In town visiting as an Airstream customer and needed a tool. I called FOUR hardware stores looking for items. I got the runaround, misinformation or just ZERO help. O Reillys on Michigan Street was awesome. The young woman who spoke with me was super awesome, nice and DETAIL oriented. That matters!!! I wish there was an O Reilly in Leesburg VA! Ladies, get real help here. Us do it yourself women get respect at O Reillys!

I stopped in a couple of times over the past week to replace bulbs on two of my vehicles. The staff was very helpful and friendly each time. Joe even helped me replace one of the bulbs that I was having trouble reaching. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will be back to this store in the future due to the great customer service!

I waited in line for 15 minutes to buy a light bulb. There were kids screaming and fighting with each other in the back room, which I assume is why nobody else came out to help the worker who was trying to handle multiple customers.

I only buy my parts from O'Reilly's in sidney the customer service there is fantastic the manager Brandon is super helpful and goes above and beyond to help his customers the other manager Allen is A+ on customer service. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly they will price match parts for you if you can provide proper proof which is fantastic because I rather buy from the same store all of my parts instead of jumping around store to store depending on price..They also donate to my charity rustic hope which is fantastic to have support from local businesses so not only do they take care of their customers they support their local family is in many other ways. This is by far the best O'Reilly's location I have used!

The guys working were super friendly and helpful. One even took my purchase out to my car for me (I didn t ask) as it would ve been a struggle to carry my toddler and the parts out to my car. A+ service

They were amazing! Helped us to the max! Got the tools we needed and even contacted a mechanic to help!! Would highly recommend these guys! Were a God send!

Real knowledge and extremely friendly staff. They are also professional but the crew I dealt with know how to have a good time while serving the customer. That is rarely seen anywhere anymore.

This is a really great place to shop for car parts. I would put it on the same level as AutoZone. Great service and staff are very knowledgeable of the various auto parts in store. Make a visit sometime and see for yourself.

I stopped in to buy a brake light and no one was at the counter. I waited for a while and called out but no one came to cash me out. I left the bulb on the counter and left. A real waste of my time.
