Great first buying experience, and even after the sale. Kept with promises, and treated with respect regardless of how many plows/spreaders in my fleet.BOSS has a great reputation for reliable, more upfront cost - but overall longtime guarantee of craftsmanship is what makes the investment cost worth it. Having spent a few hours, prior to purchasing, Ryan and staff have all been NOTHING SHORT of patience, informative and upfront.Theres a reason they are the area s largest BOSS dealer and service supplier.

Bought snow plow here. good honest people and store. they try to explain and help. definitely will go there again for my snow plow needs. They also sell car ports, metal garages, price are not bad given current market

Bought a Boss Plow and Spreader 4 years ago from a dealer where my business is at in the Cleveland, Oh area and was the worst experience ever. I was told about Terry s and went out there which is a 45min drive from Cleveland and wow what a night and day difference. The service was great and they stock everything for the Boss Plow and the prices were very comparable to other dealers. Terry made my teenage son and his friend feel like his own and gave them a tour and discount on some boss hoodies. I thank Terry and his team as I now only go there for parts and service if needed for my boss plow and when ready to buy a new one I will be buying from Terry

Terry's has THE BEST customer service ever!If you are on the fence as where to go for truck/skid loader/ ATV accessories, lights, plows, etc.Head on over to Terry's!Great on knowledge, has top notch products and service!You have a customer for life (me)!
