My son has never been to this instant oil change but it was on his way to work and he was very pleased with Junie, Junie was very respectful and friendly man and offered great customer service. We will be coming to this instant oil change from now on.Thank you JUNIE

Love this place. The guys explained why my front tire lights were on. I kept putting air in them cause it told me they were low. Not realizing when the dealership rotated the tires 6 months ago they never switched around the sensors. But the guys told me today I needed air in the back tires not the front. Learn new things at age 71. Thanks again everyone.

Want to Vavoline this morning for a routine oil change. I always get my oil changes from vavoline, however, Corrine was the person doing my oil change today. She did a battery test and informed me that it was coming up bad, and asked me if I wanted to price batteries through vavoline. I said no thanks, and she informed me that I m going to start having start up issues based on the battery test. After the oil change is complete and I go to start my car up, it won t start. I found that highly convenient after I was just asked moments ago if I wanted to price new batteries. I haven t had any issues with my battery up to that point. What I take issue with is how Corrine spoke to me. When I asked her why would my car all of a sudden stop starting up, she said the battery powers the car in the most condescending tone that I ve ever been spoken to as a consumer, as if I don t know how basic functions of a vehicle work.I have no proof that Corinne did something to my battery, but when she went back under the hood and hooked up the battery pack again, it started up without an issue. She refused to acknowledge that something she did may have caused my car to not start up, and I find it to be such a strange coincidence that after I refused to purchase a battery through vavoline that my battery starts to malfunction there on the stop with no prior issues before hand. Needless to say, vavoline has lost a loyal customer due to the disrespect and frankly the disregard, and lack of concern showed to me as a consumer.

I have to say that I am quite disappointed in my experience today, October 16 of 2023. My son and I came for an oil change. I ended up waiting roughly 5 minutes. That s not a big deal. My son was in the bay next to me. Apparently, there was an issue with the car in front of my son, so they moved him over behind me in order to get him I faster. Well, as soon as I was just about done, they had them switched back in the other line. He has been waiting for 45 minutes for an oil change I understand things happen. What I don t understand is why they had him flip-flop lines and have three additional cars go before him? We arrived at roughly noon, and it is now 1:10. Just because he s a teenager doesn t mean he does not deserve the same consideration as any adult. He hast to go back to school this afternoon after fall break and now he s going to get a late start going back. Very disappointed today.Service: Oil change

Very friendly staff. I felt like it was among friends. We laughed and talked through the entire service I had. This made my service feel very quick; before I knew it I was on my way.

They're just what they say. Their oil change for 5 qts of full synthetic is like $102. Then they try to upsell a new air filter & transmission service, etc. Nice & efficient guys though.

Nothing less than professional!Never have had a bad experience at this location. The technicians are always incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient even when working in 90 degree heat and 80% humidity while being very under staffed. They never try to hassle me into getting more or talk down to me because I m a woman (unlike other locations). I didn t get the names of the four technicians that worked on my car but to the gentlemen who worked on 8/11/23 thank you!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Well they stripped a bolt out of the fuel filter & oil filter was leaking. They did have it towed to car culture to have it fixed. Noticed the oil filter was still leaking & took it back for the third time & the manager fixed it in the parking lot cause I was not getting back in line at this point I m frustrated cause it s my third time back & it s still not fixed. A few hours later we noticed it s leaking again & now we re not going back there we re taking it to ford. If there s anything wrong with our truck we will be going to a lawyer cause this is ridiculous to mess someone s $80,000 truck up.Service: Oil change

staff was friendly enough, and it was a quick service. not very thrilled that i wasn t given pricing prior to the service. they were already well into the service, checking lights, changing oil, etc. and told me the last five minutes the cost. the rep either ignored me or didn t hear me when i commented on the price. i ve never paid more than $65-$70 for an oil change. i found a $10 off coupon online and was expecting maybe $70 on the high end. was asked if i wanted full synthetic like my last visit, and i asked if it was recommended. rep said it was good to use but also didn t tell me i could drop down to whatever the other (i m assuming cheaper) option was. $98 is absolutely insane. found out after the fact there was also. a 25% off coupon that could ve been applied, but too late for that i guess.Service: Oil change

