Had 4 new tires installed at a great price and wonderful warranty. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I also was hearing a little noise now and then on the undercarriage of my car, they checked it out found the problem and tightened it up, no more noise!I drove away in a quieter, smoother ride. Very happy with my purchase and service.

The folks at Westside Tire were wonderful! So helpful, kind and professional. They repaired my flat tire for an incredibly reasonable charge, so I didn't have to purchase/replace tires. I'm extremely satisfied and confident that I can complete my drive home back to NY. Many thanks to the Westside Tire team, and I highly recommend them for their care, honesty, integrity and quality work!

Absolutely wonderful service, personable employees and the least amount of stress I have ever had with getting a car fixed. They even dealt with my extended warranty company and were amazing at keeping me updated with how everything was going. I will definitely be going back here when I need service on my car.

We got new brakes, rotors, and tire rotation and what a great job westside tire in youngstown did. Clean work great pads and rotors not the cheap stuff and customer service was great! I have to update my earlier experience with Westside tire..... The guys are very polite but when you say that you've said it all. When I took it in there was something wrong with my tire they supposedly fixed it but the tire light wouldn't go out and they said it was the tire sensor and it would go out in a couple of days. It never did I ended up having to take it to Toyota dealer were they knew what they were doing. So long story short I will never deal with Westside tire again.

Will for now on take my vehicle to get oil changes, vehicle repairs and tires done. Can t beat a great family owned business that has dedicated workers and workers that are passionate about what they do every day. That is why they re successful!Stop in to any location and get your vehicle needs taken care of.I couldn t be happier with the service provided, and the new tires make my truck ride like a Cadillac!

It was our first time using Westside for our vehicle needs. Very professional from beginning to end. We needed brakes, rotors and calipers. They actually showed us what needed replaced and educated us on this. We found our go to place for our vehicles. Thanks!

Had a flat tire. Place was busy but made time for me. Was in and out in a timely manner. Guy working desk was as nice as can be. Would recommend this place for sure!!!

Stopped in on my way home from the vet to make an appointment to repair a slow leaking tire and get a rotation, Taylor at the front desk was so friendly. She asked if I had time to wait because they may be able to squeeze me in. I waited with my fur baby Theodore, and I was taken care of in no time at all, AND we made friends!I always feel intimidated taking my vehicles in anywhere and usually don t go without my son, but absolutely felt at ease immediately after walking in! These guys always treat me fair, no matter what location I go to. Prices are good, and they have never asked me to buy or have something repaired unless it actually needed done. It's why I keep going back.

I had the best experience at west side tire today. All the staff were super incredible, Wayne was so helpful getting me set up with a set of tires that were dualrable and didn't break my bank. This is THE BEST auto repair shop I have EVER been to for any reason. The check in was fast as heck and the people are AMAZING. The mechanic literally chased me down the road to ask about the tires I was getting(I went for a walk while I waited). I couldn't believe they were that good and polite. I would recommend these guys to anyone for any auto repair needed.

Needed a look over on a new vehicle, they got me in same day. The man up front was very pleasant. A little more expensive than who we were going to, however I really like how they show photos of everything they look at. It gives you a sense of confidence and trust in them. They even offered a ride! Definitely planning to bring my vehicle here for everything. Really appreciated how well we were treated while here.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

This was my first time going to this location, and I had a wonderful experience. Wayne was very knowledgeable explaining everything same as Rich(owner) . I only went there for a tire repair an i was in and out in a flash they was so fast and efficient. I will be going back soon. Thank you to Rich and all his staff everyone there welcome me with a smile. You dont get good customer service like that anymore.

I was traveling in the Niles/ Youngstown area and hit a pothole. The tire was damaged and the hotel I was staying at recommended Westside. After getting service there and the tire replaced I can why.The staff was courteous and professional. The service was quick and fairly priced. Wish they had a location in Columbus as I would use Westside for all my service and tire needs. Highly recommended.Service: Tires

These folks are kind and professional always!! On the phone and in person. I feel like I am being listened to and not talked to about my vehicle valuations. They always inspect my van/car before road trips. Sometimes there is an issue, most of the time there is not. I have been coming here for several years. Great place for people to feel comfortable!!! The folks at Westside tire were absolutely amazing to me. Got a screw in my tire at work and panicked! My boyfriend got some fix-a-flat and got it filled enough to get to Westside. They didn t have time then to fix it but added air to it and made me an appointment. Went in to my appointment and was told about 2 hours. I was out in an hour and Mike was so thorough in his explanations that I understood everything!! Set me up with the rewards program and also had a great side conversation with me. Very personable staff!!! They have got a customer for life with me now! Car is 100% fixed and I feel so grateful!!

These guys are very professional and quick with answers to any questions you may have about your vehicle. Military I strongly urge you to use this place for your oil changes or anything really except for vehicle body work. They have a veteran discount. Super sweet!
