I live in Michigan. Was in town for work and had a brake emergency! They had me bring it in when they opened tore everything down til they found all the problems. They fixed everything they could a made sure it was safe to drive 4 hours home so my dealership could finish the really bad stuff. Super nice people. Very thorough. Will definitely come here again!

Awesome Manager and crew. Treated friendly, yet very professional and informative. Very punctual as far as taking my car right in at my scheduled time and very timely in the work process. Highly recommend.

Justin, worked on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. And he went above and beyond for us, at a very, very reasonable price. I was actually shocked! And I Owould recommend him to EVERYONE! Very friendly, very knowledgeable and he just seems like a GREAT PERSON!!!

Wife took the truck for new tires and to check sensors. Very satisfied that they didn't charge for all new sensors and checked batteries in them. Found the one that was bad. Which we suspected. They were honest. Respectful and wife loves the new tires on the truck.

Pep Boys by the mall is great. I've been there twice to have my brakes and exhaust pipes changed. The service is good and fast, and the staff is very helpful Jason is the man.

You all did a horrible job on replacing my thermostat!!!! And there was nothing wrong with my water pump. Or head gasket, you stripped the threading for the thermostat. I will never go back to Pep Boys again. You charged me 700 and some dollars for a thermostat and only a year warranty. Ridiculous I'll never go back to Pep Boys again. Your lost business, you're screwed up my car and everything.

Scheduling was painless. Went at the scheduled time and got a call about 20 minutes in that the tire I requested was out of stock for the amount I needed. The gentleman rectified this situation perfectly. Very happy with my service here. I will be back.

This truly was my worst experience with a tire shop! First, they installed the wrong tires on the vehicle after taking over 2 hours to do a simple installation. They then told me the tires were better and more expensive than the one's I actually purchased, which were two lies. I then went back two weeks later to get the tires I actually purchased installed, and they cut corners and didn't balance the tires, which I then took the car to another shop to have it done correctly. The guy working behind the counter is a real peach as well. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, I will never recommend this place to anyone!

While the closest Pep Boys to me was an hour away, buy 2 get 2 was a good enough deal to send me there. They were ready for me when i got there, quoted me a time of an hour to an hour and a half, took about 2 hours (not that big of a deal). But they left my new tires underinflated. When I pointed this out, they said it was my truck's computer that just needed to reset itself. I explained it already had and was still reflecting low pressure. They insisted they were correct instead of just simply re-checking the pressure. After making the drive home, I grabbed my tire pressure gauge and checked manually. Sure enough, each tire was low (by 5lbs psi!). I filled the tires and my computer reset and reflected no low pressure issues. Just seems like they should have simply just re-checked and then my experience/review would have been almost 5 stars across the board.

Don't go on a Sunday! Made my appointment online for 1:30 pm. I did not get home till after dark. I was there at least 3-4 hours waiting with many other customers. I understand places are short staffed; however, adjust the schedule because that was just ridiculous!

Will never use them again! I've used the Niles store for years for all my vehicles in the past. Had my Nissian truck in for rotors and breaks all around in June of this year $1146. Breaks started making noise and feeling funny. Took the truck back to have them checked out. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with them but would bleed the breaks. The mechanic working on my truck didn't seem to be happy about doing warranty work. Soon my truck was done. I drove it around building. And showed Manager Breaks were still making noise. Made appointment to return. For a second opinion. I went to Nissian dealership. They could not get one of the tires off because someone had not only cross threaded one lug nut but two. Two lug studs had to replaced. As far as the breaks. After market pads had been installed in June. Nissian replaced pads with their pads and studs$624. I called Pep Boys Manager to complain. He acted like he didn't remember me and they have a lot complaints to deal with. I would buy tires from them but go somewhere else to have them put on!

Took care of all my issues quickly and it wasn't cheap but good work isn't. He was able to save me a bunch by reusing some stuff he didn't have to so very helpful

I had a damaged tire on my car which needed to replace immediately. I called Pep Boys in Niles at 9 AM. They ordered the tire in and was replaced by 5 PM. Needless to say I am pleased with this outcome.

I made my first ever appointment with pep boys. It's in less than an hour and it just got canceled "because they're behind" mind you I made this appointment yesterday. Because they decided to tell me less than an hour beforehand, I can't make an appointment today as it's too late anywhere else and am going to have issues with my car for another week. It's good to know this location doesn't seem to care about their customers.

Needed a battery, Jason got me right in, very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Didn't have to wait long, considering where my battery was. Change my oh they told me, I forget everything lol, filter also that has never been changed, because of where it's at also. Money well spent imo. Thank you!!

Have brand new aluminum rims. Got new tires put on. Permanently marked my rims everywhere. Very disappointed. I should get money back for them ruining those. I do not recommend them putting tires on.

Just go to Midas down the street these mfs suck lol had to go back three times to get my brand new tires to stop leaking from them and I told them my brakes weed making sound on the passanger sound and they proceeded to tell me it was a caliper in the back passanger side come to find out they replaced the drive side one and I still can t really hit my brakes hard. And the last time I went to get my tires to stop leaking they tried charging me lmfao oh and I found the leak not them. Get it together pep boys

Niles, ohio store. At first I chose the wrong tire size online, my fault. When I went in at my appointment, the salesman noticed I chose the wrong size. He was able to correct my mistake and also save me a little $$ on the same type of tire, just the correct size. The amount of time to do the service was quick and acceptable

DO NOT go to this place unless you want your stuff broken. I took my truck to get two front tires. All of the sudden my psi sensor is broken when it wasn t before. The tech said the psi light was flashing when he got in the car and I assure you it was not. Now I m being given the run around after spending hundreds on tires, to spend $90 more on a sensor that was perfect fine beforehand. I expected to have my tires changed by a competent technician, however that wasn t the case.

We sat there for two hours after explaining that we had to leave town in the evening. I have a stock F250 short box and when it came time ro do the work which was getting close to their closing time they inform me that I am out of luck and can't fit on their hoist. So I promptly offer to remove the tires myself so they can perform the work requested. They then state its closing time we don't can't do it because he won't authorize overtime. So then it was too late to take the truck anywhere else. So they in my opinion did nothing but string me along the entire time then dump me in the street. I have a stock pickup with nothing unusual. Poor poor poor customer service

Had tires installed and they were not correctly balanced so I came back to have them balanced again. Apparently this did not sit well with them so they over torqued the wheels and applied red locktiet. I would never let this company touch any car I own.

The Service Departmwnt is always top-notch! I never have to worry about my car there! These guys are the best at what they do! I made my service appointment over the phone and dropped my car off earlier than the appointment due to a scheduling problem on my end. They Serviced my car in record time, and even stored it overnight due to my other errands keeping me out of town too late. Overall, fantastic job and very courteous folks!! Great job to Jason, Justin, Sully, Kyle and all the other hard-wotking people there!! Keep up the great work!
