I had a great experience with North Canton Toyota. Matt was very attentive and helpful. He wasn t pushy, just honest and helped me get a great deal for my trade in and my 2024 Toyota Highlander! He made the process as smooth as could be. Definitely recommend checking them out if you re in the market for a new car!

It was my first time visiting.The all staff was very kind.Changing customer information from the previous owner and confirming repair details and maintenance requests confirmed very smoothly.I had repaired puncture of the wheel and changed the engine oil and filter, and now it is in very good condition.Thank you for your politer and prompt response.

John was a fantastic salesman! What I was looking for had to be requested and he walked me through the process and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want or need. Financing went smoothly as well with Chris and there were no add-ons that I didn't need pushed at me. 100% recommend this team to anyone looking for a Toyota!

Absolutely amazing service! After having a terrible experience at a small dealership up the road, we came here hesitantly. When we came in, Dakota instantly greeted us and showed us a car we liked. Although it was way above my price range, he was understanding and went to show us some other used options. He was polite, relatable, and more than understanding about my situation. Even though I didn't buy a car that day, I fell in love with the car he showed me. I will definitely be taking the hour drive out here from Mansfield to get my next car. Thank you, Toyota of North Canton, for turning my entire day around for the good!

Door remote for locks deprogrammed every time I fly from going through scanner in my book bag. This has happened 3 times now. First 2 times I took it to dealership and they fixed it within 5 minutes. Said it was completely deprogrammed.This time when I took it people at desk had never heard of this happening and said it was battery. I said no and explained past times. I m able to lock doors when flying out then returning my doors do not unlock. They wanted to charge me $80 to reprogram. I said nope! Pretty sure a brand new one would not cost $80. Cain Toyota does not have friendly customer service. Made me feel like I was lying. Will not go back or buy another Toyota!

Took my Rav4 in for its first check up/inspection and the service guy Christopher was wonderful. He explained step by step what was going on and then took the time to answered all my questions afterward regarding some features I still couldn't figure out since my purchase. Thank you Christopher for the respect you showed me and all the helpful tips.

She was very attentive and patient as we were very particular because this was the most expensive vehicle we've ever purchased. The no pressure sales was incredibly relieving and stress free. I purchased my Toyota here 4 years ago. I visit the service department every 3 months or so for general maintenance and am always impressed with my service.The staff are very knowledgeable and upfront about any repairs or services needed. I always trust that their recommendations are necessary for me to keep driving my vehicle with no issues. I believe their pricing is fair, especially considering the expertise of the service technicians.The waiting area is comfortable, clean and stocked with a great beverage station.I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new car or in need of service to visit this dealership!

The Toyota of North Canton Team was friendly and provided great customer service, from the salesman I worked with (Dave), to the sales and finance managers (Chris). Great experience!The showroom is large with plenty of seating and complimentary refreshments! Took my car in for service for 1st time March 6th. The entire staff, especially Jasmine, the service advisor were all very polite, attentive and helpful. The service was completed quicker than I expected but was done efficiently. I give this dealership 5 stars and highly recommend them. Well done Toyota of North Canton/OH !!!

This was my first time at Toyota of North Canton and the experience was really good. I plan on going back in 5000 miles or less to take care of my Camry. My first point of contact, Andre, was very nice and got me a client advisor named Joey Culbertson. He is new to the Toyota dealer and he was easy to get along with and took me out to check on my car as the mechanic was working on it. We got things taken care of and will monitor issues to be taken care of in the future so the car can be in top shape. I m really positive so far seeing as how this is my third Toyota dealer since moving back to Ohio. The dealer in Oklahoma I had full confidence in was Fowler Toyota. Their service department was great!!! I m looking forward to having a similar relationship with Toyota of North Canton. I won t mention the other dealers in Ohio that I went to due to less than pleasing results. Just know that I m very happy with the experience I had at Toyota of North Canton and will continue to get my Camry serviced there.

