After being involved in a car accident, Jim and his crew were fantastic in getting my car fixed in a professional and timely manner. They were great at keeping in touch with me. The staff was very friendly and they had my car washed and ready to go when they handed me the keys. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any repairs needed for your car. You won't be disappointed!

My experience with this shop has been effortless. When I received my car back, it was like driving it off the lot. It was completely detailed and looked brand new. The repair was quicker than expected and the process was accommodating and organized. The level of professionalism and how humble the staff is was impressive. I highly recommend!

My wife just had her Honda Civic serviced here and they did a superb job! She hit a deer that darn near totaled her front end and the boys at Niles Auto Body have it looking like a new car again, they even went above and beyond for her by inspecting other things the car needed that were outside of the scope of the insurance covered so she was aware of those couple of small issues. Great service, awesome outcomes and fantastic and honest work. What more can you ask from a body shop? Highly recommended!!!!

I had an accident and had some damage to the front end of my car. My insurance covered it and I took it to the Body Shop of Niles. Jimmy and his crew went above and beyond in several ways! One being they noticed it didn t have brake lights and it was just a blown fuse so he switched that out for me as well! I couldn t be happier with the quality of service from this shop! Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. They explained drop off and pickup process to me which made everything run smoothly. While it was in the shop, I received email updates about the repair process and an estimated end date. My car was done faster than I had anticipated and it was returned spotless inside and out. Someone rear-ended me and I needed to have my bumper repaired. They were quick with the estimate and then when I brought my vehicle in, they were very friendly. They estimated 3 days for the repair but ended up finishing early. When I went to go pick it up, the repairs were done perfectly and they also washed my car and vacuumed it out. I had the best experience at The Body Shop of Niles! Friendly staff and they sat there with me and explained everything. They kept me updated the whole time they worked on my car, and the finished product was beautiful. I recommend anyone to go here, and this is where we will go from now on. Wonderful experience!
