This is a beautifully done gas station. I have never seen a gas station so clean and organized.I loved the different options such as special root beers, pickled asparagus, the fanny pack (in photos), etc.They have a car wash, public bathrooms, a cute seating area outside, microwave for food in the store, etc.The staff were incredibly nice as well!

I love this establishment. From the money tree and aloe Vera plants in the window. When you 1st walk in you smell a sweet aroma of flavorful coffee. The set up of all the alcohol beverages is on point. Large selection of local beers, wines and they have margaritas for 6.99 at the drive up window.They even have a refrigerator with steak chicken, beef parties.I'll be visiting every chance I get. Mark it as a favorite on your Google maps places you want to visit

Their employee named Heaven is awesome, she always has a smile on her face and is great with people. I don't know what she's paid, but she deserves a raise, you just can't find employees like that anymore. In addition, they have a great selection of craft beers.... this place is a hidden gem, and so is Heaven.

They won t fix their car wash, ridiculous. They said on the phone that someone hit it and they can t replace it. Ever heard of insurance people or did you pocket the money??

Cleanest, nicest has station I've ever been in.Too bad they don't Michelin star gas stations. This is one I'll stop at again as I'm driving 75.

This is a great place to stop. Nice store, clean restrooms, awesome beer selection, and friendly staff. I would definitely stop here again the next time I'm in the area.

Don t walk, run to this hidden gem of a gas station! They have Everything! Any beer or seltzer you are looking for they have it! Growlers! Coffee! Highly recommend trying the whiskey pretzel sticks, they are amazing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR CARWASH. It is overpriced and the bays are not maintained. Feb. 28, 2022 - the high pressure rise did not work in the only bay open. It covered my car in soap and did not rise the car. The soap that was removed was done so by the dryer. When I notified the cashiers , I was treated as if I were lying about it and then laugh at for wanting to wash my car at this temp . The extremely rude cashier did call the owner and I was told that I could wait five minutes and he would run my car through it again. After waiting ten minutes, I left. This was not the first issue I had with their car wash. Once the bay was out of soap and another time only half the spray nozzles worked. I will no longer be using this business!!

Me and my husband buy all our gas, lottery, beer from here till today. We will not be returning to this gas station the last several times I bought tickets from here they have messed them up and tell me they can't fix them. Fine I am not paying for what I don't want so you just won't get my business anymore.

Definitely the best gas station in sidney . I come here to get gas for my truck because it is not too far from my house and has a very reasonable price on everything from the gas to the snacks inside. The inside is super clean and the food is always warm and so is the coffee. They also have different coffee creamers that taste very good . The food is always fresh . The workers were super nice and always helpful. They also have a car wash here that is definitely ok and gets the job done

Love the craft beer selection here! Love how they have draft beers here too, they have like 10-16 different ones on tap, great wine selection, also has great food available here! Highly recommend this as a pit stop if your traveling through.

Favorite gas station in the area. Well maintained and they carry a wide selection of craft beer and other alcoholic beverages. They also carry Winner's meats, who have some of the most tender steaks I have ever prepared myself.

Stopped here for a quick bathroom break on our road trip, and was blown away by their awesome beer selection. Super friendly people working here, and the whole place is clean and well-kept. What a great find!

Came in for gas and a cup of coffee. The 2 employees were leaning behind the counter talking and there was no coffee made. I poured what was left in a cup, it was less than a half a cup. I didn't have time to wait for a fresh pot , so I told the young man behind the counter that there was only enough for half a cup. He rang me up for full price of a large cup. I asked him why he charged me full price and he said. " You still got a cup of coffee, there isn't a half cup button on the register". LOL. I wonder if he paid full price for half a brain. Terrible customer service.

UPDATE: Jill Catanzarite at Karoc says she addressed the employee, so hopefully that improves the business. However, Jill also requested we remove this review because she says we implied that she price gouged. We reiterated to her that we never intended to imply Karoc price gouged and the issue is just a lack of transparency. Jill responded by bragging about how big of a retailer she is and asking how we'd "feel if someone ranted on about your business". Because of this behaviour, the lack of simple apology, and the lack of an explanation for why advertised prices are missing on more expensive items; we can no longer recommend Karoc and plan to take our business elsewhere, probably to the kind souls at The Cellar in Troy. We're disappointed in this turn of events, especially when the majority of Karoc's employees are simply lovely.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would love to give the Karoc a 5 star review, but I simply can't. The Karoc is without equal when it comes to craft beer in Sidney, but there are opportunities for improvement. For us, and likely others, there are 2 significant complaints.The biggest and most frequent complaint is the lack of pricing on some beers. For example, we were surprised when we went to buy a 4 pack and were charged $36; we looked on the bottles and on the shelving, but nowhere was this price advertised. Based upon our observations, it seems to be the more expensive products are the ones with unadvertised prices, which can leave one with a feeling of having to resort to constantly wasting a cashier's time and effort to fetch prices on multiple beers. The alternative is to simply not buy any product without an advertised price, which we have sometimes resorted to, and I won't discourage others to do the same. This lack of immediate transparency is an inconvenience at best and unacceptable at worst.My second qualm, related to the first, is the actual advertised pricing; you may actually pay more than the advertised price! For example, on 7/16/19 at 17:57, I bought product advertised at 14.99. When at the register, it rang up 18.99, so I informed the cashier of the price discrepancy. The cashier told me the product was 18.99 and didn't even offer an apology. My spouse mentioned that the cashier may want to change the advertised price to reflect the actual price, but the cashier ignored her. Based upon our observations, it seemed the cashier was more interested in being affectionate with her partner than performing her roles and responsibilities, to put it politely. A good employee would have simply sold the product at the advertised price, apologized, and immediately corrected the erroneous advertised price. Our experience was sadly seemingly the complete opposite of this.I like the Karoc, I truly do, but I'm disappointed in some aspects of the business operation. The problems are few, but significant, and they could be easily remedied. I'm baffled that these problems exist, because they simply shouldn't, however they do. Hopefully this review won't fall on deaf ears, and improvements will be made that will elevate Karoc to meet its great potential.

Amazing selection of craft beer, cigars and local products. Great atmosphere with helpful employees and the cleanest bathrooms around. Absolutely love the Karoc Marathon!

Great friendly service with an awesome selection of beer. You can grab a growler and a lunch and eat right there. Great concept that should be adopted in other places. Beef jerky selection was on point.

This is the nicest gas station in Sidney. They carry many items including a great meat and beer selection. The staff is awesome and I highly recommend stopping in!!!

Have had trouble getting it to accept cards (debit, credit and gift) in the past, but recently they seem to have fixed the issue, or I was being foolish with how I scanned the cards before.