Went in for a tire that failed. Chris took great care of me. He even reminded me that I had taken out a road hazard tire coverage that would cover the cost of the tire. Great customer service.

Getting maintenance done on your car can be a huge pain-in-the-you know what, but the people at Toyota of North Canton did a great job of guiding me through the service process. Mark was my service advisor and he was awesome. He worked with the warranty company to make sure I was taken care of, even securing me a brand new Corolla to drive as a rental while my car was being serviced. Superior customer service and communication! Highly recommend them.

I know dealerships get a bad rap but this dealer has a fantastic service department. The service people are always helpful and kind. In my seven years of going here, they have never tried to sell me on something not needed. Is it a little more expensive? Probably. But they stand by their work and do it well. The waiting room is also the best I ve ever been to. Free coffee, bottled water, tables, restrooms, comfy chairs, wi fi. I could stay here all day!

I arrived for my appointment at 11am and was greeted by Travis. He was very polite and welcomed me to Toyota. He took pictures of my car and recorded the milage. Travis informed me of other services that could be done at the same time as my oil change and tire rotation. I said that I appreciated the offer but that I would just like the oil change. He invited me to be seated in the waiting area and enjoy a cup of coffee. When my car was ready, Travis presented me with the bill and thanked me for choosing Toyota for my service. He was very polite!

Very pleasant scheduling experience. Employees were very knowledgeable on the repair our car required. Quick and efficient to order the parts and keep us posted on their arrival.The only problem we have is we didn t realize our vehicle key needed another component to complete it. Now we need to investigate whether a locksmith can complete our key. Or if we need to contact Toyota.

Sold used car with moisture in headlight. They told me they would take 50 bucks off I had to get plates because I was out of town. I did not know in Akron you need E check before you can get registered. They said they wrote my number down wrong could not get hold of me. They had no problem calling me before I bought the car. They knew I was not familiar with Ohio. Very unprofessional business if you ask me. Going to contact BBB. I call person who sold me car that week . Ask him to call me never called me back.

Made an oil change appointment and got in same day. Upon arriving was met by my service advisore Travis. We discussed my 15000 mile service and i went to waiting room to have a seat. Upon completion ahead of schedule we discovered that my oil change had not been communicated with service advisor. He took my truck right back in to do the oil change while I waited. Great!! customer service so nice and polite. Went the extra mile!!! Keep up the good work! Thanks to the mechanic also(Jacob).. good job!!

Called and spoke to Travis on Monday to order a part for my 2023 Tundra and make an appointment to have it installed. He said that only takes a day to come in and if we schedule for Thursday morning we would be fine. I specifically asked him to let me know Wens if the part does not come in to let me know so I don't waste a trip. No call, so headed in Thursday morning per our schedule, Travis took my truck and I asked him " please make sure the part is here so I am not waiting an hour" he said ok no problem and go wait in the service area. I went and waited and an hour later Travis walks in and says the part never showed up. You can imagine hour frustrating that is even after prompting him 2 separate times to make sure this exact event didn't happen. So I left and called back to talk to the manager Scott, I told him what happened and he really didn't care, I said wait till I get the Toyota review and he laughed. I called him out and he said he did not laugh. Super unprofessional. I gave them a 2 star because I had to go back to them because the part that was being replaced had a chip in it (key) and that dealership owned it. So I regrettable had to go back to the dealership even though Scott , the manger who laughed at me, offered to come pick my vehicle up at my house and return it. Nice gesture but I honestly just wanted this over with as quick as possible. I went back in and the " hour long " service reprogram magically took 20 min and they got me out of there quick and efficiently. If they did all of that the first time my review would have been wildly different. Either way , I won't be back and I'll just make the drive to Toyota of Kent to do my service.

Robert Rowen could be the kindest, most knowledgeable and integrity filled car sales person in the world. Tim Barnes is an honest, communicative, extremely helpful Sales manager. They make Toyota of North Canton a fabulous place to purchase a vehicle. Just amazing!
