Great Dealership. No pressure from the Sales Staff. My Sales Consultant, Sean, was friendly and highly knowledgeable on the GMC Truck lineup. He was able to answer every question without hesitation. The entire staff was kind and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. The Truck had a few small issues that they took care of without hesitation. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. Thank you to everyone there, especially Sean.

I drove from out of state to buy a vehicle here. The communication from them beforehand was prompt and clear. They got me in and out quickly but never rushed me. It was a good buying experience.While I was there, I misunderstood part of my buyer's agreement. When I contacted them about it, they very politely corrected me. I immediately overreacted and became an unprofessional customer (embarassingly). Looking back at it, I wouldn't have blamed them for being rude back to me, but instead the team here patiently and professionally cleared up my confusion.After having the vehicle for awhile and speaking with my mechanic after he looked at it, I'm actually amazed at how good this deal was for me. Definitely worth the effort to shop here instead of more local to me.

This was my first time buying a car! My experience was fantastic. The staff were welcoming, patient and kind. They weren t pushy and allowed me to take my time making decision. I actually went home to think it over and they did not make me feel pressured to buy something right away which gave me time to think about my purchase. They were able to beat the price of another deal and offered me a free first oil change.I found the exact car I wanted at the best price around. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. James, Rick and Kyle gave us all the answers and help that we needed in buying our Denali HD. All of the interactions with the sales team as well as the finance team were a great experience. James went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decision. He was very thorough in the details on delivery day and made sure all of our needs and expectations were taken care of. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience at Ron Marhofer GMC. We highly recommend utilizing their friendly staff when looking for a vehicle.

This place was AMAZING. We dealt with Rick as the salesman, and Brian in the finance department. Both were super to work with, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We bought something we saw off the website and Rick was in constant contact with us about when it was ready and made it easy to get everything done in a timely, efficient manner. The whole atmosphere of the place was very friendly (and not a typical "car salesman" place). No one pressured us or made it seem like they were desperate to sell us something. We would highly recommend to anyone buying a car to give this place a chance. (Plus they had popcorn )

Drove 4 hours to buy a certain vehicle at this dealership. Brian in finance is great. Really puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome. Joe the sales manager can seem a little rough around the edges but he stood by his word on everything. Though we didn't keep the vehicle, through no fault of this dealer, they held up there 7 day return policy with no questions asked.

James and the folks at Ron Marhofer GMC were excellent. No pressure, easy to work with, and made our shopping experience a pleasure. We were around 500 miles away, so they arranged to drop off our new Yukon XL and pick up our Suburban. Signed all the paperwork on line and had the car the next evening. Again, the entire experience was something you don't get at most dealerships. They genuinely want you to feel good about your purchase without any pressure.

Stopped in a little bit ago to get some information on a truck they had. I walked in and stood at the front desk for about five minutes without ever being acknowledged. There was no one working at the desk but several sales people were with customers. There was another group of three or four employees standing off to the side joking around with each other and two more people talking to each other by another door. Several of them looked up at me a couple times but never once did anyone acknowledge I was there, asked me if I needed help or tell me someone would be right with me. There was another gentleman waiting, and we both walked out the door together without ever being helped. I guess the car industry is back to salesman not struggling to make deals.

I can assure you I am not looking for anything here, Not fishing for freebies.I was extremely disappointed with the overall service I received. Arrived early for a 9AM recall appointment was checked in and told it would be 60-90 minutes to perform the recall repair. I took a seat in the waiting area and sat for 2 1/2 hours. No one gave me an update and I finally asked for an update which I got after another 30 minutes - It will be another few minutes I was told. 25 minutes later I am informed it's done and and will be ready shortly. I have to say I got the distinct impression that I was simply forgotten about and had I not been forced to ask for an update I may have been sitting there all day. So around 4 hours after I arrived I was finished. Not acceptable. Your dealership contacted me and made this recall appointment - They should have been prepared to do it in advance with whatever personnel and parts that were needed. My time is just as valuable to me as anyone's. The lack of communication as I waited patiently while SEVERAL other service customers came and left upsets me no end. We have always had a pleasant experience when purchasing vehicles with your dealership. I should mention and I don't have names handy but the 2 gentleman I dealt with were completely apologetic and thoroughly embarrassed over this matter. I understand things happen sometimes, but there is no excuse - NONE - for how this recall repair was handled. You don't leave a customer essentially dangling in the wind wondering what the heck is taking so long. Do better.

I must say this was the worst car shopping experience ever. Start off by saying my salesman was great but from there it went all downhill. My Buick Encore had nothing but problems from day one i remind you it hasn't even been 30 day's.An hour back and forth from Cleveland to Canton is nothing to be happy about. You would think they would go over their cars more thoroughly before they sale them.So I brought my car in one last time for service but in doing so I leave with another headache!!!! They cracked my windshield but the sales manager denied ever doing so claiming it was a rock and we did it. How could he have blamed us when he wasn't the mechanic that worked on my car.He basically call me a lair and said his guy's are perfect and they don't make mistakes like that WOW!!!!!!!.I never in my life of car shopping I've ever been called a liar by a dealership.It's my car and I would've known if I had a crack in my windshield.The problem is they spent so much time and money fixing their own product so they refused to fix the damaged they caused to my windshield!I will never ever shop at a Ron Marhofer dealership again or recommend anyone to them, this is my second and last purchase thanks to your service manager!I refused to be called a liar!!!Look at the photos clearly it wasn't a rock it was a service job gone bad! The crack started at the bottom and then ran across.

