Sidney location - When you call a glass expert and they can't do simple math conversions you know you're in trouble. Ordered glass, the guy never called me back, until I emailed and vocally complained to the operator and he lied and said he called and left a message. Horrible service run by an absolutely lazy useless liar. Stay away.

I needed a garden window glass replacement. Daniel came and was very helpful. He measured the area to see what needed to be done and was very knowledgeable. He was friendly, polite and very professional. Thank you so much, Susan Blatchly

My fiancee took her car there on the advice of another local repair shop to have the clips replaced on her car window. The guy who worked on her window charged her 75.00, told her that the clips were not broke and the window needed a new regulator. He said the regulator would cost 289.00. I went online and purchased the regulator for 36.00. I researched how to change it myself and started the project. Come to find out the clips WERE broken, all four of them. So Monday morning I am going back to get my money back and rip some butt for lying to my fiancee about her car. I have a feeling that he did nothing more than reinstall the door panel which was taken off for them by me. I DO NOT recommend that no one ever give them their hard earned money to a company that is disonest as Hemms Glass

Only location open was Piqua for a glazer to cut 2 - 12x13 Clear 1/8th inch pieces. Too far for my Tank.

Worst place ever the staff was rude and I've been waiting 2 months for someone to come look at my window when I was only told it would be 2weeks and I've called several times and they keep making excuses
