Great place to go, they change the oil on all 5 of my cars and not a single problem. Friendly staff/ hard working. If something is wrong with my car they always tell me. And man did I love having an ice cold bottle of water while I waited. Sometimes u wait a little bit sometimes you pull up and theirs no line. Always nice that I can hear them saying callouts to each other so they know who s doing what and very impressive that as soon as I pull in they get straight to work. Forever customer right here!!!!!!!!!

I had the best service and the Take 5 Car wash in Sidney provides excellent service with exponentially great people who took great care of my needs. A gentleman by the name of Kyle did a great job! Thank you!

Customer Service was outstanding! Just stopped in to have air put in tires they made sure all four tires was up to par where they should be. Took the wife s car later ! Thanks guys appreciate it. Please stop in for service here give them a try ! You will not be disappointed!

Thought I d share this but don t ever go to that new Take 5 oil change place cuz I went there yesterday to see what it was about and they told me my my oil pan bolt was stripped by the people who changed my oil last which was Sidney tire and they told me to go there and have them fix it. Today I got my oil changed by Sidney tire and they got the bolt off with ease. Nothing wrong with it at all. So I m just saying don t waste ur time

I took my vehicle there twice for an oil change, each time I was treated fairly. They also told me they would give me the same rate, roughly ,$50.00, as long as I said something to them. This time my husband took me vehicle in, he tried to tell them, they refuse to listen and changed him $85 00. I went in to question it, they lied to me, as far as not looking up a previous price, even though they absolutely did it. I feel we were cheated and we're taken advantage of from the manager Brayden Keith. They will never get my business again, too many other places to choose.

Better than that oil change shop across the street I used to be the manger at auto lube till I started learing all there ways they were ripping off customers I would strongly recommend going here before any other place

*Warning Sidney ohio*Second time I ve been there and the person the first time was rude and then this time they told me that I had a leak in my oil and my windshield washer fluid and was rude about it and when I went and spent 40 dollars to get it diagnosed they told me no i don t know if it was something so they didn t have to put windshield washer fluid in there or what I do not so I m highly not satisfied with this place they ve been rude since day one ! now they are liers and rude!! NOT TOO MENTION MY CAR IS TICKING NOW AND IF I FIND SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY CAR SINCE I HAVE TO GET A NOTHER DIAGNOSIS I WILL SUE TAKE 5!

This was my first time here and online it says they open at 7 but they actually open at 9. I had an amazing time at Take 5! I would love to shootout to Hayden and Gavin!

Went there on February 21st for an oil change at 8am . Waited for 30 minutes, no one was there. Not the first time for this problem.

Went yesterday at 5:20 only to be told "Oh sorry man, we are closing early.You can come back tomorrow". Also, went on Sunday and nobody was there. Closed. Went across the street and was taken care of. I won't be going back.

Amazing customer service and they went through my car with me as far as checking all of my filters and letting me know if I had any leaks plus cleaned my windshield. The gentleman who waited on me was wonderful. He let me know step by step what he was doing. He was actually the only person in the business at the time and apologized for how long it was taking and let the cars behind me know that he would be right with him. I will definitely be returning. He made me a forever customer.

I made a phone call to the store before arriving to check on prices and hours, I was content with what I was hearing so wife and went to get oil change and told us they could not do oil change because it was to late, it is 6:43pm now, I was there alittle after 6:30pm. Lost customer? To be determined.

Went to get a oil change tech swore up and down my van needed the lifters checked and told me that my van was not going to last for a month or a few months and that he was not going to change my oil because he was not comfortable changing it and had me leave I had my van taken to a dealer and had to pay $100 to have it checked and there was no such thing wrong with my van...i would not recommend to go to this store they try to upcharge on a false lie!!!!! the oil change was going to cost $105 with the (special oil change) whatever that is!! maybe they should hire someone that knows how a car truck or van works!!

Service was good but 1,000 miles later I was out of oil dropped to 6 percent and it didn t have a problem before I went there