Ron Marhofer replaced a part under warranty. I had called around an hour earlier to see when they could do the work and they scheduled me right away. Less than 2 hours later, I had the car back. Excellent service.

The most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. James and Brian were the most professional, efficient, and fun auto pros I've encountered. I did the majority of my interaction via text, they had the vehicle and paperwork all drawn up and I was in and out. They did exactly what they said they would do...no excessive upselling, bait and switching sales tactics, or overpromising and over delivering. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, give these guys a call or text and they will do all the leg work. P.S they have an office full of veterans so they are are zero tolerance no mess guys who get it done with ZERO excuses.

Let me start with saying that Rick & Bethany knocked it out of the park for me. I purchased my very first vehicle from them this past Saturday. And it was a phenomenal experience. The entire staff on-site was very welcoming & accommodating. The sales floor was pristine. Extremely clean place! & my car was cleaned & ready to go at the end! Awesome experience! I bought a car out of state, and was quite nervous and wondering if I made a mistake buying a car I haven t seen in person. I was immediately put at ease by the professionalism and cheeriness of the gentleman that picked me up from the airport. I liked their humor. Everyone was very personable and friendly. Rick in particular worked with me to arrange pickup from airport, was easy to deal with, explained everything and got all photos I wanted. Everyone was cool. It was great. I can t recommend them enough. I got the exact car I wanted, in the exact drivetrain combo and color. At a price lower than anywhere 3 states over from me at a higher trim level with lower miles on top. Buying a hard to find car over a thousand miles away and driving it back has been knocked off the bucket list and these guys made it easy for me. I felt like a king driving away. Thank you all. Shout out to Rick and dave, you guys are fantastic. Went above and beyond. The coffee machine was so good in the evening. I m in Colorado and I hope to do it again.

This is the worst dealership I've ever tried to work with. Spent 8 hours calling, texting and trying to buy a truck and NO ONE responded all day. Called the "salesman" multiple times and both the Team Leader and the used car manager, .... crickets. Absolutely pathetic. No one answers their phone or doesn't even have voice mail set up. If this is the way they treat potential buyer, then I can't imagine how they treat you AFTER a sale.

We didn t feel like anyone was wasting our time. They were quick to get numbers to us. We worked with Jim and he really knew all of the truck features inside and out. It was a good experience. And they had a big truck inventory.

My experience was terrible.When I went to get my vehicle there was a dent in the driver side door . The manager was gone for the day so they told me to call him back Monday. After taking pictures of the dent , I drove my vehicle home.Two days later my vehicle wouldn t start and I had to get it towed back to the shop leaving me stranded. I called to get an update on my vehicle and to see about getting a loaner vehicle so I wouldn t be stranded. There was a problem with the starter that wasn t fixed correctly the first time.They said it would be ready the same day. When I got there Joshua M Clark the service team leader denied putting the dent in my door and was very disrespectful . He walked away from me and went to another customer before our conversation was done . My father retired from GM and I expect better service ! I will never return to this dealership.

These guys were all amazing.. from Jim our salesman, Josh in service and it was even a pleasure giving Charlie our money! Jim took so much time in explaining every option in the new 2023 Sierra Denali my husband leased. Trust me there are alot. Each and everyone made this buying experience pleasant, fast and easy. This place was worth the drive for us coming in from strongsville and I would recommend anyone looking for a GMC truck or car to give these guy a call!

This is the only car dealership in Ohio that discounts bellow msrp and everyone there was great to deal with. My wife and I drove over 2hrs to get there and it was very much worth the trip. If and when we are in the market for another new vehicle this is the first place we are gonna go!

I live in Buffalo and to be honest even with the drive there my buying experience was the best I've had to date ,,,my sales guys were fantastic and very helpful,,the finance team was also amazing 5 stars all day ,,I might even drive back down for my next gmc lol

Horrible dealership! Anytime you call you get an idiot at the front desk that will not transfer you to an actual salesman and will make false promises to you. After calling over and over again, I drove the 3 and a half hours to finally look at the truck. At first the salesman I get was decent, then procedes to tell me before even talking about money that they are pretty tight on it and it's the beat price within 200 miles. They'd already dropped the truck about 3,500 at this time. I take it for a test drive and come back, I point out a few things wrong with it, and say there need fixed for the amount of money you are asking. All I get I'd a "for as old as the truck is its aloud to have some issues" it's three years old and has issues my 19 year old truck doesn't have. The salesman then trys to get me to look into payments and wants me to look at numbers. I tell him I'm fine for I will being in cash or paying most of the vehicle off. He acts like this pisses him off and just blows me off at that this point with giving me short answers and ignoring me. Multiple times he would go into the mangers office with about 10 other people and just stand there, it didn't even look like he was even talking. I finally told them I was fine with the price if they would fix the things wrong with the truck such as the ripped seat and cab lights that needed to be replaced, and for help with running boards, a discount or free install, something, anything. Refuses to do anything and continues to say we are a non haggle dealership, what you see is what you get. So I left, two weeks later I called again when they lowered the price another 1,500 dollars and due to getting the same idiot at the front desk, wouldn't even talk to me about it. I'd been nice and cordial the whole time. They ended up selling the truck almost a month after for almost 8,000 less than original price. Piss pour dealership all around. Will never be back