AMAZING service! Did a full overview of our lights, tires, battery, wipers, etc. Offered to do a filter change on the fly (unfortunately we didn't have the cash to do it at the time), and were SO fast, nice, and efficient.Also, was completely in awe watching the team cross check each-other's work back and forth, non-stop. Incredibly thorough.Best experience I have ever had with an oil change, bar none. Also, the men and women working on our car were incredibly nice and explained so much to us they didn't have to.Outstanding.Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change a few months ago. I was persuaded by one of the employees to get some kind of oil transfusion while the guy said "let me explain it to you because I know how you women are." I ended up spending way too much that day and kind of felt pressured to do it. Only reason I haven't come back is not wanting to get stuck in that situation again. I prefer this location not just for the efficiency of the service & reasonable pricing, but for the crew! JJ was especially helpful, very friendly and never made me feel stupid for the things I didn't know or realize when it came to my car. Thanks JJ!!!

If I could give this place a half a star I would. The one guy was straight racist talked to me and my fiance like we was dirt . Act like he didnt even want to work on my truck . Made me and my fiance feel totally uncomfortable.I will never go there again...

Went to get my oil changed tonight at exactly 5:13pm and at 5:21 after waiting 8 minutes a heavy set white guy comes out and says We close at 5:30 and we still gotta do her (motions to car in front of me) and we still gotta clean up so you might wanna come back tomorrow . I have never experienced that at any business in my life. First off they normally close at 7pm so I had no idea until I pulled up. Number two, even at restaurants, if they close at 10pm, they have to give full service to customers who walk in at 9:59pm and this would be AFTER they cleaned up and put everything away. Annoying, yes, but the proper way to do it. And that s way worse than doing a quick oil change. Aldi, dollar general.. anywhere you can walk in two minutes before close and they will not say anything even if your shopping trip takes thirty minutes. So like every other company, I m pretty sure they re taught to take every car that pulls up until 5:30pm and then come to any car who pulls up at 5:31pm and on to politely let them know that they ARE CLOSED. No company policy in history includes telling a customer that we are about to close and you need to leave. Saturday is my only day off and I wasted gas going there and wasted time waiting there. This is also the most convenient location for me which just adds to it because I will never return. I will continue to use Valvoline for my oil changes but this was just crazy. I ll make the extra trip to Elm rd next time. People like him make the whole company look bad.

Awful experience. 18 point inspection mostly not done. Fluids not checked besides oil and washer fluid. Tire pressure not checked. Charged for unneeded extra oil. Save money and go somewhere else where they do what they promise. I paid $83.68 for incomplete service. Never again

I was pleasantly surprised! I did not need an appointment, perhaps I timed it just right, but they got me in and out rather efficiently. I called on the phone in order to get the price and young lady was kind enough to offer a digital coupon which saved me $15. All in all I was pleased with their speed and service and they were quite friendly!

Ian was excellent at going over everything that my car may need in the near future, was also very friendly! Gunnar and Junie were great to! Tori was an absolute sweetheart and helped me out a ton! She was very knowledgeable and recommended things I needed for my car. I almost got a service that I didn t need and she explained everything so well. Very kind & easy to talk to during the process.The team as a whole had great communication and positive vibes. I went in for an oil change on October 19, 2022. When I got there the vehicle in front of me broke down in the bay. They moved me to the other bay. While my service itself was fine they did a good job. One worker was complaining to another worker that nobody wanted to come and remove the car from the other bay. He continued to complain while standing at the computer next to my car window and said he's not a manager and some manager from Boardman would be out to deal with the problem. I believe his nametag said Cameron. While my service was good, there should have been no reason for an employee sitting there complaining in front of the customer about issues going on. Those matters should be handled elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Fast and friendly service, the guys in the shop were awesome and I didn't feel talked down to, which is always a possibility when going to a shop as a female. The guy ringing me up even found me some coupons!
