O'Reilly workers really know their stuff. They are very conscientious about parts look up and recommendations. Over the years, I've formed an excellent working relationship with their workers and a reputation that matches. They are very pleasant to deal with, and they're extremely helpful.Eric is the store manager, and he has always treated me and those mechanical shops I've worked for very professionally. I am so very thankful to do business with them.

O'Reilly's is my preferred local parts store then Advance, NAPA, every other parts store and lastly Auto Zone. Always super helpful when I can't figure something out or have an issue with the wrong part even though it's supposed to be the right part. (We've all been there.) And they never make you feel like you're beneath them or a burden on their day unlike every Auto Zone I've ever been to.

Michael helped me build a cold air intake in the store. No other place was willing to help but, they got it done; and their amazing I would rate it a 15/5 easy. Michael if you read this I appreciate everything you did!

So helpful! AutoZone told us that my battery was not able to be changed there and that we would have to take it to a mechanic or dealer. I went to O'Reilly, told them about it and they had my battery replaced in under 20 minutes. Great customer service, will definitely be back for all other car needs!

Derek waited on me today I am a widow lady who need help picking out my oil and everything else on my car. Lol He was so nice but all the guts there was super! 5 star!

The staff has always been great. They usually give good advice and they don't pressure you with expensive upsells.The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the store is a little more expensive vs online. That's more of a corporate rating. As a local place, and the staff are five star.

The employees of this O'Reilly's are absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all very helpful. I have never had a bad experience in their store or on the phone... in my professional opinion they are the best parts store in town!

The manager of the store, Eric, has been so helpful to me in finding the right parts for an older car. He saved me a bunch of money and suggested repairs to keep our vehicle on the road. I wouldn t hesitate for a second to go back time and time again with someone like Eric helping me. Thank you!

Great service! My son's car battery died down the street right at closing time. The staff helped him get to the store and swapped the battery even though it was after closing. Thanks Eric.To note, I 1st called the Autozone around 10-15 before closing on same street and they basically blew me off. Guess where I'm going next time...

Usually clean and organized, decent selection of parts for basic repairs and upkeep. Prices are fair but not as inexpensive for oil and cleaning products as Walmart. Accept you will be asked to sign up for an O'Reilly's card each visit.

Great coustomer service purached new wiper blades didn't even have to ask they could put them on they took care of it not much service like that anymore keep you the good work

After a bad experience with Auto Zone, I came in. It turned out I only had a bad connection on my headlight, that was quickly resolved. Thank you for the attention and help!

Needed at part 10 min before they closed called them and said what I needed and said I couldn't be there before they closed and I needed the part tonight, they said no problem well be here till you get here, got there they were open and had the part sitting on the counter, great job guys.

O'reilly is a place I don't mind picking up parts from. I am so-so on Auto Zone and usually prefer either this or Advanced Auto.
