Had to have a water pump replaced on an explorer, and they were by far the most affordable and friendly. They did a great job, and I will definitely give them future business and recommend them to anyone

Had an appointment on Friday. I was told what parts to purchase. The parts were delivered on Sunday. And was told that they would get me in Monday now they're telling me Thursday or Friday. Finding a new shop. Being on disability it's not easy for me to move my appointments around. After waiting 4 hours for a tow truck to pick myself and my husband up from the freeway we were taken to North Bend Total Automotive where we got the best service. They were straight forward and extremely helpful in so many ways! They are very kind people and very efficient. Keep up the great work. Stay blessed!

My oil light went on for my 2016 Audi A3 this morning. I called and they were able to squeeze me in between their already booked engine repair clients. Had the oil change completed in 30 minutes and charged $100 less than if I took it to the Audi dealer. The were even able to reset the Audi setting for next oil change. The owner was very friendly and his staff equally happy to help. Best experience I have had with an auto mechanic in many many many years! I've had cars, vans and SUV's worked on by these guys. Toyota, Chrysler, Subaru, Buick and Hyundai. They diagnose quickly and give you a price before moving forward. They are honest and give you options (fix now or in 6 mos, etc). Whether I need repairs, general maintenance or a once-over to ensure a vehicle is in good working order this shop is my first and only choice. I unfortunately have to leave a bad review for these guys. I waited over a week for an appointment just for them to tell me they were not interested in working on it when I was given the okay to bring it in over the phone a week prior. Called for a price to see what it would be. Dealers and other auto body shops wanted 900 for one part. North Bend was significantly lower. He was able to do the work next day! Fast and reasonable! Great service experts in their field and very friendly and prices are in line with what they do. They even picked me up if we are close by and bring us back to our home while our car is being worked on service with a SMILE l always say..THANKS FOR BEING HERE IN NORTH BEND.

They repaired the exhaust system on a 21-year-old Toyota and it sounds like new again. Was able to make an appointment and get in and they had the car done in no time. Friendly staff too !
