Excellent customer service.Associates are very knowledgeable and helpful.They can match any paint.In my experience Sherwin Williams Emerald line is the best paint. Goes on very easily, covers exceptionally well and cleans up easily.

I really like the personal service I receive there. Heather is very knowledgeable when I tell her what I need she comes up with the perfect solution. I'm not just treated as a customer but as a friend. I highly recommend Sherwin-Williams to anyone needing paint or other supplies.

The sidney store could learn to be more friendly and helpful. Every question I asked the sales guy seemed unaware and bothered by my questions. I ordered paint thinking I would shop local instead of a box store. Paid the higher price to shop local only to get home and the one paint color is not what it appeared to be in the flier. I called the store and they do not honor customer satisfaction since this was a tinted paint. I guess I should have went to my usual Menards who would have made sure I loved my paint color. Very disappointed in my shopping experience.

So, maybe when I order to paint over the phone and rush to get over there before they close and then they say oh by the way we are all out of that paint has anyone heard of calling and letting you know or telling you before you hang up the phone!

I will never use another brand of paint! I was skeptical of the price but you definitely get what you pay for. The coverage was amazing and buying the better paint saved alot of time and coats of paint.

This store has an app where I can try different colors. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I needed it. The paint is very good. Overall a rating of 10- THE VERY BEST.

The Employees are not nice, I ask a question and they seem like it s going to kill them to answer me. Sherwin Williams has went way down hill. And I ve gotten paint here for many years.
