DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE HERE I was originally quoted 1000+ for parts and service on a water pump replacement for a 2017 Chevy sonic, after my warranty talked to them, it was only a little under 700. Not only that but across 5 phone calls and 3 in person visits, the service manager never once remembered my name. Took the service manager 2 days to call the warranty company, and when I showed up to pay the bill, he hasn t even gotten the forms from them yet when I came in the day after a phone call as we had scheduled for me to pay the invoice and he had NO IDEA why I was even there, he was completely surprised and oblivious. Then after everything was said and done and the warranty had covered everything, SUDDENLY a 40 dollar part popped up after the work And inspection had been done. After the second visit, I was passing by the shop again when one of the mechanics came flying out of the garage, didn t stop to look and there was no turn signal either and he was speeding down the road, I hope it wasn t a customer vehicle. Price gouging and unprofessional work, you d be wise to take your business elsewhere where they might even remember who you are and show that they care about their customers and the work they do.

Absolutely delighted with our buying experience. Tim was great, no pressure. I drove 100 miles to purchase our New Tahoe. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a fair and honest experience.

I give them 5 stars for being the only ones to help us when we had a flat tire. We tried a lot of places to find a lug wrench but no one could help be these guys. They are not a tire store but helped us when we needed it.

My friend's have bought a few of their vehicles here and get great service. Their maintenance guy's are experienced and don't overcharge people. Honest place.

excellent service! the best I've ever gotten for work done on my car. I won't take my car anywhere but here. Everyone that works here is so nice and explains things very well to customers and gets you right in for service.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Kelley's and recently had a service issue that I thought would take 3+ weeks on my newer SUV. Charlie went above and beyond on his afternoon off to make sure I had a vehicle to utilize that would fit our car seats, etc. and was able to have the part ordered and my vehicle fixed the next day. I have worked with other dealerships, but Kelley's has ALWAYS gone above and beyond on sales and service for me and my family! Great dealership!

Very nice dealership. Everyone is down to earth and personable. They seem to care about the customer and not just the money that they can make off of them like the bigger ones do. Stop in and check them out. Very nice people.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Bob Kelley in NB and we are beyond pleased with their customer service, family oriented business and honest & realiable vehicles!! There is no need to travel to a big city to get a great deal. Tell them what you need and your price range and they will work hard to get you what you want in a fair, honest and friendly way. They will continue to get our business in the future. Stay local. Buy local.

Stopped in this afternoon due to my SUV running rough. Went in to talk to the service manager. He said they were too busy, BUT did take the time to run it in quick to put the code reader on the SUV. They read computer and cleared the code. Very friendly staff from the salesmen, parts to the office staff!

Extremely pleased with the Customer Service that I received from John Kelley and his team. They were able to work around my busy schedule, come out to my house to assess my trade in which ended up having to be towed and gave me money for the vehicle to boot. Great to know that there are still people out there that care about Customer Service. Looking forward to doing business with John and his team for years to come.David J Bayer

Whether sales or service, the folks at Kelley's take care of people first, then their vehicles. Whether taking care of my classic 1986 Buick Skyhawk, working with each of our adult children on their purchases and service of their cars, or finding just the right vehicle for our needs, the Kelley team is awesome.With an eye on the future and still providing the customer care that small town people expect, this dealership is a credit to the three generations of Kelleys and the people of the region.
