Very friendly first time walking in and very professional. Went over my car to see what needed done which did not take long at all. Sent me a quote and since it was going through insurance they dealt with that, too. Scheduled my car to be fixed and it was done in a timely fashion and what a great job they did. Looks brand new. Thank you so very much!!

Outstanding customer service and excellent quality work! Mike took the time to explain what needed done in detail and presented different options and recommendations. We had damages to the rear quarter panel and bumper and the repairs are flawless!

These people were very professional. Took the tine to lay out the damages and the repairs and replaced parts of my car. And even gave me after care instructions for the new painted parts. They even did a beautiful in and out detail on my vehicle! Definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair from accidents

Clean and efficiently run waiting area. Mike is the best. Makes you feel comfortable that all you need will be addressed in timely fashion. They finished my car 5 days before quoted. Now for the magic!! The collision specialists performed a miracle on my car and even cleaned inside. I hav an unusual blue car and I can't see difference in old and new paint. They check the mechanical parts extensively and guarantee work for a year. Mike handled getting my rental car back. I can't say enough great things about the whole team. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone but Autonation Collision Center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've had my brakes done here before and Mike was very efficient. Recently, I brought my Jeep here after hitting a deer. From the first day I dropped the car off, they treated it like their own. I have taken my car to AutoNation Collision Center in North Canton several times for collission repair and we will not take our car anywhere else. These guys are professional and super nice and they actually care about the work they do. We have never had a problem with them, ever! I have gone to other body shops over the years and when I found these guys, I never looked anywhere else. Derek & Ted ARE ALL STARS.They do quality work at a great price.They stand by their work.If something isn'tnt right they will make sure that it is taken care of.I'd you have an insurance claim they advocate on your behalf like it was their own car.You can have faith and rest easy that Auto Nation Collision is the best choice for your car.

I AM 1,000% satisfied with the repairs to my Fusion. It is beautiful. I wasn't sure what they could do with it thanks to the mess I made of it. They even cleaned and polished it. Looks better than when I got it. My special thanks to all who worked to restore it. Doesn't look like it was in an accident and everything works perfect. Ted Kieffer did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress and helped guide me through the whole process. He was very kind and understanding of the whole trauma I was going through at that time. I will most certainly recommend AutoNation to anybody that has a problem and needs excellent help. Thank you again AutoNation.

I bought my used expedition from Auto Nation. Probably the easiest process I have ever had buying a car. Part of the deal was for them to fix the bubbles in the paint rear hatch and hood. They made me an appointment set up a rental car. Easy I dropped it off and they called when it was Finnished the paint job top quality you cannot even tell the car has ever been painted no variation and no sign of the bubbles. They even matched the flakes in the paint and pinstipping perfect.
