This is my go-to place for oil changes! They are quick and professional. My most recent experience took longer than normal but they were on top of recognizing it and acknowledging it appropriately. I can't recommend them enough!

First time going here. Staff seemed friendly. Rating one star because they told me my coolant needed flushed or my car was going to overheat. They offered to do the service there but I declined and took my car to the mechanic shop that I have always used. The mechanic then told me my coolant was just fine.I don t like the fact that they were trying to get further services out of me while I was there. I will not be going back.

Fantastic customer service! Josh and Gavin were great to work with, and they were genuine in advising of what was needed and what was not needed. Very knowledgeable in what was best for my foreign, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I have zero complaints just praises!!!! Very professional staff .explained my oil change options .it was extremely cold that morning but both of the guys had smiles on their cold faces! So this Texas girl was very pleased with the service!!!

Paid for an oil change. My car leaked oil for the next couple of weeks. Took it to a dealer who stated a faulty oil plug was used. Had to pay for another oil change. I contacted Pitstop and the told me they are not reliable ( no joke with the word choice there). I absolutely do not recommend.

Always appreciate PittStop when my vehicles need an oil change. They are very reasonably priced and not pushy to try and up-sell beyond what you request. Highly recommend!

Was my first time . They were Fast ,efficient, pointed out problems that i was not aware of and that might be a concern soon. Even though it was close to quitting time they took the time to do it right. Would go again when needed.

Kept talking over me. . Very rude. Then talked about me being an issue to his tech as I could hear him. I wasn t being an issue, I was asking him a simple question. No need to get defensive. Seems too stressed to handle managing a business. I couldn t even ask a simple question without Keith being super combative. I shouldn t have to ask the manager to relax and calm down. After I paid, he said to not come back as I drove out of the bay. Why even bother performing the oil change? He kept saying he was short staffed etc. Very unprofessional and I ve worked in sales and customer service for 20 years. Yikes.Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change, was told I had an oil leak and asked what I wanted to do. They topped off a quart of oil, filled up my tires, washed my windshield and sent me on my way without any charge! I ll definitely be back because you can t find customer service like this anymore!
