DO NOT COME HERE! I had great experiences at the auto car center where I previously lived. Had a very minor slow leak in a tire, took it here after work, got it back about 90 minutes later fixed . Drove the 200 yards back hope, got up the next morning for work, and my tire is now completely flat. Can t get anyone at this store to answer the phone. Go anywhere else but here for car services.

Every time I take a tire to them they mount it but say they can't balance when they did t even try it so I had to go to another shop and pay them to take it off and balance it again, which they did with little effort but I had already paid walmart to do but since there was only two people working they felt my balancing was important enough. And this makes the second tire that was prematurely worn due to lazy workers. Tires are over $250 each

Man those dudes there are a joke! I went last mth to get an oil change and get new windshield wipers. They only changed the oil, didn't check any of my other fluids even though it came standard with the oil package I chose and how I know they didn't do it was because I had to take my car to a different mechanic and they confirmed that my fluids were needing refilled again and I expressed that I had them refilled at Walmart and they confirmed that it never happened because they were very low and were needing topped over not to mention that I requested new washer blades, they charged me for them but sure didn't put them on my car! I will never use the auto center in Xenia ever again because either they are lazy back there or simply don't know what the hell they're back there doing!!! Incompetent as all get out!

This is the second time I have had this experience, so my bad for going back, but never again. Full synthetic oil change, needed to get it done quickly. Drove less than 1000 miles afterward and engine light came on. Checked dipstick and no oil showing on dipstick. Please do not use this place for an oil change. The $ you save is not worth potentially ruining your engine.Service: Oil change

Purchased the 'lifetime balance & rotation' for my new tires in 2016. Manager refused to honor my purchase, even when I provided my original receipt because the technician at the time did not put the tires' DOT on the receipt (their responsibility, not mine). Was told, "Those could be any tires" by manager (through a technician, as he wouldn't even leave his desk to address the issue).To sum up, manager refused to honor my purchase and questioned my integrity. I've been a customer at Wal-Mart's Tire & Lube since 2006, but will now take my business elsewhere.

Why theses so call technicians say they can't fix simple lug nuts that they overtightened and stripped out this place is a joke shouldn't offer to fix tires but then can't fix something they messed up just another scam theses techs shouldn't fix cars trucks ECT I wouldn't let mess with a bicycle.

I ve been here twice for an oil change. The first time they changed my oil twice in a row and I waited 2 hrs and 45min. The second time I asked for new windshield wipers to be put on along with the oil change. When I got about a mile down the road I realized they didn t put on the new wipers even though I payed for them so I turned around and went back. The second time they put on windshield wipers that were the wrong size and hung off the side of my car by about two inches. So I went back a third time and they put the right size on, but then after getting onto the highway I found out they didn t clip them on all the way and one flew off. I m just buying the stuff I need to do it myself, I can t even trust them to switch out a set of windshield wipers.

Showed up at 4:15 for an oil change and a rotation. Keep in mind they close at seven. I was checked in at the entrance and the service writer informs me that they cannot do a tire rotation. I asked why, she said we can t and looks over at some young kid and he says no.I was in customer service for years. You just don t do that to customers.Keep in mind my oil was changed last year and they left the drain plug lose. I do not recommend this Walmart TLE to anyone. Customer service sucks.

When there to get oil change, was pretty busy, but took alittle over hour, no fault of theirs, they were very busy but very polite and was clean. Only problem I had was told in would get a message when done sent to phone. Never hot messge on my phone. I am disabled and walking around Walmart aimlessly stalling time, hurts like crazy on feet for prolonged period of time.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I get off work at 4:45 everyday and most places close at 5 so I decided to go here because they are open until 7. I needed to get my tire patched and put back on because it went completely flat at work and I was on a donut. They told me that they had a call in and the person there couldn t do it. (They always weren t working in any other jobs) There was a guy in front of me that just bought a warranty from them and they refused his tire needs as well. I asked the woman if she could call the place across the lot and her reply was I m not calling another business and ask if they will do your service. Do you have a cell phone? Well use it. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

As with most businesses heu are lacking employees. Wanted me to wait 2 hours to get an oil change. They should change to make appointments since they can't provide instant oil change likethwy advertise.Services: Transmission replacement, Oil changeServices: Transmission replacement, Oil change

I had an amazing experience here. The service writer, Madison, was amazingly helpful in selecting the right oil and explaining the service. (She's also pretty cute if I might add). Would highly recommend this service center to anyone needing tires or oil.

Absolutely terrible....took our car there two weeks ago and has been leaking oil ever since. Not only was the oil filter not tight but they broke the plastic shroud that is under the filter. Buyer beware! Spend the extra 10 bucks and take it to a place that specializes in oil changes,- UPDATETook our 2015 Nissan Altima to Nissan and was told by the tech that he has never seen that much oil spilled on top of an engine. Nissan tech took pictures and the top of the engine had multiple pools of oil and was also told that I was lucky all the oil didn't foul the plugs out as they were sitting in oil. Tech had to put the car on the lift to clean the oil out from the frame and was charged a half hour of labor at $50.

I called at 2:45p to ask if they could patch a tire and they replied yes first come first served . I arrived at 3:00p after a 15 min drive in, only to be greeted to a locked door, then a person came to the door and advised they were closing 3.5 hrs early. A tech was still there and refused to patch my tire.

They could not get my rims off truck to put tires on. I even had my spare in back of truck just sitting there and did not even do that one. Very poor service. Would not take anything there ever again.

Went and had an oil change and the technician never asked about rolling the window down which is protocol. Great so without asking about said window they put it down and when it won't go back up sends us packing not their problem. Trash

If i could id give this place 0 stars... went to get a tire yesterday, they told us give them 45 min we decided to go shopping while we waited.When we came back mind you more like an hour and 15 min they still hadnt gotten the tire. It was 15 min till they closed and they said they wouldnt be able to do it tonight but they would get it done in morning. Went back today a little after 12 and they STILL dont have the tire. NEVER GO HERE.

Never go here. Spent 20 minutes waiting for someone. Had 2 people pass me never asking if I didn't help. Estimated time was 25 - 30 minutes took them over 1.5 hours for an oil change. There excuse was because someone went home.

Brought in a carry in tire to have mounted and balanced, after waiting for 2 hours my mind has been made up I will never return. Slow service and even worse attitude.

Worst service I've ever seen. Was ignored for 25 minutes, told it wasn't someone's job to help me, and then when the technicians finally pay attention they tell me it's too late to do anything because apparently they close 5 minutes beforehand. Don't go here.

They drove my truck into the wall as they were driving my truck out of the service bay. Now I'm fighting with the Walmart claims department. What a mess.
