It was raining yesterday about 530 pm Eastern time. A young woman came out with my wife, and as I sat in the jeep . I lipped the conversation to my son Franko, and it went like this. (REALLY THESE MEN TODAY JUST SO , LAZY THEY RATHER WHERE DRESSES AND DO DISHES . GIRL, I PRAY FOR YOU. ) [WIFE ] GIRL THANK YOU AMERICA ] . Take and she gets in I look at her and my wife asked what I was telling our son and it was wow she did a really good job and she did by the way.thabks

I truly wish I could give a zero. I had placed an order online to do a pick up in store, and didn't end up picking up the item. On the order, it states if you don't pick up in 7days, the order will be cancelled. 12 days out, I get an email stating that my order was picked up and after checking my account, I was charged for it. I called the location to see what happened (since any time I pick up at my local store, they ID you to ensure it's you) and the guy on the phone spoke to me like I was a child. When I stated, "I'm not sure why you're speaking to me this way, I just had a question." I am not the type to speak up for myself unless I feel incredibly disrespected, and his tone alone made me feel that way. He was condescending the rest of the call where he instructed me to call the online number since the store doesn't deal with online orders.... even though they are the one who gave out my order, not to me, for me to get charged for it. Worst customer service I've had in a LONG time.

Stopped for new windshield wiper blades for both the front and back of my car and the store manager, Louis was so incredibly helpful! He took the time to look up what I d need, grabbed them and installed them for me in the freezing cold. Thanks for taking such good care of your customers!

Tom was great. He explained everything I needed to do thoroughly. I left and felt confident to work on my a/c. I got home hooked up the cord and freeze and now my cold is blowing out cold air. A big thanks to TOM!!

The company is garbage. They took my money for an engine knowing they couldn't produce the product for me and they are now giving me a hard time giving back my 2,100. The regional and district manager are a joke. I've been waiting for over a week for my money back.

I sat outside their store are almost 17 minutes waiting for them to open. The sign says that they are open at 7:30 I gave up at 7:45 and went across the street to Pep Boys. And there was 3 other cars in the parking lot waiting for them to open. I called & no one answered the phone!!

I Needed to buy some new windshield wipers, so I went to the wiper look-up thing they have, and found the ones I wanted, but only one of them was in the original packaging. I went up the the register, and the guy told me that one of them wrong one, which I was thankful for. He then returned the one that was in the original packaging, and brought back the one we needed. We left and as I was trying to put the windshield wipers on, it started to rain, so I'm fumbling with these brand new wipers that just don't fit, so I go to ask the guy for help, and he returns with a part that I didn't get, because I got some secondhand wipers. If I hadn't tried to put them on right there, I would have had to drive half an hour back, because they didn't give me what i was paying for. Won't be a returning customer.

At least I was sold the right item I needed for my car. The staff was very helpful & knowledgable. Didn't wonder around the store looking for something if I had a question they answered it with a smile.

Staff is always helpful and friendly and have most of the stuff I ever need. Can't say that ever happened at Pep boys.

Placed an order for a part. Took them 3 days to order the wrong one. Couldn't even get the decade right let alone the car it was meant for.
