When I first walked in there were 4 senior citizens who I assume all work there with them being behind the counter. Talking to each other never once was I acknowledged. 5 minutes after standing at the counter I announced loudly I was there to pick up parts I was told someone would be with me shortly. They carried on with their conversations (non work related). I said thank you have a great day. Never once was I told thank you and you also. How rude! At this age you should know manners and also common sense as a business if someone walks in you assist them finish your conversation when they leave. Very disappointing will never be back. I try to shop small businesses but run from this one. Save yourself the money and frustration.

Great Friendly atmosphere. If they don't have it on the shelf they will do everything possible to get it for you same day if needed!

The guy working the counter was completely and utterly rude! My car broke down and my boyfriend, who is a mechanic mind you, was asking for a part. The guy acted like he was so much better than him and was a jerk! Will NEVER come back again.
