Absolute garbage. Shana was absolutely rude while on the phone with my girlfriend. She also informed me of a recorded conversation I was unaware of being recorded during via Trexis insurance, one of their Subletters. They did nothing to contact us directly during the ordeal, offered no assistance or guidance, and completely disregarded the situation after the fact.

Said my vehicles were "tough" to insure, still waiting on call back with quote... That was 2 weeks ago. Obv State farm had no issue insuring my vehicles within my price range.Oh and 5 years ago when I did use them, I wrote a check to 'gerdemans' that was never paid to Nationwide, so my payment went up!. .. Nationwide never received payment! Good thing I keep all documents and he did "make it right" when confronted with the evidence. But how many have not been caught?

This place is amazing! This is the way businesses used to be. Hometown folks that remember your name and treat you like a person, that want to make you happy as a customer. Mr Gerdeman will take his time to help you, along with his awesome assistants. I always hated paying for insurance till I went there. They will find you an exceptional deal as well.
