I rarely leave my opinion. But this shop was extremely careful with my truck, from the moment I approached the shop, they immediately took action and looked at the problem with the truck, then ordered the parts and started working without wasting time or going around. They did exactly the testing that was fair and necessary to solve the problem. Another aspect to highlight is the kindness of the people who work there with my driver, they even invited him to have family lunch with them. They did everything possible to repair the truck as quickly as possible to avoid being out of work on Christmas weekend. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to choose your repair shop, this is excellent with workers who know what they do. They changed my EGR cooler system. Also the price is right.

This shop got right on my truck as soon as I pulled and and both mechanics stayed busy the entire time. No horse play or lolly gagging. The techs were super nice and good clean workers. We need more shops like this!Services: Brakes, Air conditioningServices: Brakes, Air conditioning

Came in for a DOT inspection...good people....friendly. Just beware, they all smoke. No windows or bay doors were open....you're enclosed. Luckily we kept generator on to have ventilation inside truck

If you don't mind being lied to,stole from,having parts installed that you didn't need or being charged for parts that were never installed. They use an off Duty technician from Kenworth of Richfield, Oh for diagnostic and charge you double. They charge you for oil samples that never make it past a cup on a shelf,then this is the shop for you,and for all doubters hit me up on Facebook and I will provide proof

T/A don't do ignitions! They recommend this shop couldn't be more happy they came to me right next door troubleshot problem they said no hassle part ordered and fixed all within a few hours their busy but get it done! All of the staff was kind and friendly!!! Highly recommend!

this place is nice they fix my truck they are very friendly i don't wish anything to have a problem your truck but if something happen when you are arund them go and ask Steven and his co.workers Exit 111 on i 77

They are always a great help when it comes to repairing our vehicle in a timely manner. I'm glad we were able to find a company close to us that is knowledgeable and has fair pricing. We have always been able to get our vehicle back within the week after bringing it in for repair.

I highly recommend this shop, I had to have an engine swap done and these guys went above and beyond to help me out. Jim, Joyce, and Steven treated me like family. This is the most honest shop I have ever dealt with, the work is done right and the pricing is fair. The shop is located right next door to the ta in north canton, oh. Screwed buddy over on his work 38,000 dollars later truck got repo cause he rebuilt his motor and messed it up got 28,000 mile out of rebuild and there another red peterbilt sitting across from shop with same miles and rebuilt same time

If you don't own a big rig "do not go to this place"been there twice with my small diesels. Did not go well either time not for small business owners. They're extremely pricey and a horrible fit for a small business owner. They put their semi trucks at the truck stop before my little trucks because they make more money doing it. Took a truck there to get diagnosed and was quoted $70 to have the service completed by the son. After 15-20 minutes standing In the office get told the bill was now almost $145 by the father. Joe, Joyce, and their dog, Deisel made me feel right at home with their service. In short notice, they ordered the parts and repaired our vehicle just in time for us to be able to continue with our business uninterrupted. I feel like I can trust them to take care of any of my needs now and in the future, and I am definitely going to share with my netword of other businesses how good their service was. If you want old school, no shortcuts, no sugar coating, fixed right the first time kind of work then call Jim. He'll help you every way he can, he has been remarkably accommodating, forthcoming, honest and professional. Doesn't stand for games or BS. When my truck leaves the shop, I trust beyond the shadow of a doubt, if my truck breaks down it won't be something he, Steve or Kyle had anything to do with. Jim will go the extra mile to make sure its done right.Ask yourself before calling, how many other shops still have their first customer over 20 years later? That speaks volumes if you ask me.On that note, Jim, Steve, Kyle, I meant every word I've said in person. I can't thank you all enough. Truly been a blessing meeting each of you and I appreciate everything you do!

Very friendly folks!! Repaired a truck I was driving when working fer a company outta North Canton,Oh I would still be driving and using this shop!! But as life goes I had to finally give up OTR driving do to health reasons!! However I highly recommend this shop they do pretty fine mechanical repairs!! Lucas!!

Transmission went out in my truck and I contacted Jim. He took care of everything for me from locating a tranny to getting me back on the road. And mike the mechanic who did the install worked his ass off to get me going when he said he would. Over all a good experience..if you are in the area I would recommend this shop to you.

Was having a glitchy starting issue. Brought truck in 3 times. Each time assured me they had fixed problem. Replaced batteries.. starter wire.. $1500 later problem still wasn't fixed. I ended up fixing it myself. $80 part and 20 minutes of time. It was the clutch brake sensor.. WouldntW recommend this shop at all..
