I had a issue with my trailer where the dual came off. We think the wheel bearing locked up. Ended up calling these guys. They came out to me and chained up the one side and followed behind me to the shop which was 10 miles away. The Axle Dr came out the next day and put a new spindle on. They had me done that day but I believe I was over charged for the job. According to my shop at home it should have cost about 5k for the Axle Dr, 2 rims, 1 tire because I had a spare, new hub and bearings, and new brakes and drum. Instead the total was closer to 6800. They charge "by the job" so you don't really know what they are charging for labor or anything. Only positive thing is they seemed to be nice to you as they screwed you.

You won t find a better group than at Wayne Truck and Trailer. Irvin, mark, Thomas, Kody and everyone else is awesome. They will take great care of you and treat you with respect. I highly recommend them and would trust them with any piece of equipment you have

They won t tell you what the price is for your rv motorhome for alignment. And they said once they put it on to check it then they will call and give you an estimate. Ok so they called me and said it will probably be about $2000 to get it all alignment because they said they might ruin the upper ball joint and then have to replace it for $1600 I had found another place near there and they said they can do to whole alignment for $175 will new bushings for castor and camber so take your motorhome elsewhere and don t let this place rip you off. All I can say is it was a huge waist of time and $105 just for the check up and they left my rv dirty on arm rest and seat and steering wheel.Service: Wheel alignment

STAY AWAY, MILES AND MILES AWAY if you are not a local. These guys are nothing less than opportunists that prey on out-of-state people that are in need of help. We had 10 pallets that shifted to the right, they unloaded 4 and quoted us $6,000 to move the pallets to the center, and $2,000 to secure them, that's right! $8,000 to move the 10 pallets 3 feet to the left and nail in 2x4s to stop it from shifting again. Anywhere else, it would be a one-hour job. After we declined, they still charged us $1,600 to put the 4 pallets back on the truck. We took it 3 miles down the street to a reputable company, that repositioned and secured all the pallets for $300.00Service: General repairs

No place for owner operators. stay away from thm. Thy charge you over 100 buck just for looking at your equipment.. there $600.00 Estimate work done in $60.00. At exit 99. Repair shop... imagine the difference..and job was trailer mud flap fix....and still paid 111.22 for diagnostic the broken mud flap problem...... shame on these guys............one star coz there's no option otherwise it b -10 stars......

Received horrible service! I was strung along all day just to be told i would not be able to be fixed the next day since no parts.. i get that.. i offered to get the parts from volvo and bring them myself w the receipt.. Kevin from service told me Wayne truck does not use customer provided parts even though they would be genuine volvo new parts w receipt it would have to come from their delivery guy the next day diagnosis one coolant line was broke i paid the diagnosis fee and got out of there.. had an uber deliver my part to another shop in the same city the same day and was putting it on oops both the def coolant lines were snapped.. so actually needed 2 originally not one - glad i went to another shop instead of waiting and had to get a second uber to bring the other coolant line so I paid for a false diagnosis at Wayne truck , spent double the money to get the parts twice and got it repaired the same night- these guys just hope that youre stuck and nothing around so no choice hut to use their parts on their schedule id rather get towed somewhere else than come here and get strung along- i have receipts from both shops to prove my review

2.5 hrs. to do a simple tire swap. He quoted me $55 over the phone and later slapped me with $130 on the bill. Typical vultures of the industry. Be careful.

My family and I have been traveling for the past 3 weeks in the RV. We have had terrible luck up until this point with our RV. Needless to say, many tows and service repair work. This business has gone above and beyond. They were completely understand, sympathetic, and willing to help until they figured out what the problem was! We had our dogs, kids, cat, and extended family there with us all day. There were no problems with that. We felt comfortable and at ease here! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Pro: Timely service once the tech had all the parts needed to do repairs. Got me in and out in less than 8 hours.Con: Took half the day to get the parts even after I located parts 3 hours earlier and notified parts guy what I found.Way over charged on part. Almost $700 for part that is less than $200 at dealer. Credit card fee ontop of the inflated prices for parts. Over $1500 charged for a core charge when its around $400 through yhe dealer.I would recommend their work but really need to watch the pricing. It was a tad over $3000 when it shouldn't have been any more than $2000 at most to replace gearbox and drag link.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Fantastic guys! Had a check engine light. Ended up being a tcm issue. Thought It be a few days at least. 1 day turn around. Justin and Mark are excellent at what they Do. Kept me informed and explained the entire process from start to finish. Definitely go to these guys for anything diesel. The Radiator to my Freightliner blew on the side of the road they towed my vehicle and fixed my radiator the same day. I was able to make my load for the next day. Everything was efficient and fast. Their customer service is awesome. They even have a loaner car for you! It made the wait that much easier as I drive with my daughter!

