Ten out of ten, highly recommend! Crow s has been in business a loooooong time! Thankfully, this was the first time I have ever needed their services. The crew is great, Eddie went above and beyond, working with the insurance adjuster and getting my car repaired in a timely fashion. Happy to support a north canton family owned business! I had zero experience dealing with this and the shop made is easy, to say the least!

My sunroof was stuck open, and no shops would even consider looking at it. Even a dealership said they couldn t fix it. He would have to take it apart & that it would cost an arm & a leg. Who says that?!?. So I gave Crow s a call, just on a whim. He said he would take a look but couldn t guarantee anything. These guys had it closed and put back together in about 15/20 minutes. And no, it didn t cost my firstborn child! He was very trustworthy, explain what he was going to do, asked for my permission. Very reputable. Professional, reliable, reasonable, very honest. I cannot express my thanks. I was in a very bad way with no hope. Thank you for your help Crow s!!

We had to get our side mirror replaced and some scuffs n buffs on the door. After a headache of a month of dealing with insurances it was so refreshing to take our car to Crow's. They were able to get it done and taken care of that same day. Super nice people. We will be coming back for any body work needed in the future.

We have used Crow's Auto Body twice now for repairs to my vehicle. Both times we have been extremely satisfied with their work, their communication, their timeliness, and their willingness to go above and beyond. There are tons of shops closer to where we live but the peace of mind that we are getting quality work makes the drive worth it for us.

I ll be a customer for life of Crow s after two experiences in two weeks. I felt like I was treated like a family member when they replaced a bumper cover same day in just a couple hours at a VERY reasonable cost.Ditto when I brought another car to deal with a headlight issue.If you need quality work at a reasonable cost, come see Kyle at Crow s.

The owner is the most professional, kindest, and honest person! My son overcorrected and hit a guard rail in his first car. No one was hurt. I was recommended to Crowes by our car repair place. My son bent his frame so not worth fixing as Crowes advised us and said only cosmetic. My son couldn't open his door and the owner took it inside and got his door to work and told us just to get a turn signal. He also got the frame away from rubbing on the tie and drove with my son down the street to make sure it was safe, all good. He refused to take any money since he couldn't repair but I can't tell you how appreciative in this day to deal with a business that doesn't take advantage. Great business and when I do need any bodywork on any of our cars, Crowes is our place!!!!!

Crows got me in super fast, and they finished my car within a day! They conveniently had a key drop box so I could bring my car whenever I wanted the day before. The paint matched 100% and all the dents were taken out of my car, it looks brand new! Not to mention, they cleaned up more than I asked for, they detailed the exterior of my car and made it look incredible! When I was in the process of looking for the repair work, crows quoted the lowest, by $800 they beat the other company! They did an awesome job and I will always refer them for body work!Service: Painting

Took my car in to get repaired after someone backed into me a couple weekends ago. Crow's was reasonable, pleasant to deal with, and did a phenomenal job on repairing my car. I was worried about the paint matching because I am very particular, but they blended it in perfect. Also, this was my daily driver and I did not have a rental since I didn't go through insurance, but they had it back to me in a few days. Much quicker than I anticipated. They updated me frequently throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone and will be taking my vehicles there for any paint work from now on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just picked up my car from Crows. It was in for rear passenger door damage along with other damages on that side. We talked about time needed for repair and agreed to a date. The date was met and the repair was outstanding the colors matched in the areas that were repaired with the original paint. The communication with Ed and myself went very well. In my opinion I would recommend Crows if you need your damaged vehicle take it to Crows and the work will be done to your satisfaction.

Ed and his guys were fantastic. They prepared the estimate and got it sent into my insurance company same day. After approval from insurance they called and got the repairs scheduled AFTER they had already ordered the parts for the repair. Ed stayed in contact with me every step of the way & got the car done as soon as they could, saving us from having to rent a car.The body work and the paint looked like showroom new. They even worked with us on the deductible from the insurance company. It was a top notch & first class experience. I can't say enough good things about Crow's. I had a great experience at Crow s. I was the victim in a recent minor auto accident. They made the experience effortless for me on my end. They were very helpful, explained the process, and did everything in a timely manner. They even touched up a minor mark on my door free of charge! I had my Nissan 2013 Rogue that needed a back bumper. This place was Amazing, Attentive, Great Communication, and Unbelievable Body Work. Great price and worked with my crazy schedule working at hospital. I will Definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!

