Mark was professional and very helpful. He made sure that I understood what the problem was and showed me where it was needed to be fixed on the exhaust system. I will definitely be back to service my car whenever I have a problemas I was a hundred percent satisfied.

I had them remove summer tires from wheels last fall. These tires had less than 3,000 miles on them. When I brought the same summer tires back to be mounted to new wheels in the spring I was told "We don't mount used tires, never have never will." That would have been useful information to know when the summer tires were taken off.

Mark, one of the managers at the North Canton/N Main Street location, was very kind and professional. He explained our options and what was recommended for safety purposes. I am very pleased with how I was treated while getting my son s car serviced.

Very disappointed with this location s service on Main St. I had an awful experience last time I had an oil change done at this location. After the oil change was done, the bottom piece of my car (the shield) was not fully secure w the bolt and one side fell to the ground and scrapped while driving; very unsafe! When I had brought it back in last time, the technician put the blame on me saying I must have hit a curb or a driveway and that there was no way they could have not secured it properly. Well, I had an appointment today for an oil change and gave them another shot; I felt that it was a one time incident and should be ok this time. Unfortunately, just under 2 hours later, the same piece under my car fell down and was scraping against the ground while I was driving!! I called right away and spoke to Shane the assistant manager. He did not show me any empathy or regret on while had happened this time around. He kept saying that I would have to drive my car back to have it looked at and secured. I had stated that I do not feel comfortable with driving under the condition of how my car is and explained in detail my past experience and this experience. I also told him that driving my car under this condition would further mess up and scrape my car part that is touching the ground. I asked that a refund be done due the issue and Shane automatically said no. I then asked that Mark the store manager give me a call so I can speak further about my compliant. Shane gave me push back on that request by saying he is the assistant manager. I want to further my complaint whether that is the the store manager or further up. This is unacceptable service on my car and how I was treated when calling in about my concern. It s hard to find a trust worthy especially involving a car. I have added photos to show what my concern was about.

Mark the store manager is very rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers. Also as a store manager of a tire center I would think you would have some knowledge about tires but don t seem to be the case here. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone Maybe this company should have their employees take a training course on customer service

DRIVE BEFORE YOU BUY! - I recently visited this location for four new tires and an alignment. As I paid, then drove away, it didn t take long to realize something was wrong. With the wheel straight, I began to veer off the road and immediately turned around and went back. It had been all of 5 minutes, but I was met with a questioning attitude, as if I somehow broke it in that short time! His first solution? He offered to refund the alignment. Well, I came for an alignment, not for a fun day at the tire shop, so we ultimately landed on him re-trying it again. I stood and waited another 25 minutes. When giving me the car - now the second time - he explained that a bolt had not been tightened and it must have wiggled loose as I drove away. Say what? Excuse me?? Then he said we eyeball these alignments, so I want you to know that your wheel is still going to be a little off center. It s the best we can do he added.My advise? Go elsewhere. If you must visit this location (because like me you have before and had never had an issue) then at least test-drive before you swipe your card. Now they have me jumping through hoops to try and get back the money I m rightfully owed. Sure, I bought tires, but the professional services and instillation have yet to be correctly executed.I won t be going back! You shouldn t either.

I ve been going to the business below (in North Canton) for several years. I started before they had a name change.I had excellent service prior to the new corp name change. But 3 times now I have left with something dragging under my car. The 1st two times I just excused it because I was told the under carriage cover on our car was a bad design. So this time I asked them to take it off and leave it off (I was told it would be fine to do so). I tried to be understanding even though the second time it happened it could have resulted in a terrible situation on the interstate.I leave today after an oil change and yet again, something else was carelessly left undone, fell after a short distance away and was scraping on the pavement as I drove. I turned around immediately and went back. Literally didn t put any bolts back in. They were laughing and said it was their fault and I was so upset inside. I have to have new tires put on and I literally don t trust them. What other bolts won t they put on properly? Mark the manager is nice and tried to cover up the indiscretions the first two times but sadly this time I will be calling to tell him they have lost customers for good. I d think twice about your safety before using this business. I don t leave bad feed back usually but this time I feel I owe it to those needing honest safety reviews. The location, hours and the good staff there make this really sad, but I value my life and my family s well being on the road too much.

Gave a two star, not a one, because the service was done properly. With that being said, it was more than twice of the quoted amount (also significantly more than anywhere else I have had this service done). This was my first time at this location, and will definitely be my last. I have never had an auto service provider charge me such a vast difference without contacting me first. When I called to discuss the issue, the manager, who up to this point seemed very nice, was not willing to really have a discussion. He simply said that they give "standard quotes" when contacted about services, even though the make and model of my vehicle was given. Unfortunate, but lessoned learned. I'm not going to tell you not to go to this Tire Source. However, I would ask for a detailed quote if you do.

Tire choice always does a great job and their employees are always kind and informative.Last oil change I had in Sept, Mark informed me they were running behind. An employee had called off. I offered to come back at a later time or date, because I had no pressing plans, and he assured me they'd get it done. I thought that was very nice.

Always good going there. Employees are always helpful and willing to provide information that is requested. Never had any problems doing business there. Will continue to arrive for car repairs and anything else that is provided. Mark has always been helpful. Glad he works for you.

They have an amazing staff. Mark was very nice and cheerful when answering the phone to make an appointment. Andrew and Mark were very kind to show me exactly what was going on with my car, and helped me save money (which was a major concern for me) by asking to see with my dealer about the warranty. I appreciate how the crew goes above and beyond to make their customers happy! Bring your car here!!