Wayne Truck & Trailer came to my rescue when it came to an unusual situation with a tire on my Truck. After sitting at a Loves in Dayton for 4 hours waiting for my turn to have this tire fixed, only to find out they didn t have the size I needed. I had a roadside breakdown on I-70 due to a coolant fitting failure. They were easy to work with and the tech had made this same repair previously on other trucks. The fitting is one that connects the engine head to heater core. They had to stop by a Paccar dealership (in Dayton?) to get the part and then make the roadside repair. They gave me a price estimate before heading my way and the final bill was somewhat less since I didn't need as much coolant as estimated. Easy to work with, I would recommend them and use them again myself - if needed. My only complaint was that they didn't open until 8a. I would've given 5 stars if they could have rolled at 6a. The parts dept at Paccar opened at 7a so it wasn't a huge impact on the schedule.

Very good and fast mechanics during the day. Price on parts is very good here. They get you in and start working on you right away when you come. Not nearly as good after 5pm, but day crew is the best in the nation

I called for a mobile diagnostic on one of my trucks. The bill went from $540 (as quoted on the phone) to $886. He said that the extra charge was hooking up the computer, which is what I requested in the first place; I needed codes pulled. He could've told me about the added charge in the initial phone call when I told him I needed codes. I'm not sure what their workmanship is like, but I will say that I feel deceived in their business practices.

I know 1000s of people in the trucking industry. When my truck needed some expensive work done, quick fast and in a hurry, I was worried I wouldn't find a good, reputable place to get it done. Now I wont disclose the cost. But let me tell you...THOROUGH work! They worked diligently and got me back on the road before anyone else could have. Now, I was prepared to limp this old girl to the shop that we have always done business with. But I called them and they were waiting for me. I was actually in my home town and decided maybe I should look closer just in case it needed more work than expected, I could have gone home. A new, up and coming shop I called was ready and waiting for me to pull in. No wait! No passing go, going to jail or collecting $200. Believe me when I say, these good old boys could rebuild a truck from the frame up!!! And I will never take my truck to anyone else! They have my business for the present and future. Such a pathetic experience I had with these guys. They were so nice initially treating you so well and all when stuck on toad and once you & your truck is in their garage they change like a chameleon. They start telling all sorts of non-sense stuff as if we kniw nothing about ttucks and start charging you an exhorbitant fee for a service they have not even provided. They are such a rip off and extremely rude and arrogant people. AVOID THEM. WORSE THAN BAAADDD....

Our motorhome broke down in Greenville, OH and their techs spent a few hours fixing it. They were pleasant to deal with and got us back on the road as quickly as they could.

Roadside service guy was very helpful, even drove me to the store to get diesel. However, he was not able to get it running. Waste of $200 that I didn't have. The roadside service I called the next day pressurized the diesel lines and got it going in less than 30 minutes from the time I called them

Very knowledgeable and professional starr and mechanics. Quick service fair prices. They even loan you a car to not trap you at the shop while you're getting your truck fixed. Never had service like this, Wayne truck and trailer customer service puts all others to shame. Love this place.

I called 8:00 a.m. requesting a wheel alignment for a 40 ft diesel motorhome. They scheduled me for noon the same day, but they were able to move me forward to 10:00 a.m.. happy! happy!!Service tech was highly professional and my motorhome drove notably better after the alignment.They had great respect for my motorhome as they put down floor protection and used seat covers to protect my investment.I highly recommend this company.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the worst place I ever been too. They are extremely slow. They Jack up the price to it s ridiculous. Very unprofessional. I wouldn t recommend this shop too any driver. Even if I didn t like him. I still wouldn t recommend Wayne s truck and trailer to that driver. Now if you want to wait around for a couple of weeks. And not make any money. Then by all means take your truck there.

I broke down about 10 miles from the shop, they set me up with a tow around 9 at night. The mechanic gave me a ride to a nearby hotel and they got started on my truck first thing in the morning. Good people.

Had 2 codes for egr actuator slow response and egr flow not normal. At 25% derate I was concerned about completely shutting down and being stranded w a huge tow bill. I was referred to Wayne T&T and to my surprise they were able to get me in immediately and address my issue.Justin was extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained things very basically so I could understand my options and potential failures as it relates to parts associated w/my issue. I am confident that the service they did today will save me time and money in the future and ensure my truck stays running!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Do not do business with this place it s a rip-off I had a Cummins ISX 15 rebuilt $30,000. 4 months later head gasket blows they said it will be another 15,000 to fix and then came to pick my truck up had to pay $1000 for them to look at it they told me at the beginning they would not charge me for looking at it but charge me anyway they do not charge by the hour they charge by the job so therefore you do not know what you re going to pay and it took them two weeks to tell me it was the head gasket

Overcharged just one coolant hose 3 feet & 6 gallon coolant put they are charge me 531$ too much 1 hour Labor. But they are charged 2 hour Labor . Normal guy begin 11.20am to 12.15pm end.( I'm talking, I bring my semi truck in your shop, not any off road.
