AVOID!! Had oil change done at another Valvoline location, where the filter was not tightened properly. Took to my dealership where the issue was confirmed by a professional Chevy technician. Was told to have Valvoline do a complete new oil change. Was advised by the call center that any Valvoline location could remedy the situation. The managers idea of remedy was fraudulent. Said the filter was tight and that it was frame oil. Frame oil drips for a bit during the initial days after the work, this was over a month later. This was persistent and consistent leakage. Topped off the oil because it was low (obviously). Manager states oil is low due to Chevy engines burning oil faster than other vehicles (laughable). 2022 RST. Newer engines with 15,000 miles do not burn oil like this, especially considering less than 1000 miles since oil change. Proceeded to wipe down my hood after I flat out asked him not to touch my vehicles paint as it was dirty. Stated its part of the process. Not when the customer yells at you not to, and you continue in direct defiance!! Something very wrong with the managers integrity here. Took it to the original location and did full oil change with new filter no questions asked. All I wanted, to take accountibility, and fix their problem. Never again! Gave Valvoline a very bad name, and I surely cannot be the only one having issues with this particular manager. I brought my car in for a standard oil change. First of all. It was extremely expensive. But most importantly. My car's fuel economy dropped dramatically following the oil change. I was getting 30-33 mph. Now i can barely reach 25 mpg. This was a very disappointing experience. I will never return.

Happy with my experience. Oil change. Found out I had a tail light bulb burnt out and they replaced it for a fee.

This place is more expensive than the vw dealership by $35. They also require an oil change more often than the dealership. This one says it s good for 3,000 miles, whereas the dealership oil change lasts 10,000 miles. DO NOT COME HEREService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I should have read the other reviews before I came here. This place is hell. Do not come here for an oil change. The franchisor should be embarrassed to have an owner run something so poorly.

These guys did my oil change previously and as it came up this time, they refused to do it again due to oil housing unit looks like it has some oil residue on it... Gunna check them out again during a different shift

This place is quick and friendly . They inform you of everything that wrong with your can and print it out for you. Good to know! There prices are high the lowest one is $50 but everything high now. I wish they had specials for senoirs!!!

Had $35 coupon but not allowed for batteries. Coupon doesn t say batteries are excluded. Reg customer taken advantage of. Not a good thing.

The team at this location provided excellent service at a reasonable price. They were outstandingly professional and thorough in their service, and they explained every issue they found and upgradable service in detail. I couldn t recommend these guys (and ladies) enough.

These guys always do a great job and I appreciate there care to make sure they don't miss any steps. We've had poor service from other businesses, but these guys are top notch.

Best feature was watching staff's teamwork. Safety & efficiency. Price not a bargain; over $50 starting point. Speed okay, less than 10 mins but had to wait in line behind 2 other cars. 30 mins is NOT speedy.

One of the managers, Jordan (i believe his name is Jordan), was so kind and efficient. There was a long line (3 cars in front of me)and i waited about 30 minutes. Vroom.vroom. get in get your oil changed get out . Just hope no one cracks that plastic oil filter housing that has been known to happen from over tightening.

We went for a oil change, asked them to check the stem on our tire because we had been having a air leak. They checked it, said everything was fine. Later that day we were on the highway, luckily only up to 40 mph when we felt a wobble and noticed our tire pressure light on. We get out and our tire is almost completely flat and the tire stem was in pieces. Would not recommend going here, they clearly don t thoroughly check or they just failed to tell us our stem was bad.Services: Tires, Oil change

I went into this location today for an oil change 30 min before closing. I was pulling out 10 minutes after I got there with new oil and a sense of confidence. I know an oil change is relatively simple, but the young men working today were fast, courteous and a joy to meet. Thanks for the great customer service!

Had a great experience I did a previous visit to get my transmission flushed and that was great they walked me through as they worked. I was over due for my oil change and the staff was very attentive and professional. Gave a complete rundown on everything with great recommendations. I was in and out in less than 15 mins highly recommend

Lack of integrity. The tech overtightened two of four engine air filter cover bolts and snapped them off inside of the housing. I saw him fumbling with is drill and showing the tech next to him what happened. Apparently they did not think I was watching because they made no mention of it and were sending me out the door as I asked "hey, do you have any more of the bolts you stripped?" They said no. Ok, whatever... come home and find out they're not just stripped but broken off inside the housing. Going to be a total pain to correct. Been a customer here for 4+ years and will never step foot in the building again.Service: Oil change

I'm not sure who did my oil change today, but he really helped me out. I didn't understand the breakdown of the costs and it ended up being way more than expected. He was awesome and helpful and really cares about people. He probably won't read this, but I am very grateful. I definitely recommend this location!

Went to this location and my husband said he was shocked by the price and never paid this much at the dealership.Called with concern and they said they price match however too late even though my husband didn't directly ask even though he stated to the technician he was shocked at how much they changed...$30 more than any other company.I was speaking to the manager and expressing my concern, as a first time customer who wanted to try leaving the dealership for oils changes with more flexible hours. I asked if they could apply a credit to match at a future visit and he hung up on me.We took our car for an oil change and it was $90 WITH A COUPON!!! should've done Monro or another company that charges $60 for the same service. Very disappointed and will NEVER go here again. Worth going to a dealership for more professional and respectable service or planning ahead for Goodyear Tiresource.Stay away and do not go to this place!!!!!Service: Oil change

We stopped in on 1/5/20 about 1/2 before closing. The 2 men working were very good and friendly. They said one guy called off and they were very positive and said everything worked out anyways. They were very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. We have never been to this location ( even though it s close to our home), we WILL be returning, very pleased with the service.

I first went for an oil change and my battery was checked on this visit. It was low and I went back to have a new one put in. On both visits, the employees were so nice and professional. Amazing guys working here. I came in for the first time and they were nothing but exceptional. They helped me enter my info, let me know of the services I should look into for my car and even updated the work I've had done with Kelly Blue Book in the event I ever sell it my carfax will be correct. I can't say enough good things about them and I will definitely be back for my other needs!

After being told it would be a 15 wait, because we were next in line, 33 minutes later, we were told it would be another 30 minute wait. I can understand this kind of wait on a very busy day, but not on a day when there were two cars in the bay and two waiting. Be truthful about the wait time and give customers the option to go elewhere. Everyone's time is valuable.

First time I have ever had a negative thing to say about the North Canton location. Allowed another car to cut in front of me, causing me to wait 20-25 minutes longer. No explanation. Used to be greeted by name by the staff when I came in. Not today, not since new manager Jake has taken over. Jimmy did a nice job helping me. Overall shop was SLOW today,never like this on the past. Disappointed. Will give it another try, but wow, what a come down.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Great service at reasonably priced. Had my oil changed. They were fast and efficient. They also informed me that if I needed to add oil, washer fluid or air to the tires, to just come back and they would take care of it free of charge. That's service. They also have cameras aimed at the hood and under the cars. This allows you to see exactly what they are doing from the comfort of you car.