Ed and his son are great and professional. They did a perfect job fixing a dent on my side car door. I was in town working for a few days and they quickly and kindly handled the problem at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this business. My car looks brand new!

I brought in my 2022 Hyundai that was scraped up on the side door and they were very helpful from the beginning. The insurance company just wanted to do a simple repair but they worked with insurance to make sure my car was repaired the right way. I can t even tell it was ever scraped up, looks brand new, the new door and paint matches perfectly!! It only took a few days which was awesome as well! Hopefully I don t need any work anytime soon but if I do I will definitely go back to crows. These guys care about their cars and you can tell. Thanks for everything!!Service: Body & Trim

Crows Auto Body was absolutely the best experience I have ever had for repairs! My car came back looking absolutely perfect after having damages repaired. They handled so much and made my experience quick, stress free, but most importantly the quality of the work shows! I would highly recommend this shop to everyone! WOW. Ed went above and beyond. Service was very timely. Communication was constant. My car looked better than before the fender bender. He worked with the insurance company for me, and I know he didn't have to do that. I will be recommending Crow's to anyone needing body work. Simply put, Ed is THE BEST!ork with the insurance as well, Wascalmost as disappointed as me by the treatment I received from Enterprise Car rental. I am recommending Crow's for any one needing body work. THE BEST!!

I took my SUV to Crow's Auto Body to have my auto body repaired. Ed and Kyle did an excellent job from start to finish. Ed updated me every day as to my car's progress. They finished my SUV and it looked great. They showed professionalism with my insurance company and myself.

Our Range Rover was hit by someone and because it is a very expensive high-end car I did not want to get pressured into using the body shop the insurance company was trying to direct me toward. I called Jeff s motorcars and they recommended crows auto body. They were able to get the vehicle in very quickly and considering the current state of supply chain, they got the vehicle done very quickly. They handled the entire insurance process, which I know it s complicated because of the costly high-end parts. The vehicle looks great, they took great care of it and they even made a few repairs at no cost to me, that weren t part of the insurance claim . I can t recommend them enough for any auto-body work you may need. They will get all my future business!

I never write reviews, but this one needed to be done! I went to Crow s Auto Body for a repair based on a recommendation from a friend. To say, Ed s shop is the best, is an understatement!! He and his employees were accommodating, patient, and gave me an honest and more than fair price for the repair! I will continue going to Ed for all my auto body work and I would encourage everyone else to do the same!

I received a couple estimates on some body work I needed for my Chevy Cruz. Their estimate was more reasonable than the other I received. My step-mom referred me to them, had a good experience with them! I have to agree, they did amazing work on my car and had it done before the estimated time! My car looks amazing! Probably the best shop hands down in and around this area! I went to Crow s Auto Body because it was recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint. I own a 2019 Ford Escape and bought a custom Ford Raptor Grill for it and needed to be professionally installed. My friends who are big on cars tried do it for me but couldn t get it because we just didn t have the right tools and experience like Crows Auto Body. Ed said he can have my grill done in no time and didn t disappoint. It was properly put on and looked amazing when I picked it up. Great price for the amazing workers they have there. Ed and Kyle were FANTASTIC!!!!! They went above and beyond! They were kind and honest (which is especially rare in customer service these days). I totalled my car and they were both so very helpful walking me through the process and dealing with the insurance and salvage yard. Ed gave me such helpful tips in regards to my car and even helped me get my license plates off. I would DEFINITELY recommend them! In such the unfortunate situation I was in it was amazing to meet good people that would be so helpful. Thank you Ed and Kyle. :)

Ed is very professional, prompt and extremely helpful. Communication is spot on and the repair work is superb. Any body work that I need done in the future will be completed here. Great small business experience! A section of my grill was loose and the gentlemen who took care of it was awesome. He shared with me my options very honestly.
