they charged me $75 for just checking the wheel alignment to tell me i needed tie rods, and quoted me $500 for tie rods alone. no disrespect but just no. they were nice, just not very clear about pricing as i was not told just checking an alignment is $75. gift bag was cute but not going back.

My dad received a free oil change and inspection voucher which I used for my new truck and the front desk staff were beyond helpful and courteous. My service was done quick and I got a gift bag for my first visit. Will be coming back!!

John has really put together a top notch team, from the receptionist to the mechanics your treated very well. Took my 66 Chevelle in for an alignment and tire replacement, very fast service, John even took the time to explain everything personally. Would highly recommend them. I had my jeep at a dealership for a month and they couldn t figure out the issue took it to this small shop in Niles Ohio and they had it figured out under 24 hours and fixed and drove it home going to be more happier, and will definitely take my vehicles back.Services: Electrical, Transmission repairServices: Electrical, Transmission repair

The staff took time to diagnose the problem and communicate solutions that fit my budget. They even documented the issues via pics and sent them over. I could not find a more trustworthy business to support! Excellent work and excellent customer service! Fixed an issue I was having with traction control system failure, reduced power. After taking it to more than a few shops, they figured out the problem strait away. Extremely knowledgeable, super nice, highly recommend. Update, Maybe not so great. Took my vehicle back for an inspection. The technician didn't know the difference in shock absorbers. Tried to explain to me how all 4 brand new shocks I purchased were broke. Expensive for a 28 point inspection, oil change and a serpentine belt. Now the vehicle gets a "gas cap" warning light and won't start. Quoted a grand to replace a 60 dollar part. Found out after I specifically requested conventional oil they put in synthetic which caused all kinds of problems. Not sure what to think now.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

These guys did an excellent job repairing my Volvo station wagon after I had to pull off I 80 with an electrical problem. They searched out the part and got the the repair done quickly and I was able to get back on the road the next day. Highly recommended, they have a clean well organized professional shop with a couple of great mechanics!Service: Electrical repair

Very professional. Loved the communication in between all services done to vehicle. Enjoyed the staff, very polite and respectful. Loved loved loved the pictures of all the inspection work done on vehicle. Pricing for work done reasonable. Super impressed and appreciative with work, also received a gift back with goodies inside for being a customer. I would definitely recommend Berena s to anyone for service.Thank you.

They took care of our needs when our engine light came on and found the problem and fixed it within a few hours and also gave us a ride home and picked back up while waiting on our only vehicle that was being repaired!We truly appreciate all that they did. I would definitely recommend Berena s Automotive Center! Everyone there was so nice and the service they provided was beyond wonderful. They had my vehicle diagnosed within the day I dropped it off. The service only took a day, I got my break pads, rotors and both tie rod ends replaced.I really like how they diagnose your vehicle and send you a report via messages. From there you are able to see pic/videos they add from inspection.10/10 Service!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

I know nothing of cars and they were able to help me understand exactly what the problem was and get it fixed the same day. They provided a thorough diagnostic report via text link and also explained everything over the phone. Excellent service! I highly recommend.

Great customer service. Very friendly and professional. I liked the 28 point inspection results they sent me to keep me informed about what was going on with my car. They quickly found and repaired the problem I was having with my gear shifter. The price was reasonable and they gave me an awesome welcome package to celebrate my first time using their shop. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received, from the time I first called to the time I left with my repaired car! They are thorough, organized, personable, and very professional!! Saved me almost $200 with a simple cleaning of some parts under the hood and they also replaced my serpentine belt. Communication with me was also on point; they kept me updated through the entire process, including online access to my safety inspection with pictures, and involved in the decisions made about my car. The shop itself was very clean and full of resources for the technicians. I even received a first-time-customer welcome bag full of goodies and incentives to return, which I definitely will be despite all the bribes. They're not needed but appreciated! Well to start, the workers great you with a good morning. Then the waiting area, has hot coffee, donuts and a nice lady to go over repairs needing done. I was their for an alligment on old c10 pickup truck. Which they did a great job on. Then John was able to fix my tail light issues in his classic car area. Really appreciate the work price was resonable and I'll be going back with my other classic cars and daily cars. Thanks again.Services: Electrical, Wheel alignment

I got an appointment without any problems. Accepted at the appointed time. We made external diagnostics with publication on the client's personal link. The master is very competent and friendly. I explained what the problem was, my colleagues calculated the offer. Prices are moderate, as expected. Amazing service! Bobbie is so kind and gets you in for service quickly and efficiently. The mechanics stay in contact the whole process and let you know how far they are and what they will be working on. They give you a report that you can use to schedule in a new visit need be and they are so helpful in every way! I received repairs for blower motor and waited under an hour they kept me in the loop about the work and I appreciate Berena s very much for always getting my car up and running!

Replaced the tires on my truck and was very informative every step of the way. They give appointment reminders and even sent me the 26 point inspection that I didn't know that they were going to do. Took pictures of everything they checked and also attatch pictures to the inspection report. They were very professional, and reasonably priced! Other repair shops i called to replace my tires would not do them due to "insurance and liability issues." (but i think the real reason was because I provided my own tires and did not buy from their selection.) Highly recommend these guys! Berena's Automotive Center undoubtedly went the extra mile. From diagnosing the problem, down to fixing it beyond a fair price. Mechanics with this level of expertise, patience, etc, aren't appreciated as much as deserved. Even the dispatchers were on the ball; persistant, reached out to me, through the process. We were recommended to them from a neighbor. We were in need of a reliable machanic and we read their reviews and visited their business. We were very impressed with the organization and cleaninest of the business. They were very honest about what needed to be done without pressure to do work. It was very pleasing for the mechanic to explain everything to us. The staff was very professional and friendly. We're now forever clients. Especially myself as a woman not knowing what's wrong to worry if they're lying. I feel very comfortable that if I take my car there with any issues they'll be truthful and I trust them. Thank-you

Charged me for a diagnostic. After I had told them the issue of a oil leak prior to even bringing vehicle in for diagnostic. Mechanic then explained he couldn t guarantee the repair which costed $1,400. I declined. Lack of knowledge. Basically should of been told from the beginning they do not service bmw instead took my money for a diagnostic.??? Garbage

Great experience with Berena's. I didn't even have to step foot into the shop. My car was towed there because it wouldn't go into gear. They fixed all those issues AND fixed my flat tire, replaced the air filter and new wiper blades. I was kept informed at every step, even when the parts didn't come in when they were supposed to arrive. Had bad wheel vibration when driving at high speeds. They diagnosed the vehicle and properly repaired it. They were very professional and courteous. No over-the-top prices are very upfront. I had searched all over our area for a mechanic to work on my Classic High Performance vehicle and no one would touch it . This place is AMAZING! went to them for a second opinion, when we were quoted 6000$+ dollars at our car dealership for something we didn t even need.Berena s has fantastic customer service, thorough, provided pictures and a very detailed inspection AND went above and beyond to help us for a only 1000$! Super helpful, friendly and made this process absolutely easy and we felt they were very trustworthy. 12/10 Highly recommend.
