Super happy with the sales and service process! I had them put Tower speakers on my ski boat And it was a very difficult install. They put together everything seamlessly and kept the boat till it was absolutely perfect. These guys are the best and I'm so happy I didn't try to do it myself

If anyone needs install especially wants more base in there Tesla whether it s the base model 3 which I have or Long range or any Tesla these are the guys to go too. Not just teslas. They do fantastic work. Nate was very nice an I got in quick a the installer was very knowledgeable an quick too! The end result was very successful adding so much more punch an deep bass to the music! Everything is tuned exactly how it should be bass I clean the Mids, Highs an treble! Of course the amp they installed makes a huge difference too! Overall I would definitely recommend coming for excellent service, professional work your audio an Tech needs!! Thanks again to the team an Nate you all did great work.

Wow! Aaron was outstanding! He treated me so well, I don t plan to go anywhere else in the future. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I needed something fixed quick because of a family trip we were leaving for and he went above and beyond to take care of me. If you want to experience real customer service that is rare these days, go here. I really enjoyed talking to him and Faiz. They are some good guys that will take care of you. You won t regret it!

These guys are great. I needed a remote starter for my car. They gave me a great price (on the phone), booked the appointment and installed it in about 30 minutes. It works perfectly. The staff is great, friendly, professional and quick. Prices are super competitive and the quality of their work is 5 star. And I gotta tell you, having a remote started on these brutal 20 degree (or below) days is so nice.

I went to the Horizons Audio today to get fuse tabs for my vehicle. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door, and asked how they could be of assistance. I explained what I was looking for and immediately he went and got them for me. I also got a quote for window tint. Horizon Audio has been around for a long time, and there is a reason for that. Definitely worth checking them out.

I absolutely recommend HORIZON AUDIO. Great bunch of people!!! They made sure I felt welcome & at the same time they went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied/happy customer. I had the REMOTE STARTER put on with extra remotes. *I'm really happy with 100% warranty & I'm able to take it from vehicle to the next vehicle. You just can not go wrong with this deal* Great price for quality service & in record time. Left the store & in a few hours I was back in the store ordering running boards. I recommend you check these fellas out, they really are great at what they do with a great price.

Horizon Audio (Alliance) did another great job on my remote start install. This is around the fifth one they installed for me in my cars over the past 15 years and never had a problem. I have even had mechanics comment on the quality of the installations on the gear they have put in for me. This and the customer service is why I keep making the long drive back. And a special thanks for installing the Autostop Eliminator for me!

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They got me in ASAP so I could get my subs installed in my vehicle. Cleanest install I ve ever seen personally. It was done in the amount of time they estimated. Will definitely be going back in the future and would recommend coming here. Thanks so much!

I was a spontaneous buyer. They were booked and they still made time for me. The people there knew their products and were able to sell and install the products I wanted. While there I noticed that all their staff were highly trained professionals that worked well together. Whether it was phone calls or foot traffic coming into the store all the customers were treated just as good or better as I was. Buy and install there with confidence you won t be sorry.

TL;DR: Terrific experience all the way around.I live in Akron. I visited a well-regarded installer up here for a quote on some work. The person there gave me no options -just told me what head unit he'd install, and threw together a quote -on a post-it note. Just caring enough to do the very least.As soon as I walked into Horizon, I felt better. I was greeted by staff at the door. I explained what I was looking for and a employee walked me through my options on speakers, head units, subs -the whole thing. Afterward, he entered my information into his computer and gave me two quotes (so I could stagger the cost if I needed/wanted to) on printed and professional looking documents.I scheduled my appointment with them and, on the day of the install, I decided to go with the more expensive option -which can be a PITA to accommodate when you run a busy shop. I was told that if they can make it happen in their schedule, they would. If not, we'd schedule a follow-up appointment. Clear and professional communication!At the end of the day, they made it work. Everything was installed and tuned on time -for a reasonable price. The only thing that I can think of which would have been cool (for me) is walking me through the install, showing off the work and how some things were done -but I'm a nerd like that.

Great customer service! Really good guys! Family oriented business! I m truly amazed with the care and service I received from this facility. If more people follow their example. Wow the possibilities. Thank you guys for doing such a great job with my father s memorial bike. It s near and dear to my heart, and I truly appreciate all the hard work. And they don t try to rip your teeth out!!!!

I worked with Chris to get some new wheels and tires on my GMC Sierra. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. I made a mistake and didn't realize the previous owner of my truck had installed a leveling kit so when the mechanic at Horizon Audio went to install my Bilstein shocks, we had to change plans. He gave me a recommendation and I'm very happy with the finished product. I will recommend Horizon Audio to friends that need this type of work. Thanks Chris!

Remote start installed a couple years ago and has been great through both winters. Extremely satisfied with the level of service, quality, and price. Highly recommend. I will certainly return for window tinting, rain guards and possibly audio upgrades.

Have dealt with Horizon for several remote starts and car stereo over the past 15 years or so and have never seen reason to go anywhere else. Quality work,products,and personnel. Customer service can't be beat. Highly recommend

I ve been bringing my vehicles there since 2008 and I m very particular about my cars. They always do such a great job and take very good care of your vehicle while they are doing it my tint looks absolutely beautiful. Staff all super friendly.. highly recommended

I purchased a new radio for my slingshot at Horizon Audio. From the moment I walked in they were professional, friendly and very helpful in showing all of my options without the typical pressure tactics. First off I drive a Nissan 350Z a great car but doesn t come with all that great of audio, so back 3 years ago a friend of mine added a whole bunch of of speakers, 18 speakers and a sub, sounded great for 3 years! Then dumb old me messed with it, and it stopped sounding great! I thought I needed to buy a whole bunch of stuff to fix it but when I stopped by Horizon Audio for the first time they instantly knew what was wrong, they made some adjustments to my amp, listened to multiple songs to make sure it sounded the way I wanted it to, and despite knowing I was clearly new to the whole car audio thing (something I probably made WAY TO OBVIOUS) they treated me like I was someone they genuinely wanted to help find a solution regardless of whether that meant buying something from them or not! I can t tell you how much respect I have for them now! I will go straight to Horizon Audio from now on! They EARNED my business!

These guys were great. Everything on time. Work completed faster than expected. Very business like, but, friendly. I would recommend Horizon to anyone looking for good service. If you own a Cadillac and have a problem with the Cue System, and who hasn't, forget taking it to a dealer, take it to Horizon.
