Just purchased and received our 2023 Highlander AWD Platinum. Best car in all ways since our 2016 Lexus RX350, and regular gas, yeah. Tooany features on the Platinum edition to count, but one thing we did get was one of the best car dealers we have ever been withThat is saying a lot as we are in our mid 70s and have had dozens of cars from nearly all manufacturers and dealerships.5+* all the way.Our final vehicle going into our 'sunset' years and feel we made the best choice for ourselves and our 3 rescue puppies!Did I say, absolutely no pressure!!Again, double thumbs up to Toyota of North Canton (Ohio).Jim and Sharon Smith

I received excellent customer service.Jennifer Beacon was my client advisor. She checked on any available recalls for my 2017 Toyota Sienna and found a recall on my broken gas cap cover. This was much appreciated. She followed up several times to let me know the replacement part was in and helped to have an appointment scheduled. I highly recommend her.

Travis and the team did a great job diagnosing (and fixing) the issues with my 2005 Prius. Repair was done quickly and was much less expensive than I anticipated. Service was friendly and communication was very good. Travis, our Sevice rider was excellent. We had our vehicle serviced with another company and they caused additional damage. Travis helped us document what happened so we could try to collect from the other company. Travis kept us informed all through the process and our car was done correctly. Thanks again Travis. Exceptional, high end service from Travis and the tech guys. Video and explanation of issues with my car were very thorough and without pressure to fix every problem imaginable. Timely communication by phone, text, and/or email gives great peace of mind. Why go anywhere else?

I went in for their promotional Pit Stop and for what ever else they might find that needed fixed on my 2017 Camry. I was very fortunate to have gotten Travis. After the initial inspection he explained my battery was old. Because I m 84 years old and handicapped he didn t want to worry about me getting out somewhere and my battery quitting. He suggested a new good one and also new wiper blades. Winter is coming soon. Because I ve trusted Toyota of North Canton for a number of years ( this is my 2nd Toyota from them) I said go ahead with the repairs, even though Travis informed me they would probably be cheaper elsewhere. They have a record of everything that s been done on my cars so I said I m not going anywhere else. Being old and single it s a good feeling knowing I can trust them completely. Thanks again Travis and Toyota of North Canton, Ohio.

Edit to add:The airbag malfunction now has a recall, so just shows they tried to get pay for what was clearly warrantied work.This dealership has lost any business or trust I had in them because of this service department. This started shortly after the purchase of my 2021 Highlander, the driver window was whistling. I brought it in and explained the weather stripping was defective and needed replaced, well apparently I must lack a brain due to my anatomy because they said no it's the mirror, they replaced the mirror it didn't fix it. Took it back, they said it was the windshield, they did something to it that is now peeling up like bird poop, and you guessed it, it didn't fix it. My husband took it in said it was the weather stripping they took his word and fixed it and wouldn't you know it fixed the issue. Then I had an airbag malfunction in the fall of 2022, I took my still under warranty Highlander into the dealership and they told me the diagnostics and repair was not covered by warranty. I'm guessing they could tell I wasn't buying what they were selling because they came back shortly after and said they couldn't connect their computer to my car to recalibrate my ECU and they wouldn't charge me anything. When I left I immediately called Toyota Customer Care and they assured me that it was in fact covered by warranty as it was part of the airbag component. I took the Highlander to another dealership, they said oh yeah this is all covered, they tried to calibrate it, didn't fix it, then they replaced the ECU, didn't fix it, and then found out they had to replace the entire seat frame as well. This would have cost me THOUSANDS had I taken the word of the staff in the service department at Cain. Thankful I have a working knowledge of my warranty and my vehicle so I wasn't scammed. BEWARE.

Vernon is awesome, he went above and beyond to help and find ways to save me money. He thought he could possibly fix the puncture before ultimately having to replace the tire, but he tried to save me money first rather than just replacing the tire, which I felt is fantastic customer service. Great experience! They also were able to fix the sensor on the back bumper instead of having to order a new one. He deserves a raise.Service: Tires

My service guy Vernon was delightful, kept me a prize to what was going on. The only problem was is they didn't reset my oil maintenance reminder and now I have to return and get that reset. Excellent service. Very neat and clean facility. But what really stood out was the customer service from Vernon Grier. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough review of the service performed with suggestions for the future. He's a big asset for the service department for sure! I was very pleased with the recent routine maintenance of my Camry at Toyota of North Canton. The new owners are trying very hard to give the best service and it shows! All work was explained to me and they asked my approval before everything was done. Advised prices upfront, too so there were no surprises. I highly recommend them.

Theresa and Craig are a dynamic duo and the best there is when it comes to customer service!Theresa is always a pleasure to deal with at the counter, and Craig knows 4runners inside and out. He's the only one that's worked on mine for the last 5 years, and I have all the trust in the world in him.Only negative aspect is the new ownership raising labor rates across the board. Not family owned and just another corporate conglomerate, now.

This was my first visit to this location since I bought my Camry XLE. Travis was thorough with explaining all that they would do with the car and all the car needed. He was thoughtful and patient with my questions. I didn t feel rushed or pressured. My car battery died while I was nearby and called to see if they would be able to do a battery swap. They were very kind and understanding as it was pretty close to closing time. There was a longer than normal wait this morning due to some issues with vehicles before mine. However, the staff was wonderful about making sure I was informed on why I was waiting and how much longer it would be. They were also super friendly and hospitable. 100,000 mile check up was done and all areas that needed addressed were done to satisfaction. First time getting service performed under the new ownership. Was happy to see some of the old familiar service personnel. Everyone was friendly and respectful.

Vern and Scott worked with me on a brake repair and everything turned out great. Professional and easy to work with even when I was being difficult. I bought my 4Runner from them in 2016 and they have done all the maintenance and work on it to date and the truck runs and looks like new. Highly recommend.

Have been taking my car here for 4 years since I bought it for every single service. Brought my car in for a routine service and told them my AC wasn t working and also needed it fixed. Sat there for 2 1/2 hours, was never updated on anything with my car until the man came out and said you re all done it s $427 . I pay, go out to my car and my air conditioning isn t even working. They really didn t even check to make sure they fixed it before charging me and giving me my car back?! I go back in and say it isn t working. I sit there for another hour. Guy comes and tells me I need an AC compressor and it s $1,200 and asks if i want him to order the part. I say no. I ask if I m going to get my $300 for charging me to fix my AC the first time because obviously they didn t even fix what was wrong with it. I was told no I wouldn t get that money back because when they fix the compressor they ll use what they put in. Wasn t comprehending that I m not paying $1,200 after they just completely ripped me off. They should have figured out what the problem was prior to charging me and communicated that with me before charging me for the wrong thing. Overall a horrible experience, I m out $300, my AC still isn t working and now I need to find a new place to service my car.

Took car in for oil change. Place was busy, service desk peeps noticed my car was taking longer than it should and on their on initiative got the ticket to a technician to make sure my car got done. Appreciated that they noticed I was waiting and found a coupon for my time. Technician did solid work and car was cleaner than when I brought it in. Definitely head back over.

I asked to be called with an estimate before doing any work. You went ahead and did the work (air conditioning) and then called me to tell me the car was ready. I was unhappy with how expensive it was and I would not have authorized the work to be done. Obviously, I can no longer trust this dealership and do not plan on returning. I will also make all my friends and family aware of your apparently new customer service and will encourage them to find other places to take their Toyotas.Service: Air conditioning