I have been here several times over the years. The store manager is as good as they come. He is courteous, and attentive to detail. I am always scheduled over the phone to come in and then when I get there they quote me for that and I sign off. They come back with other concerns and give you a priority. They fix what they are asked to fix. This time the store manager, Mark, had me in for an oil change, tire rotation and courtesy checks. In and out inside an hour. Great place!

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the North Canton Monro Muffler Brake & Service! This is the only place my husband and I trust to work on our vehicles! They are extremely reliable and do high quality work! And the customer service is phenomenal! Mark and his team go above and beyond to take care of our vehicles and us! Over the last few years, we have had a variety of work done on our vehicles and the work is always done in a professional and timely manner! They always give us detailed explanations of all the work they are doing and really make you feel comfortable even if you know very little about cars! Whether for an oil change or any repair, when we take our vehicles to Monro's, we know that we are in good hands!

I have taken my minivan and also a Pontiac Bonneville to be serviced for oil changes every 3-5,000 miles over the last 4 months. I do a lot of driving so I have been into this Monro Muffler on several occasions. At each visit the manager, Mark, and his mechanics have been very friendly and helpful. The manager Mark especially is gifted at making me feel cared for and appears to have my best interests at heart. At my last visit today Mark dutifully informed me of the estimated cost prior to my oil change and investigation of a check engine light. These services were done in a timely fashion and due to the potential complexity of the problem with the check engine light this issue was delayed until a later date. Mark chose not to charge me for the emissions testing fee and was very helpful in making sure that I knew the codes that were abnormal. All in all, I believe this store and this manager treats its customers very fairly. The quality of the service is superb as the work on my car has been done well and did not require a return visit to rectify a partially finished repair. I have been very impressed with the volume and diversity of the customers who use this store and how they are treated in an equally friendly way by the manager, Mark and his mechanics. My grade for this place, this crew and this manager is an A+!

I feel like I spent over $500 for an oil change, because none of the other presented problems (Air conditioning, check engine light and leaking valve stem) were resolved. Besides one phone conversation with John, when my air conditioner stopped working, my interactions were with Mark. I was misinformed regarding the results of the diagnostics test. He took no responsibility for a single misstep or any misleading information. He just responded with a self-righteous attitude. He interrupted me multiple times, to defend his position, not ever acknowledging any validity to my complaint. I wasn't given a sympathetic word, or any understanding of why I might be upset, just cold systematic information. I guess they have no responsibility to give you correct information about how their repairs will effect the codes that present during the diagnostic check, if your vehicle has "multiple issues" Their initial mistake in giving false information and subsequent neglect to recognize the mistake, cost me an extra diagnostic fee, a more expensive part and labor costs, so needless to say, I m not a satisfied customer!

Mark and Todd were both great to deal with. I had brought my car in with numerous mechanical issues, some of which I was unsure of. They took the time to break everything down for me so it was very understandable and were in constant contact with me along the way. After having numerous bad experiences at other shops I will definitely be bringing my car back here for whatever it needs in the future. Very knowledgeable and polite people and affordable prices

This is a great Monro location! I have visited 3 other Monro's in the Canton area and this store is by far the best. The team at this location was friendly and inviting. They made me feel good about the mechanics who would be working on my car. I went to this location for an oil change and got helped out with much more to ensure my car was running correctly. Thank you to Mark and Chris for the great experience!

Mark and Zack were absolutely wonderful. They squeezed me in and did a fabulous job on servicing my car. It was my first time to Monro Brake and Tire in North Canton, and I will definitely be back. They walk you thru everything they are doing and even took me out in the service bay to show me. They are honest and appear to be God loving people. Thank you!

This time I took my car into them. I always feel like I have my brother checking my car out making sure that I am totally safe. He found a couple of other things that I needed fixed and now my car purrs like a new car. Thanks again Mark and his staff for taking such good care of me!!!!

To say that I trust Mark and his team at the North Canton Monroe muffler and brake facility would be quite an understatement. Twice now I have brought into vehicles at a time, once for exhaust work, and the other for a fuel system cleaning and oil change.On both occasions they surprised me by coming in under their estimated cost, and got me in and out on time.Never have I met a team that was more professional and courteous to me while performing service work on my vehicles. They are a true pleasure to work with and make you feel like family.It s a great feeling when you know you can take your automobile to a place and they will be honest about your needs and fair with their pricing. So if you re looking for a place you can truly trust and depend on, Monroe muffler and brake service in North Canton Ohio is definitely the place for you. Try them, you won t be disappointed.

When I called A Gentlemen Answer the phone and seem to be very niceAs soon as I started speaking he put me on hold to answer the other phone that was ringing.. had me wait on the other line for5 minutes ( i dont have a problem waiting , however you dont put me on hold to have a full blown conversation). Mind you didn't even let me complete my sentence.... And When he finally answered the phone I continue to explain what was going on with my car again interrupted me wouldn't even let me talk and told me he had an appointment today at 1 PM? Just seemed very passive aggressive and and didn't seem like he really cared about what I had to say... was just Worried about get me on the books... Maybe you should pay a little bit more attention to your customers!

Mark & Eric and Todd were fantastic. Place was slammed with cars and they took the time to answer my needs and deliver. What nice Gentlemen and always provide respect. Its wonderful today for a woman to find s place that is honest, trustworthy and wholesome. So lucky to have trained experts in N. Canton to take care of my Mercedes whenever I'm in town.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Chris serviced my vehicle and was thorough with his evaluation. I wound up replacing half of my lug nuts to fully chromium ones from the steel nuts plus tin covering. This was to reduce the hassle of trying to loosen the tin coverings in the future due to swelling. I enjoyed chatting with Mark about different vehicle service options and I was not pressured into any options. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back for future service.
