wait was going to be a little bit .I took my car in around 10 am, my car was taken in right away and was finished with 30 minutes. Thank you shawna and crew for all your help today.
