They were very friendly and was very relieved when they got me right in for a new alternator without notice. Although the price was ALOT more than I was expecting I felt confident of their diagnosis and work and I got my car back in a couple hours! I have been here before and I will come back! Hopefully not anytime soon though!

I gave them one star only because zero stars wasn t an option. I had to pay $1000 for an oil change because they over torqued my oil filter. I m not even sure that actual mechanics work at this place. I would recommend taking your vehicle to literally anywhere else. I would rather pay a crack head that s never done an oil change to service my car before I took it here again.

They were excellent. I got in for an appointment the same day. I was able to sit inside the waiting room and watch TV or chat.The price was about half of what another place in town charged.

Todd and Brent professionally raised the bar again advising me on the service of my 2010 Honda Accord. They explained to me what mechanical issues with my Honda and repairs were done to my satisfaction. Tire Source North Canton is a 10.

Found that I had a leak in one of my truck tires. Called Tire Source, talked to Todd, he asked when I could bring it in. They got it in within an hour of my initial call, replaced the valve stem, got it back on the road within another hour. Loved their fast service.

I m probably being a bit dramatic here, because they were very kind 98% of the time, and seemed like they knew what they were doing. So anyways, I had a scheduled appointment for 10am, when I arrived got checked in and they didn t move my vehicle till 25min later, then it took till 11:15m for them to give me the keys back. All I had was a tire repair that needed broken down and re-sealed on the rim. I originally wanted an oil change but when I arrived he said 1h30m for the whole thing so I said No Oil Change please. Then when I left I asked how long it would have been for the oil change. He said another 45min. Lol!Also, I m pretty sure they tried to sell this older lady some tires in a timeline she didn t need them in. Yes they were low ish on tread, but she only drives it to work so she does not need 4 new tires next week or anything. Plus they added an alignment to the bill, and it doesn t sound like they will remove the cost if the vehicle doesn t need it. It s good they put this in her radar so she can drive a little safer this winter and come back in a few months and get the new tires replaced. Or do 2 later, and 2 after that. These things were not said. Lol!

The sales people at this establishment are very kind and helpful. The service for me was fantastic. This is a great place to take a vehicle when you need something done to it.

I was late but they considered doing job anyway. They were efficient quick and always very friendly. I appreciate them all very much. And they look after my car and make me aware of things that may come down the road that I need to take care of. I hope you pay them well

We honestly won t go anywhere else for any tire issues. These guys are efficient, nice, and considerate. We also send our daughters here for any tire issues because we know this is an honest business.

The gentleman at Tire Source pinpointed the problem I was having with my vehicle. They were able to secure the parts needed and have the repair completed in about 24 hours. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Bought tires here, they don't stand behind them. Patch did not work. Replaced the green valve cover with a back one. Work could have been better and faster. Need to find another place to drive the tire and buy new ones.

I can t say enough great things about this location. The services are always completed in a timely manner and the employees are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They always take care of you like family. It s the only auto spot in town I enjoy sitting and waiting for my car at!

I'm always treated with respect and courtesy at Tire Source. I know that Todd and Rick are not going to try to talk me into service that I don't need. I ESPECIALLY appreciate that they will pick me up from my work and drop me off. That's what I call good customer service!
