I've had my car in for issues with my power steering and then to replace my brake pads and rotors. Both times I've had great experiences and the issue resolved quick! It's refreshing to have a mechanic you can trust!

Flew into town from Kansas City to purchase an auction vehicle. The truck had a problem or two to say the least. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick and honest. I was new living in the area and had not found a local mechanic yet (we all know how hard that can tend to be). I stumbled across Dan, here at Discount Automotive Repair and decided to give him a try because of his good reviews.. I can honestly say he is a GREAT mechanic and guy. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here, he is both honest and great at what he does. 10/10 would recommend.

I took my car in to have some basic suspension work completed. There was an issue with the brakes from a different shop that was discovered while there. Dan at Discount Automotive was able to not only complete my original order request but also fix my brake issue all within the original timeframe quoted and for a very fair and reasonable price.It is extremely hard to find an honest and good mechanic these days it seems, and I highly recommend Dan at Discount Automotive for all your car needs. I had called Dan to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and seemed to be an honest mechanic. I decided to let him fix my vehicle and he did a great job! The price was extremely reasonable. Will continue to go there for any future issues.

I have been taking my cars here for 9 years. He has always been honest and has reasonable rates. If he replaces a part he will always show you your old part and explain why it needed to be replaced. Never had an issue with any of his work. I have referred my friends and family to him.

I've been a customer for 5 years. He listens, investigates, will even take a ride with me so he can hear and experience what the vehicle is doing. After his work is done he explains what he did, shows me the old part and where the problem was. I had a faulty part one time and he had me bring the car back to him so he could go over it with a fine tooth comb and get it working properly. A very good man that I recommend to on a regular basis!

I have been going to Dan for about 3 years now and I must say that he is by far the best car mechanic that I have ever dealt with. I have had a lot of work done at his shop and everything that he does, he does well. He also has taken care of things that typically you would need to go somewhere else for. Which is great, I would much rather deal with him then someone else as he is personable too.He takes the time to explain what the issue is and will even show you diagrams of how things are supposed to look, the parts he took out and the new work (if visible). Rarely do you find his level of dedication and service in any industry, let alone the auto industry.I would highly recommend him.

If you want an excellent mechanic who will take the time to diagnose and research the problem if needed, then this is the place for you. Dan went above and beyond to find the problem with my car when two dealerships did not. Reasonable prices and trustworthy. I highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

I recently took my car to Discount Auto Repair and was very satisfied with the service I received. He listened to what I had to say then diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The price quoted was less than I expected so I won't hesitate to return for further repairs. I will recommend Discount Automotive Repair to all my friends and family.

Quality work at reasonable prices. Very personable, knowledgeable and enjoyed my experiences with them. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that the job wouldn't be done correctly and in a timely matter. Would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I don t even want to give this guy even one star after all we went through . We had car towed there to be fixed bc it wouldn t start was called three days later with a sensor issue that he stated was fixed and clearly wasn t after it stopped working two days later. We call back to explain and he basically tells us that it wasn t his problem and try this and that and then get back to him, basically that he wasn t gonna do it. We decided to ask for refund back on part that has a 90 warranty and he tells us that he thinks we did something and to bring car down so he can see for himself that it wasn t working. Really???? Who does all this and doesn t believe their customers??? Terrible business and customer service. This guy here is getting over on ppl and it s not right .Do not bring your car here unless you want to pay a ridiculous rate and not be taken care of..

My front blinker light went out and Dan installed it within 5 minutes! He even ordered the light bulb that I needed. Really nice guy.

Dan was great, didn't actually get work done here in the end because he recommended another shop for it; however, he was fast, friendly, and very honest. I'll be going back.

We looked around for someone to fix our car and this was the cheapest. He not only got us in quickly but fixed it in timely manor.we will go back for all of our repairs
